Nice location, great views, but room had a few things needing updated. Nothing bad though

Great location was near the attractions I went to visit. It was a short drive to Garden of the Gods, 7 falls and Pikes Peak. Friendly staff and very clean. Felt safe and had a good view of Colorado Springs. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Outdoor pool was closed. In room refrigerator has a three hour cooling timer.

High-end experience located very conveniently

Very comfy room with great mountain view. We didn’t swim but enjoyed relaxing by the nice pool. Conveniently located within a 15 min or less drive from many sites. My only complaint was that the shower was leaking so would leave a large puddle of water after each use

The views from this property are great.

Booking was an absolute breeze. Upon arrival the lady at the front desk was fairly nice. Once we got to our room , the people next door accused us of smoking in the room (which neither of us partake in). I thought it was terribly rude for them to call our room and say “don’t smoke in the room, the people next door said yall are”. Other than that, it was a decent stay.

On our way to Durango we stayed here. This was a beautiful hotel with some stunning views. Probably the only Marriott in the area. Thats why its on the expensive side.

Easy check in.
Not too far from eateries, location feels safe, and appeared clean.

Very disappointed with the availability of handicap restrooms only 1 working on the main floor and it was on the far side of the hotel.. and no one seemed in any big hurry to fix others!

Paid extra for a deluxe King with a view and breakfast and got put in a queen on the 4th floor and had to pay for breakfast. The night before we ate at the restaurant and I specifically asked for the chicken tacos with all the sauces on the side
. (I can’t eat spicy food for medical reasons.)The waiter asked if I could scrape it off. They also didn’t give me the guacamole that I did want. By the time I got new tacos, my husband was finished eating. Everything was lackluster for the price we paid and the service was terrible. The breakfast was also a joke for $20 and the elevators were not working.

Friendly staff, clean, nice hotel lobby bar.

Unfortunately the reviews that say the cleanliness is poor are accurate. Well established spider webs is places that are obviously never cleaned, breakfast buffet all 4 mornings had moldy fruit, most of the breakfast buffet is low stock and always waiting for more to be stocked. Shower would fill with water and cover feet because of poor drainage. Room was warm and A/C is i think peset by them because it never got cooler, lots of stains, no coffee in room, no microwave, mini fridge was barely cold, ice machine broken on many floors, the elevators broke 1 day, some front desk people were very nice and others were rude, looks like they are not putting money back into hotel upkeep. Breakfast staff is overworked but very nice!

It’s beautiful at Christmas and the views are amazing!!

This was a good property we stayed for a family vacation for 4 nights. The pools were nice. Lots of business travel so always no issues using the pool. The bed were okay and the pillows were flat. I was able to sleep fine for vacation. The walls are thin. We did have people slamming doors one night and other make noise late in the night. Overall a good stay and would use again. A decent location for all the activities.

Beautiful view of the mountains. Not walkable to much. Friendly staff. Food and drinks were great!

This was a disappointment in some ways, but it was a convenient location for our needs.
No bell service and parking was far away from the entrance so you had to put up, unload to a cart, then drive away to park, then come back to take your stuff to your room. Portico needed to be steam cleaned, as it was quite dirty.
Suite was small and was laid out so weird. Not enough AC plugs for phones and IPads - glad we brought an extension cord.
Tiny frig, no microwave. Worst coffee maker on the planet. One cup at a time but could not brew a full cup of coffee. Gave up and went to restaurant to buy a small pot, which confused the staff but they figured it out.
Restaurant staff were great for every meal, morning or night. Bartenders and cocktails were excellent.
Neither ROKU or Firestick could be used in TV, they have some kind of block. Moreover, the staff doesn’t really know how it’s supposed to work so not helpful.
Sadly understaffed, the front desk seemed to always have 2-3 people in line.

Location is great and rooms are comfortable
Dog friendly which is great and friendly staff.
Having to pay for parking (that is not close or convenient) was my only gripe / the included breakfast always had hard biscuits or undercooked meat. Pool was filled with kids snot. :( besides that it was a good stay. Just expected a bit more for the price

Beautiful views from the room (mountain view). Room was clean. Bed and pillows need an upgrade- both my husband and I did not like either. Other than that, it’s a good hotel.

Our room had a beautiful view of Pikes Peak and plenty of room for our family. The on-site laundry was convenient and we loved the indoor AND outdoor pools! The location was perfect to explore Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs and is close to everything!

Housekeeping wasn't on point. The Hallway smelt like animal urine. Had to switch rooms due to bugs and moths. Outdoor hottub looks like west nile is growing. But on a positive floor 9 amenities were nice. The outdoor pool was heated and nice view. The indoor pool was cold but complemented the indoor hot tub. Room switched to was clean. Staff was very nice. Overall a marriott 3 star rating.

The stay was so great! the front desk was so compassionate when we had to take our dog to vet ER. It was a quiet place, so beautiful and the food was so good and they made things that accommodated our food allergies.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting with spectacular view of Pikes Peak. The dining is above par and the services are wonderful. The bed was a little hard for my comfort but I have had worse. Had two weddings there on the same weekend and that made for some less that restful nights. I would book this hotel again.

They charge you $10 for parking in an open lot
Hotel rooms a little tired. Walls are thin and you can hear everything your neighbor is doing.
Nice view from our room

Would stay here again! Enough out of the city to not be noisy, but close enough to all the amenities.

Pretty Average for Marriott. The outdoor pool little on a “green side”. If you mention you have a car, the hotel would change 10$ ( tax) for parking every 24 hours, while 50 of other cars part for free.
