We had a confirmed reservation for a room with a king sized bed, but none was available when we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, but the hair dryer only blew cold air, the bedspread had two holes, and one of the wash cloths had holes and was unraveling. The juice machine was not working so breakfast was coffee and packaged pastries.

It was great for our overnight stop. Has a nice outdoor pool. Is close to shopping and restaurants.

The room was fine if a little outdated. The area around the hotel is noisy at all hours of the night. The cleanest outdoor pool I have ever seen.

Fairly clean and suited our needs for an overnight stay on our trip. Wouldn’t want to be there for an extended time. Breakfast was a few packages muffins and granola bars.

Bathroom towels - bath floor towel, and shower towels were dirty with black streaks and/or brown soiled spots. We had ONE clean towel. Breakfast - HUGE thumbs down. Freezer compartment in the refrigerator - none freezer!

Pros: clean pool, clean room Cons: no breakfast, hard beds, the bathroom door barely shut, microwave wasn't plugged up, had to place it on the sink to use (cause couldn't reach plug in)

Stay was alright except for the paint that got on the front of our 2021 Durango from the remodeling of the room next door. Not at all happy about that. White paint on black lower grill

Decent place to stay for an affordable rate. The room was clean and fairly updated. My only complaint in the room is the blankets aren’t comfortable. The outside of the building is clean and the owners take great care of their landscaping. There were guests sitting outside smoking (as if it were their front porch) and some laundry hanging over the railing when we first arrived that didn’t look great. But we had no issues whatsoever. The parking lot is very well lit and the location is great; so many dining and shopping options surrounding the motel.

Run down and then tried to charge me 40 for my dog and the sign on the window said 30 and online said 30 also. Also, they do not have breakfest just coffee and hostess pastries in packages. False

Stopped just to get a little sleep while passing through. Place was comfortable and clean and a great place to stay with our dog (had ample green space next to parking lot). Neighborhood was a little sketchy (got to witness a police arrest when we arrived!) and somewhat loud late at night with traffic and guests arguing outside, but overall it comfortably served it's purpose.

The pool was closed and that was the primary reason we booked it. There was construction onsite that was noisy and smoke everywhere from workers drilling the pool. The front desk was closed so no breakfast as advertised not even coffee

My stay at this hotel was terrible. Upon check-in I received my room key from the male receptionist, which was room 205, after i arrived to the room I slide the room key, opened the door to see a man lying in the bed asleep. I hollered. I was scared out of my mind. I ran back to the receptionist to tell him i want a refund this minute because how are you gonna give me a room that is already occupied. He didnt want to give me a refund he just offered another and brushed the issue off. He didnt attempt to go check it out or anything. It was like he didnt care. He could have offered some of my money back. I will never stay at another econo lodge anywhere.

The hotel was nice, the bathroom was clean, had walk-in shower. Staff was great ! The bed was super comfortable. The furniture was a little dinged, but overall the stay was great. Had microwave and fridge. I did not eat breakfast, but I think it was a grab & go type, not a hot buffet ,but I cannot be sure. I would stay again.

The website said two queen beds and one pull out full bed. Instead our room had two full beds and a pull out twin bed. I ended up having to cram into the twin bed with my 8 year old.

We arrived at this hotel and were very dissapointed The front lobby desk had a glass wall between us and the clerk. It seemed they were protecting the employee from the guests. We understood later when we were sent to our room with an outside entrance and a number of men standing on the walk way outside smoking. We did not feel secure. We immediately went back to lobby to ask to cancel the reservation. We were told to contact hotels.com This was an equally dissapointing experience when the web site gives you a run around and no way to connect with a live person. I attempted to put comments on your site last night, and the response was, we may not contact you but will read your message. It does not appear your company cares about your customer.

Room had a strong chemical smell when I first walked in. Only killed 4 cockroaches and 1 stink bug. Bed was comfy. For $65 a night, you get what you pay for.

Watch the doors when you go to shut them sometimes they do not lock and the property person would not fix it until the next night when I was leaving so it's unsafe
