Not easy to charge devices. Only one outlet available without moving furniture. No plugs in lamp bases on desks or night stands. Really? Buffett breakfast featured cold eggs and bacon.

Front staff is great. Lobby and dining looked nice. Rooms do not match the images. Rooms remind me of a $50 motel. Damaged cheap old furniture. Bed and vanity were nice. Carpet is old. Black wall paint isn't ideal. Could see wall patch work done. The feeling in the room was so bad that I checked out after 30 minutes.

The lobby is beautiful, however when you get into the room, the beds are absolutely horrible. Both beds had sink holes in the middle, the bathroom shower knob would not stay put so it was hard to take a shower, the windows are filthy with thick cloud of grime. We complained to the front desk on day 1 and we were told they were sold out. Hard to believe when the parking lot was empty. If we left we would not be refunded our money so we had to stay. When I called to discuss the issue they did not want to refund or discount anything stating since we stayed the 2 nights. We had no choice. I am shocked a Marriott would have their name on this hotel and will look to complain higher up. I would not recommend this place at all.

My shower head broke, there was a lamp missing a lightbulb upon check in, my floor didn’t have a microwave, and I could see the concrete foundation underneath the carpeting because the carpet was torn from the wall.

We were driving a classic car and they moved their transport van so we could park under the canopy . The weather was nasty and the car leaks . Thanks again

Outdated and needs refurbishing. Bed was most comfortable though of our four different hotel chains

It’s right off the interstate and the noise never stopped. I had to play white noise. They do give you ear plugs.
Bartender/waitress in restaurant was great.

Bed was broken

Very clean & quiet. The night clerk was really helpful in getting us rooms at the end of the corridor & close to the elevator which made it easier with our puppy.
Day clerks were kind and courteous.

Staff was great. I needed a 12:30 checkout due to work and it was graciously granted. The location was very good.
Bar was a nice feature and the bartender very helpful with restaurant tips. Our only concern was both of us found the mattresses too firm for comfort.

Great buy for the price. There are plenty of similar hotels nearby, but they were friendly, clean, and responsive. When the plastic silverware drawer was empty, the host even took the time to find her some on a sold out Friday night. Plus free coffee and a bad A $15 all you can eat breakfast on site and cheap bear in the pm if you want it.

I reserved this hotel after a disaster of a check-in at the nearby dump of a hotel Clarion. The buffet breakfast was excellent and my room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel needs renovation. Carpet was bad making hallways dingy. Ice machines not working. We stayed 4 nights no cleaning service and no soap in shower (we caught up with staff and they gave us some). The staff overall was great.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was soft. Only negative was room keys would stop working every other time I used them. Had to get them reset at the front desk 5 times for my week stay.

I don’t know what the original hotel/property was when this place was built and it’s pretty clear that the normal awesome Sheraton portion was simply a cheap paint job to cover up the underlying motel 8 at the core.

The faucet leaked, soaking the toiletries I had on the bathroom counter, the shower would not stay on without a cloth wrapped around the pull. Mildew smell for obvious reasons. Housekeeping once a week needs to be addressed particularly if you ask for at least one visit. There were none in
Five nights. At the very least leave enough towels and toilet paper for a week and inform guests where to put their trash. I can understand why checkout staff did not ask about my stay. At least they were kind throughout.

Blackout shades made it pitch black in the room. Bed was supper soft and clean. Room was all around clean. Only negatives I would share was problem with keys deactiving themselves every other time I use them had to get them rekeyed multiple times. Pool looks like it's shutdown permanently. Walls are thin and can hear everyone and everything around your room.

Very aged, ice machines were all out of order, one microwave per floor, pool closed during COVID and never reopened. Not worth the price at all

Good staff. Room was ok but everything was dingy and in a sketchy area.

The price for a very small dog was high at $40 and should be mentioned on the website. All it says it that it is pet friendly.

10 years ago I stayed at this property for more that 100 nights a year for 2 straight years. My job changed so I haven't been back until now 4/13/24. Here are my observations:
I stayed on the 5th floor. They have ice machines on the 5th, 3rd, and 1st floor. So I went to the ice machine on the 5th floor and it was out of order. So I went to the 3rd floor and it was out of order. So I went to the 1st floor and it was out of order. So I asked the front desk attendant where I could get ice. He told me they have a cooler set up by the restaurant where we could get the ice. Why wasn't i warned of that at check in?
The bathroom fixtures and mirror were water spotted. Makes you wonder about how well it was cleaned.
The towel hook on the bathroom door was broken off. The towel bar inside the tub was bent. These are easy maintenance items that can be taken care of .
The room needs updating. They have Black metal lamps on the night stands. Both were faded and the finish rubbed off in spots. Time to spruce up the place.
The highway noise kept me up part of the night. I had never noticed this before.
In summary, what I paid to stay at a room at the Four Points Sheraton, the experience was very disappointing. For a hotel of this stature, they certainly have a lot to improve.
It pains me to complain about a hotel that was home to me for two years. However the property certainly declined. I doubt that I will be back.

Happy with all interactions with staffing.
Would have liked a bathroom vent/fan, other than that my stay was great. Love the late check out time

The credit card machine was down in both the main desk and bar...so every transaction seemingly took iver 10 minutes. I was left at the bar while the bar tender took my card and didn't return for 15 minutes, i thought they dtole my card.
Water stains on the ceiling of the room. Thermostat on wall did not control floor unit. So the room was stuck at 75 until we figured out the problem.
Area was really downtrodden.
