The place was quiet, the staff was very friendly and polite. The entrance to universal from the hotel doors is like a 7-10min walk and super easy. I will definitely be back.

Apparently there was a youth football event going on in Orlando, and there were thousands of kids everywhere, very loud. The line to check in was extremely long and they only had two people working.
Housekeeping comes early, before checkout has started.
The shower door wouldn’t stay closed, so the bathroom floor got soaked.
They will nickel and dime you for everything - parking was $33. Breakfast is an additional fee.

Great service! We were able to get room early.

I travel to Orlando a lot for events and this hotel was the first not to not be able to accommodate me until 4:30pm was horrible. The Starbucks on site didn't have any food only a pizza place was open not a lot of food variety. The hotel didn't offer frequent transportation to universal which is about 10 min away in car, you had to make a reservation which doesn't make sense. Ice machines weren't working I tried different floors. Room AC kept turning off didn't have an ON button. This whole stay was terrible and no compensation was offered for the issues. I would not stay here again. If it wasn't for the convention that was being held here that we went to which was terrible too, this would have not even been an option for me, overall my stay was just horrible.

We were there for a convention it was at the hotel. Staff were accommodating. Let us have the room early, room was conveniently located near the conference rooms. Parking was discounted.

Stayed here 2 nights for a wedding. Location is excellent. Overall good hotel. Comfortable and clean beds and large spacious room. The bathroom is on the old side. Broken hooks, slow sink, toilet, tub. Biggest issue was the temperature in the room. It was freezing cold and impossible to regulate and control no matter what you tried. I did not sleep at all the first night because it was just so cold. Had to ask for a blanket the second night and it was still freezing. Maybe it was just an issue with my room. Didn't feel worth it to change rooms.

From check in, I was not impressed. The person at the desk was not friendly. She made it seem like I was bothering me. She asked me the same question multiple times because she was not paying attention to me. She seemed distracted by others walking and talking in the lobby. The room was nothing special, like a regular room. The bed and the pillows were not comfortable. The fridge in the room had a dirty towel in it. The a/c would blow cool air not cold air. The water pressure was not great. The sink and toilet had a hairline crack in them. I kept thinking it was hair. The room keys are supposed to let you in and out of the parking lot (cost is $33 per day for self parking) keys did not work. Each time you left, you'd have to click the help button and wait for valet to let you out. They did have a nice couple of restaurants (very over priced) you're better off going to one of the many nearby restaurants. The courtyard was nice. The lobby area was nice and clean. Overall it was an ok stay.

The hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean however the room had a very strong over powering musty smell.

In general everything was great except for the concierge we met who was not quite helpful and didn’t answer all questions properly

I agreed to cover an incidental deposit of $300 for another room. They charged me for everything. $1500+ Only agreed to cover deposit. So, I have to act like a bill collector to get my funds. They even allowed charges to my room. They saw receipt. It had my name written in without a signature.

Wow! What an incredible experience. Honestly, we stopped to just sleep. But we were pleasantly surprised it is Amazing!! Jim in the restaurant IS AN ASSET to your establishment.Im always in control, but I was reminded so sweetly and politely, that I was on vacation, and to relax. Thank you, Jim. Pamela and the lady who checked me in were just as sweet. I was tired checking in, but she was running that desk, by herself getting us through the line quick as possible.

Very clean and bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

I had booked a stay for 5 days then added a sixth day. Despite reassurance from the lady at the front desk that everything was being handled and i wouldnt need to get a new room key for the 6th day, i returned to my room after breakfast to find my key no longer worked. So down 10 floors and to the front desk i went. Problem was handled quickly and blamed on the booking site. This was my only glitch all week and more of an inconvenience than anything. The rest of my time here was wonderful and i would recommend the hotel.

Room wasn’t ready at 4:00. They never texted to say it was ready like they said but the app finally showed it was ready around 5:30. Eventually we were able to check in after HHN at Universal at 10:30pm. Very disappointed in the Hilton

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean

Just to name a few issues we had: the rooms had an awful musty smell, the hot tub/spa was closed our entire stay, and the elevators were broken the day we were leaving so we had to carry our luggage down 7 flights of stairs to make it to the airport on time.

I'm not a dog mom. Everyone isn't a lover of dogs and the hotel was full of them. My daughter has allergies so her night was a bit stressful not to mention the fact that as we were walking through the lobby a dog pooped right in front of us. However, overall we had a great time and I will definitely be back

VERY DEDICATED TO CUSTOMERS
THANK YOU

Only one person at the front desk checking people in and out, had to wait in line like 25 minutes. One of the 3 elevators was not working, and with all the triffic coming up and down and how tiny the elevators are, had to wait 20 minutes to get down from the 11th floor. Other than that, everything else seemed great!

Shower/sink both did not drain, covers when held up to the lights have mold or dark stains on them - we stayed for one night due to hurricane and never again

The mirror in the bathroom was broken and just used packing tape to wrap around, water faucet at the sink not functioning well, there a crack in the sink.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff were very kind and attentive and rooms are clean and comfortable. My kids loved the pool area and the splash pad and the arcade. The location is great close to the mall and Universal theme parks.

This place was amazing. It’s literally across the street from islands of adventure. Plus you don’t have to go too far the hotel does have a restaurant/bar Starbucks and pizza place also there is a few areas around where you can literally walk and get food also there is a Walgreens that is next to the hotel

The hotel was awesome! They checked me in quickly and were very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. I am very picky over pillows but I found the pillows to be the perfect softness for me. I slept so well that I felt like I was at home. Also, I enjoyed the bar area. They have great food and drinks. I love that they provide a free shuttle to Universal Studios. Overall, I had a extremely pleasant stay and will definitely be back.

Terrible service. Had a room without working shower. When they finally sent someone to the room to fix it on day 2 of my stay, it worked once then didn’t work again for the rest of my stay. When I asked for a different room they said they were not allowed to do that.

There were cockroach that appear at night in the bathroom. I let them know and ask for daily clean of the bathroom. They never came to clean and make daily room service.

Loved everthing about the place!

Great location if your plans are city walk or universal! Literally walking distance! The line to check in was horrible and the room key to get into the parking lot didn’t work. Breakfast was an added charge but we didn’t plan on eating in anyways. Tons of places on site to sit down and enjoy meals. We only stayed a night but if we stayed longer we’d of def enjoyed the amenities more. I’d def stay again. The price was awesome.

Went to Orlando to visit friends. The check in line took forever. Only two people working check and I stood in line for 30 minutes. The room was clean but smelled like mildew. The king size bed had a horrible mattress. Thin and old and

Im giving this an excellent based on the price and location. The room was a good size, clean and the beds were comfortable. Air con was loud but fresh so no complaints. The bathrom was tired but clean. The room smelled a bit musty but it is florida and i've stayed in room that cost alot more with that similar smell. We only stayed for one night, arrived around 10.30. There was a bit of a queue for check in and onky 2 staff so waited maybe 25 mins, they were friendly though. I never used the pool ir other amenities. We paid about £90 for the night which was good value.
