Everything good but rooms already a bit old. For a five star hotel it should be a must of having Electric Car Charger in the garage. Outside are some but always full having no chance to charge.

Very nice hotel located in a good area. Housekeeping was good and room clean. Breakfast generally good selection of items catering for all sorts. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. About 15 minute walk into centre and 5 minutes to the train station. One thing that was disappointing was I emailed the hotel a few days before I arrived to ask them to arrange a taxi from airport and no one responded.

We loved this hotel, great area, staff excellent. Although we couldn’t find any prices online for the restaurant, which would normally be a deterrent, we chanced it and it was great food, reasonably priced with an Italian flair.

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, nice breakfast. They lose a star however. The day before we left I received an email from the Sheraton saying we could continue to use the Wellness centre after check out and my son was looking forward to a swim. When we checked out I tried to confirm this was ok with the lady on reception. She asked a supervisor before saying no..we couldn't use the facilities...resulting in an unhappy boy.

Great Hotel amenities including swimming pool and sauna, large room with a bath tub which is rare and a treat these days.. good location with parking. Street parking in Zagreb is free on the weekends. We dropped our car key on the street and Igor hotel staff had found it which totally saved our trip. Thanks Igor! Overall a really nice hotel.

Excellent hotel in Zagreb close walking distance to Ben Jelacic square and other dining options amazing pool and gym would stay again. Watch out for Friday Saturday nights loud music from nearby venues can keep you up at night all hours

I was really pleased with the Sheraton Zagreb. We arrived very late, 2am, but the staff were very welcoming, nevertheless. The room we had was very comfortable, we were 3 people, but still plenty of space and well-appointed. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff, especially Dragica, were so nice and friendly. This hotel has a great spa with a very nice indoor pool, which was especially welcome after a hot day’s sightseeing in very hot Zagreb, they were having a terrible heatwave! Would definitely recommend to fellow travelers 👍👍👍

A wonderful 5 nights stay in Zagreb at the Sheraton! The hotel is conveniently located for restaurants and grocery stores. There are stops by the hotel for trams to take you to main sites. Transportation is very cheap! Less than one euro for buses and the tram. However, we walked everywhere during our stay. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the centre and roughly the same time to get to the bus station for the airport bus. The hotel was comfortable and looked very fresh having been recently renovated. Nice breakfast buffet to start the morning and the leisure suite was something to look forward to after a day of doing the sites. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay in Zagreb.

Nice sauna and pool area and practically empty. Breakfast service could be better. Most people don't know they can order from the menu because menus are not freely given. We had to ask for one every morning. There was a leak in our bathroom (from the ceiling) for 2 days and finally on the second day we were given another room. All in all we would come back for the pool. But Hotel Esplanade is still nicer and has better service.

Guilbert was so kind and made my mornings very pleasant during breakfast. I did not like at All the wellness área. You cant relax be acuse is crowded with kids and it is the first sheraton that in the relaxing Room has no hydratation service: no water, no fruits nothing. I chape the hotel for its services and this was disappointing

Really fun business oriented hotel ,convenient if youre staying and working or having meetings.. There are multiple quiet spots you can get out your room with your laptop or a book.. Totally newly outfitted gym that i really enjoyed, really lovely staff there as well.Didnt make use of the sauna or pool this time but both are obviously fun. Always a pleasure hanging out in the hotel bar with a really perfect staff..sometimes Id just go get a glass of wine to take back to the room just to interact with their delightful energy :)) The italian restaurant still serves good food and compete with the warmth of the wait staff ,appreciated that. Girls at the check in desk were lovely and professional.. The cleaners and everyone walking around attached to the hotel are super nice. I enjoy this hotel too much ,it's a problem .

Close to Zagreb station. Facilities. Good staff. The only thing we didn’t like was that the pillows were new and too deep, but that should not be a permanent problem. Everything else was perfect.
