Great clean place to stay with a family. Breakfast was really good
2.0
Everything was wonderful, including the breakfast. The only complaint that we have is that there was a tree trimming gardener outside of our window before 7 AM, which woke us up after a long day at Disneyland we were hoping to sleep in more other than that. It was a great day.

Great hotel overall, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the omelette chefs were wonderful. Front desk staff was very friendly and valets helpful. Room was clean and well appointed for a hotel at this level. Worst part is the obnoxious timeshare peddler harassing guests in the lobby.

We stayed for our honeymoon, only complaints we have is the hotel not being able to set the room up something special for our wedding night.

Sewage failed and sewer contents became to come in through our shows and separate bath tub. Needed to evacuate. Major sewage issue with the building caused us to inconveniently pack up and leave with horrible smell. Clerk tried to charge us for this night and had to argue to get that one night we evacuated reimbursed

Great hotel! BUT, hotel was booked full and parking was horrible! No where to park and we paid 30.00 a night to park there! Had to park at a different business our last night there. Talked to front desk to get a refund and he showed me a map where we can park thats at other businesses. I told him thats not cool and didnt give a refund. I shouldnt have to park away from where im staying! Especially when we paid to park at hotel!

This place has bad service i couldn't open door with key, i had to go three times and tell them key didn't work @ 1am
They didn't apologize

I’m convinced that hotels stick you in the oldest minimalist rooms they have farthest from the elevator if you book through hotels.com. We were given the farthest room with the smallest shower (3x3) for our family of 5. The room was old with stained carpets. The room was definitely not up to the Embassy Suites standard we are used to, especially for Orange County. Stayed in better rooms at the Holiday inn express for cheaper. Disappointed for spending so much on the room AND being charged for parking

We loved our stay but found it confusing that they charge you way more for a “free” breakfast and reception and when you get there anyone is welcome to the “free” breakfast and reception…… I could have chose the option for a no breakfast and probably still would have received it…… also extra 29$ per day to park is a little excessive in my opinion

Overall good experience. Bathroom could be renovated

Checked into our first room on day one and smelled very bad of an ashtray. Staff were completely accommodating and switching us to a different room next morning. However, that room had a damp smell as if they just shampooed the carpet. There were areas that were wet and I’m sure somebody threw up in that room. Very sad to see Embassy suites overall conditions have gone downhill, I grew up always going to Embassy suites and never had this kind of experience. Again, no problems with front staff, felt like they did their best with conditions of the hotel that they had to deal with. That hotel is due for a remodel badly.

We arrived at check in time and front desk had us wait because our room wasn’t done. When we got to our room, the floors were filthy, human hair in the fridge and all over the bathroom floors, toothpaste on counters, pet hair on the couch it seemed the whole room hadn’t been wiped down on top of everything it smelled bad. I had done the room a favor by wiping down some surfaces. But the fact that there was hair everywhere in the bathroom signified the room wasn’t to expected standards. We were eventually switched and it was a little better, it smelt better. Sheets were stained… But if this room was available, why didn’t front desk assign us the second room in the first place? The rooms could do with a carpet clean and the hospitality was lacking, lack of empathy or warmth from front desk.

I loved the breakfast and the room was good. When we checked in the front desk lady was rude but the rest of the staff especially the ones helping with breakfast were super nice and friendly

I was nervous about our stay because I saw so many negative reviews mentioning cleanliness and roaches. We thoroughly inspected the room upon arrival because of that and everything was perfect. No roaches. Great complimentary breakfast spread that is replenished throughout the breakfast hours. Would definitely stay again

We have stayed that this location a year ago and has a good experience but their time we were told we have to pay a fee of 200 and was told it been there policy for over a year now. We told the Wendy that we have stayed before and never had pay that fee and we’re genuinely confused. She then asked my wife to show her the receipt from last time so she can look it up and confirm we didn’t pay the fee. Which made me and my wife feel like she thought we were lying like she had to confirm what we told her. We did end up saying because it was late and we had our infant and 2 other children in the car and it was too late to cancel. My wife was upset because she felt like she had to show proof when she did she was like let me look into it.

Great hotel and location. The bathroom was a bit outdated but everything was clean and service was great. The parking lot is a bit small so finding a spot at times was a little tough but they have valet if you don’t want to walk far.

The room was really dirty when we checked in and there was a cockroach inside n the bathroom floor. Nothing has been wiped down real good in months. Sheets were stained. Requested more towels that never came.

The hotel is so peaceful and clean. The suite was really spacious and wel maintained. Would love to stay here everytime in teh area!!

