Paid for a room non refundable and got a smaller room don’t have proper working heat in the room was only 54degress horrible service only stayed in room 3 hours

This hotel was nice and clean and decorated nice. There is a bar/restaurant in the lobby. It’s a big property with lots of outside grounds to walk around. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our only issue was our room was hot, we found out it was some sort of switch that if we had told them about it, a maintain man could have switched it from heat to AC. This would have been nice to know at check in. The hotel is also within walking distance to the downtown Main Street area and a sports bar directly across the street.

After checking in at around 8pm got our keys and went to the room, room decent and front desk nice. Went to eat and came back to find we couldn’t get in the room. We came down stairs and re got keys to once again still be locked out. We were told to meet the facility person in 5 min who didn’t show up for 20-30 minutes later. After driving in from LV at 4am and working until 8pm being locked out was annoying to say the least. We woke up the next day and went to grab ice and that wasn’t working on our floor, checked the floor below and that too wasn’t working with no note or anything. This trip cost over 60 dollars then it normally does although it looked un occupied so just disappointed to say the least.

When attending a conference at the Mesa Convention Center, this hotel is the most convenient by far since everything is within walking distance. However, only one of the three elevators worked, causing long lines and wait times periodically. The refrigerator in our room was most unusual as it was made to run two hours and then shut off. We had to run to the room to reset all day long. Such a nuisance. No microwave in the room and few working ice machines in the hotel. Carpet was stained in our room. Beds were very comfortable and otherwise the room was clean.

The rooms all run on the same air conditioning. Our room was freezing ! They accommodated us with blankets but that really didn’t help. We were able to turn it off all together but the room was to stuffy so we had to turn it back on.I have a bad cold and with the cold air so strong I woke up feeling worse .

The lobby restaurant bar was great, Tatiana and Andy are very good hosts. The front desk staff was efficient, check in easy and friendly. helped me with some small issues, without hesitation, very appreciated. convention center next door was nice, a 2 min walk , i was attending an event, glad i stayed there. sports bar across the parking lot was also recommended by locals i met.

The room was nice, clean and comfy, what you expect from a Marriott. Happy hour option is also convenient. Pool area closes at 10p, a little early for those that work late and prefer the cool hours,it’s an executive place, not a party place, a 11-12pm would be idea. I chose this over the Double tree, I’m happy I did.

The rooms were nice and the beds were great. The pool and hot tub area was lovely, it was just too hot for us to use during our stay. The bathroom was a bit dirty, but the room service staff was prompt with refreshing the room each day. The hotel is a conference center hotel and not within walking distance to anything. I'd recommend this hotel if you're looking for good accommodations that include a pool and fitness center.

I paid for the room and for some reason the second day I was there they told me I had to go out in five minutes and then appreciate it because I know I have money in my account for some reason they were saying that there wasn’t any money in the account.

The room and bed were comfortable. However the platform that the mattress sits on was smaller then the mattress and the corner was very sharp. I have a cut and significant bruise as an extra souvenir. Also the prices for food and the bar especially were way too high.

The hotel was quit outdated from the rooms to the hallways. The part the was the worst was the service. We would call the desk and ask for towels and sheets. Everyday after 3 calls we would go downstairs to the desk and ask why this had not been delivered. No good answer till the last day. The process is that the desk "radios" housekeeping. That is it! No checks or ticket to verify. The manager seemed put-off that I ask her what she did in the process. So to be clear she doesn't check or validate anything. Why have a manager? All good hotels either have an automated system (the manager said theirs was very out dated) or a manual process. If the customer has to call twice it is escalated to the manager to make sure it gets done ASAP. Also, the dinning room was bad, they only bring eggs out on demand. So you end up waiting another 10 minutes before you can eat. On our last day we call 3 time for towels and finally we just used a wet towel and shared it. Not a great experience for a Marriott hotel! Too bad the location is great. The pool is great. The bar is great. With a bit of good management the other issues, other than cosmetic, could be resolve and move this to a good experience.

Really Nice hotel with a great pool & hot tub!! There’s a restaurant on site as well! Close to the Cubs stadium, which was why we visited! Easy access to the Mesa area shopping and restaurants! Very happy with our hotel choice!!
