Great service

Property has a lot to offer, only downside is my phone in room was not allowing me to dial to guest service. I called to get more body soap and towels. I called over 20 times and no luck getting room service, then all of a sudden worked as soon as they called me to come down to make a payment for our dinner reservation that we had.

Overall, hotel was nice and friendly staff. Several things in our room were broken, and the parking is VERY expensive. You cannot leave and come back on the same 1 day parking ticket, so we were charge $35 in the morning and later that same night because we took the car out twice...

Parking was terrible and it’s insane that it costs $35 a night.

Felt unsafe with coding violations and not working fire wscape violation.

My room was quite nice, nothing to amazing. It was clean, well kept, nothing was faulty in the room and it was overall a good hotel room.

Shower head didn’t work correctly

The receptionist was misleading with parking prices, he only mentioned $28, but not per night. I stayed in room 618, it wasn’t vacuumed there was a crumbled cookie on the floor. The bathtub had a hole in it and the wood and paint around the bathroom door was chipped.

Stay was amazing, only complaint was the room felt like it wasn’t cooling enough (could be a personal issue). Room was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, I plan on returning.

It was an OK place, easy to get Disney via the ART bus…beware of the check in time . 4 Pm is enforced unless you want to pay 25 bucks for early checkin.

Came here for a little family stay-cation and was blown away at how beautiful the hotel was and the staff was super friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Location was great too, close enough to Disneyland that they offer bus services but far enough to not be in the busy area.

It is an amazing hotel at a really affordable price! The mixology at the bar is VIP top tier

I checked out late when straight to bed, when I woke up I noticed the room was dirty, food on the floor etc..

Other than weird noises, the room was great

Great place to stay and they offer a shuttle to Disney for 6 dollars a person. It was more cost effective to take a Lyft for us. Would stay again!

Clean room, clean sheets and comfy bed. I would definitely recommend

Nice place to stay for business and a Disney day. Overall good but was disappointed that 2 days in a row we did not get maid service, we absolutely did not have the do not disturb sign on. Day 3 I had to call for toilet paper and I asked them to bring it quickly. I left an hour later still nothing but when I returned the room had been cleaned and made up. I would stay again but complain sooner.

Helpful staff, great facilities and common areas, clean, comfortable, value for money

A fresh cookie as a welcome gift? How nice. I'd prefer the parking fee be mentioned when booking so it's not a surprise (or maybe I missed where it was listed?)
Fridge in the room but no microwave - OK. And the AC worked great, but I couldn't change the temp, so thankfully it was (likely) at 72 and very comfortable.
The elevator was a little confusing (mainly because one of the lobby screens did not work), and my keycard did not work at the parking gate (but did work for my room), but thankfully my partner arrived after me and received key cards that did work at the gate. So weird.

My husband and I had a weekend getaway. This is our first time staying at this hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Seems like it was renovated. We really enjoyed the pool area. The sitting area was very relaxing.

At arriving to the room i rated an excellent…but that all changed later on in the night. We were on the 3rd flloor, in a mini suite i believe. Noisy! People kept dropping weights inside the gym that was located on the same floor. Well past 11pm! Couldn’t rest. Woke up at 5am…didn’t notice it again until 6:30am and continues to proceed. It is now 8:30am and i keep getting woken up by thr drop of the weights l!

Check in was fast and easy. We booked Hotel Fera for our trip to Disneyland. It was good, clean and they even upgraded our room. The restaurant had good food and the drinks were tasty and strong. One thing I didn’t like was after our long day at Disney, we went up to our room and our key didn’t work. We had to go all the way back downstairs for them to give us a new key. For that, I had to give 4 stars. After a long hard day, the last thing I needed was for my room key to not work.

Super cute hotel! The elevators are cool, you press your floor before you go inside the elevator & it takes yo to your floor. No card needed tho. They have a Bar with a happy hour with app options. They also have a Starbucks & gym there is really nice. The view from the gym is cute you can see a tennis court. Overall id go back
