We came from out of town for a family event and stayed two nights, one room for my husband and myself and one room for our son and his family. It was so comfortable! The room was spotless and spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each day and did try Spoons one night for a late dinner. The front desk staff were wonderful and friendly! No negatives at all.

We loved every aspect of our stay…quality breakfast, comfy bed, spacious room, accessible to freeway, local shop/museum, and the gym was more than what I expected!!! The staff were professional and friendly…Hope to make the Ayres Orange our week long staycation destination from here on out!!!

Our room was very large, comfortable, and clean. The half privacy wall between the beds was very nice as we were traveling with my brother-in-law. Loved the big giant soaker tub in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and the choices were vast and having it included with our stay was such a nice perk as well as the free parking. The shuttle stop to get to the Disney resort was just across the parking lot and so convenient. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We love staying at the Ayres!

Gotta say I've stayed in several hotels in this area for Disney or Knott's this hotel was great very clean pool and hot tub were nice and free breakfast and parking

The check-in was prompt and friendly. The building property and rooms are in immaculate condition and clean! Thr breakfast is wonderdul with many varieties. Its very close to many shops and restaurants. I'll definitely stay again soon.

Our room was very spacious and clean! We were very impressed with our room and hotel for the pricing. Our room was facing the street and hospital so there was definitely so ambulance noise but not enough to bother us. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was pretty good. We ate gluten free and selection was low for that. But we had eggs and fruit which was great. We were headed to Disneyland and it only took about 5 minutes to get there. If only the lines at Disneyland were as quick and easy. But the hotel was awesome!

Great stay, front desk staff excellent and friendly. Accommodated our requests and we had a nice quiet, clean room and enjoyed the extra pillows that we required. Breakfast was very good with high quality variety, hot and cold items and not pastry’s in plastic bags. Good location to Disney and Outlet stores. We will definitely stay at Ayres Hotels again.

It was a nice stay. Clean and quiet. Nice parking garage and front parking. Comfortable bed. Fridge is kinda small with no noticeable freezer. The free breakfast was fine, what you expect for a free one. The only little thing I could say that needs improvement is the air conditioner that was a bit loud. As a whole I would stay here again.

Everything was great, loved the hotel, room, and breakfast, and would definitely recommend this hotel! Our only issue was the room safe didn’t work, but told the front desk on check out, and she made a note of it. I’m certain it will be addressed.

Hotel was nice. Staff were great. Location is good except you can only make a right turn to get onto the property. So you must plan blocks ahead to make sure your position doesn't require a left turn. You will not be able to access it. They have a stupid feature that requires your room key to be in a slot in order for your room to have power. Inluding the refrigerator. We had a do not disturb sign on the door while we congregated with family and left for lunch and when we returned housekeeping had come in anyway and also removed the key for the power. We had food and milk in the fridge that felt warm when we returned so had to throw it all away. Glad it wasn't a med requiring refrigeration. Stupid. Add $4 dollars a day to the rate to keep the fridge cold.
