1. Room Condition: The room I received was in poor condition. The bathroom was dirty, and overall hygiene standards were unacceptable. 2. Staff Behavior: The hotel staff was rude and unhelpful during my stay. 3. Reservation Discrepancy: I had initially booked a duplex room, but upon arrival, I was given a single room. Furthermore, the hotel staff informed me that my payment was non-refundable, which contradicted my booking terms. Proposed Resolution: I kindly request a full refund for the following reasons: 1. The hotel did not meet basic cleanliness standards. 2. The staff’s behavior negatively impacted my experience. 3. The reservation discrepancy caused inconvenience and discomfort. I understand that policies may vary depending on the property, but I believe my situation warrants an exception. As a loyal customer, I hope you can address this promptly and provide a fair resolution. Please confirm the refund process and timeline, and I appreciate your understanding in this matter. We stayed in this quaint hotel for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was attentive and professional. The only major challenge is the fact that there is very limited parking close to the hotel. We found a parking lot .2 miles away that was inexpensive and an easy walk. Keep that in mind if you have a vehicle while staying at the hotel. Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We would definitely stay here again given the opportunity…

Wonderful staff and breakfast and spacious apartment. The only problem was the reception closed at 11pm we had our air con on max to cool the apartment down but could not turn it off or change it. We were very cold at night and could not sleep much.

Our 2 night stay was satisfactory for our needs. We thought the hotel was closer to the City Centre, but it was actually a 30-minute walk. The hotel reception were very helpful in organising a taxi cab for us & in advising about where the various restaurants in the centre are located. The breakfast service needs a little better organisation but that could be easily rectified. All in all a good experience for us.

Too noisy, sounds loudly at midnight…room style isn’t really matching with the picture it showed. Electric shut down always. But Staff are nice and helpful.

Description and pictures are very misleading. There was no pool, rooftop terrace, or spa. These are things offered at their other property Madison Villas. Madison Apartments had nothing like this. They gave us a room that was 2 steps away (literally) from the reception desk. When we asked for an upgrade because we are Gold Members they showed us a few rooms we could upgrade to but wanted to charge us €100. The staff was friendly and seemed to know nothing about their description being incorrect on this booking platform. For the price I would most definitely stay at the Sheraton for the same price and they do have a pool and a better location. The walk into the square is very far! We had to take Uber.

My room door is one meter from the reception, I can hear everything in the reception and the dining room when I stay in the room. It's really noise. I stayed four nights and I was waken up by the bell rings at midnight at the first and fourth nights.

Stayed in the Spa Suite room. Excellent value for money and the hot tub was of an insane size. staff were friendly, and as a VIP member, they proactively gave me 10 Euro's worth of Drinks, without me having to ask. Location was a little far out from the main central attractions, but only £3 in an Uber so not an issue

We stayed for the first night in the wellness suite which was beautiful which it should have been for the money spent, but then we moved to a standard room with kitchen in and washing machine, the washing machine leaked all over the floor when used, nowhere to hang our clothes that we had washed and then only one of the 2 hobs worked so made cooking an absolute nightmare! Probably wouldnt stay or reccomend here.

Stayed here for 3 nights, quiet area and walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops and stores. The staff were very nice and welcoming throughout the stay. One point would be that the room is advertised as soundproof, that didn’t seem to be the case.

Beds are super comfortable. Rooms a lot smaller than they look on photos and whatever you do, don’t book the room with the balcony… one of the staff members live or stay there whilst working and are really noisy as they finish at 11pm and start work at 7am and are really noisy getting ready early hours in the morning and coming home at night after work! The noise lasts until early hours in the morning. They are not considerate when you confront them about it either. Also the staff at breakfast are very rude
