My stay was amazing and wish I had stayed longer

A comodidade de estar dentro do complexo Universal vale o preço, ainda mais em época de muito calor. Entrávamos no parque com uma hora de antecedência dos demais, voltávamos para o hotel no almoço para fugir do calor e retornávamos ao parque por volta das 17h

O restaurante do hotel não tem um cardápio muito vasto e o estacionamento não é gratuito para hóspedes. No mais foi tudo excelente.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again. Overall stay was very good!!!

I thought the facility was extremely clean and well maintained. My room was comfortable and very clean! The restaurant staff in particular were very friendly and pleasant! I would like to recognize "Justin" who was my server in the restaurant on the lower level. He was "attentive", "knowledgeable", "patient", and worked with a smile :) He timed checking back with me perfectly! Not too bothersome but just enough to make me comfortable during my dinner. Please recognize his awesome service.

Considering my room was on the main floor. 2418 to be exact, I experienced a lot of noise in the hallway with children running around and screaming at times. I'm not sure if this is something hotels do, but I think families should be assigned to floors specifically for them. I was there for business and had moments of being very tired and couldn't really have restful moments without dealing with noisy children.

Fabulous hotel in perfect location for access to Universal.

Resort feel property. Water taxi to Universal. Pool area was fabulous and the hot tub. Balls & pool noodles in the pool for general use. Lemonade in the lobby in the afternoons. Shop & cafe have long opening hours so lovely to have a coffee or pizza when you come back in the evening.

It would have been great to have breakfast included as it worked out to be very costly for a family of four for a week. The service at the pool bar was poor and poorly staffed. Room wasn’t very big for four people for a week.

Staff and manager were great! Compensated us well for inconveniences.

Staff and location!

Arrival room bed spread dirty, few other items not good. Location excellent, and management moved us to a beautiful room that was super clean, and I would stay there again.

Don’t expect too much

Great Location, self -parking is easy.

The sound insulation is so bad that we can hear neighbors’ movements. People made loud noise outside early every morning.

After 5 days of searching for a retirement home in Florida these two nights served as fun and relief

The room was great, clean, great view, bed was great. Water Taxi was awesome and provided and easy form of transportation to the park. Staff operating the boats were great. Play "Country Roads" by John Denver on the trip back to hotel when the parks closed was a very innovative piece of entertainment. Staff at front desk were very helpful.

Way too eager cleaning staff that woke us at 8AM, one day attempted to enter. Guys if I over slept an it was 11AM I understand but the purpose of a trip to Universal is to step out to the park for an exhausting evening of fun and lots of walking and the last thing on my mind should be having the cleaning crew having surprise wake up calls early in the AM. Going to pool to find out that blocks of chairs have been reserved. Pools and chairs should be available to everyone. Restaurants were nice, but with the parks closing late I would hope that meals might be available to 11PM. If you don't have transportation you are out of luck and left hungry for the night.

This is a super choice of a resort hotel on Universal property. You have transportation options to and from Citywalk and

The service was exceptional. Staff was friendly and super helpful. It was in a perfect location and bus/water taxi/ pedestrian walkway were easy options to get around. The pool and lobby were beautiful and provided great space to meet up with your group. Rooms were roomy and beds comfy.

I have nothing to complain about.

It was wonderful!

The room was clean and nice also the bed was comfortable. We did order room service and that was good. We had a pool view--the sunset was beautiful. It is a beautiful hotel. The pool was refreshing after a long day.

Well, although the restaurant Amatista staff was wonderful, the meal was just okay and for the price you would think it would have been better. My rice was crunchy (it was undercooked) and the fries were dry. I ordered the salmon and that was good. My son ordered the burger and that was good.

Definitely would stay here again!

Great location! Staff was friendly and accommodating. The water taxi is a big plus getting where we needed to be and in a timely manner.

A lot of the games in the arcade didn’t work. Needs updating.

Facilities are definitely in great shape. Everything is mostly as advertised.

It would be nice to just specify what’s included and what’s not included because you literally get charge for anything and everything… At least for people that travel on a budget, otherwise just keep your wallet open for the Full service. 😉
