The location was perfect. The valet service went over and above for my handicapped mother.
The handicap accessible rooms were the farthest from the elevator. There is a $10 charge to listen to music through the TV.

The staff were kind and friendly.
Facilities were clean.
The restaurant for breakfast was not available on the days I stayed. I would have liked to have breakfast …

Starbucks inside. Brick and Brine Restaurant was good.
I itched all night in the bed and my back hurt from the mattress. Worse pillows ever. Bathroom is soooooo tiny. Room cost more than I was told on my bank statement. There was an empty space in our room like a couch belonged there. They are renovating so I’m assuming this is why the room looked undone. A friend stayed at Holiday Inn Express and room was nicer and cost $200 less.

Showers are wrong . We stayed on one of the newly renovated floors . The sliding glass doors for the showers were backwards. Should open from the non water coming down side . And room is small nice but small . Also had to pay for parking garage . They add it in your bill and suppose to be able to exit the garage using your room key S u don’t have to pay again . Ya, that didn’t work .$58 for larking for a 14 hour stay .

The staff was fantastic
The construction during my stay was bad enough that the rooms should have not been rented. No ability to streamline my own shows was irritating.

We got a concierge level room and they had a private lounge with breakfast just for that floor. Brick and brine was amazing for dinner during restaurant week. And old Burdick right next door was a different setting but just as neat. The seats all around the hotel made it interesting to just sit and have conversations. Starbucks in the morning right downstairs too.
I didn't like that the concierge room was smaller even though there was only one bed.

My family has stayed at cheaper hotels with more accommodations available than here. None of the vending machines had drinks and only one of their restaurants were open at the time of our stay. No breakfast options in the hotel on weekdays.

very nice and clean!!
the cost of the room was ridiculous for just a one night stay! absolutely nothing special here to justify the price of a one night stay.

Was blindsided with cost of parking. Although since we couldn't park our truck in the parking garage, the Valet attendents were great. They took care of truck in front of the Hotel.😍
The charge for parking.!!!!! I was only made aware of the charge on my last confirmation. Very small print at the
Bottom,and no cost.

Didn’t eat breakfast left soon after arriving
The concierge floor was like an adult male fraternity party. Soo much shouting whooping drinking moving between rooms for a single female very intimidating. I left after 30 minutes as couldn’t move rooms and I would not have felt at all comfortable there was no manager on site only one training front desk and one young qualified.