The hotel is perfectly located near my corporate office and close to lots of attractions. The hotel staff is very friendly. The bed was not very comfortable on my back and I could feel a divider within the bed.

The front desk lady was very rude to us when we asked where to park if there was no more spots left.
We had to park a half a mile away and were charged so much for parking . This is very upsetting .
From the first night with dirty sheets with food on it and this parking situation I'll be filing complaints about this stay. This was unacceptable.

Our first night was fine since we checked in at 3 AM. The second night we were greeted by the valet attendant stating the lot was full and told us to park in the garage next to the hotel. When we moved to said garage, the parking attendant said we were not allowed to park there so we moved again. After getting my 8 month old down for the night about 30 minutes later we got a loud phone call stating we needed to move our car or else we would get towed in the morning. My boyfriend had to get dressed and go move our car for the 3rd time at midnight. Before moving the car, my boyfriend came into the room stating he had killed a bug (I didn’t think nothing of it since I thought he was joking). Our second morning I went to use the bathroom and there was cockroaches crawling on the wall right next to me. (I have pictures and videos) At this point we just wanted to get out of there so we all got up and start getting ready and as the person on the sofa bed was packing their belongings there goes another cockroach crawling in the bed! I brought this to the attention of the front desk agent (she didn’t seem surprised) and all she could do was comp parking. There was no manager on duty to discuss our stay, but I was given their contact info. Thankfully, the director of room operations called me back same day and rectified the situation which was why i gave 2 stars.

Overall a nice place but there was a big red stain on the carpet where someone spilled their drink probably off the night stand. A pubic hair on the toilet we noticed as we walked the room when we got there. When leaving there was a lot of dust and build up next to the beds between the night stand and bed in every area we checked there was a lot of dust/ cobwebs as we checked to make sure we didn't leave anything behind, definitely hadn't been deep cleaned in some time. Overall it was a nice place

Just a nice hotel

When I called to see if our room was ready the women who answerd said our reservation was not sent from hotels.com not even confirming all information so I made another reservation when I got there, they women at the desk found it so I cancelled the other one I made. No free
Wi-fi and you have pay for parking even if you self park which Is weird. If you are Hilton rewards member maybe you get the perks. Won’t stay there again.

Great customer service at the front desk officially had us in our room as fast as possible. This was a last-minute reservation and I give it five stars. The front desk was very helpful and gave my daughter all of the instructions regarding snacks the next day and everything thank you for making her, stay without her mom the best ever

Clean hotel in a great location. Had a couple issue with the shower door and AC which were promptly taken care of ! However one negative is that you’re paying to self park in a parking lot right outside of the hotel. Paying $29 to park yourself is very inconvenient and a waste of money frankly.

Well placed all the comforts of home.
Please get those GRITS, backs on the breakfast menu.
GRITS! You got to have it, at every Embassy.
You use to have it. You need to bring that back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was awesome and the lobby and rooms were clean. Our room was large and perfect for our family. It did have a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke in room.
The card reader/key system went down and needed maintenance to let us in.
The indoor poor area smelled very strong like wet dog.
The hot tub was dirty and cold like pool temperature.
There was a break-in in the parking lot and multiple cars were smashed and damaged. Lots of police activity, security/valet in the front was very friendly.
We love staying at Embassy Suites overall, we were there for a longer duration and wish the room didn’t smell of smoke and the pool/hot tub was available.
However, the staff was awesome, food was awesome and overall grounds were kept well.

1. App check in and digital key allows guest to go straight to the room, not stopped by the front desk It depletes the purpose of digital key. Only hotel that does this. They need to upgrade their software to properly use the digital key like other hotels.
2. They should stopped the staff of selling vacation club while guest is eating breakfast or trying to enjoy cocktail service. It’s annoying and bothersome.
3. They offer breakfast. At least the hotel staff make sure the food is available not empty when you are
less than 30 minutes of opening the service. In addition make sure food is thoroughly cook to avoid guest sick from the food.
4. Not sure if the hotel is under staffed. I would expect bell hop service like their other hotel locations. Plates picked up in timely manner and room to be thoroughly clean. The living room table was sticky and spills crusted on due to not cleaning properly
5. Staff took over 24 hours to activate my digital key.
6. When ask the staff for late check out at least recognizes the guest as Hilton Honors and flatly say no. This is another reason why I hardly use hotels
affiliated with Hilton.
7. Bathroom sink wasn’t working properly.
Top 7 reasons why my stay was unhappy and not worth the money I paid for.

Nothing bad to say. I was really impressed with the darkness curtains . It was dark even after the sun came up. I would definitely stay here again
