Nice hotel, good central location. Hotel appears to be rigid on 3pm check in. No offer of welcome drink as noted in other reviews, must be discontinued. Had room facing main street but no significant noise concerns. Room size very good, bed and pillows comfortable, bathroom fine but fan a bit noisy and always on when light activated. Empty fridge and kettle provided. Only cappuccino sachets and fruit teas provided, but also a choice of a breakfast tea would be nice. Good size safe. Breakfast range fine but hot offerings only warm. Tram stop outside but oddly line from bus station currently does not run at weekends. Enjoyed stay, hotel recommended.

The hotel is right in the city centre and has very convenient parking. The staff were helpful and friendly. However, breakfast was a mixed bag. Great selection of cereals, but pancakes were stone cold, even when delivered from the kitchen. And no butter available for the toast. And the dining room is far too small for the demand. Our room had a kettle and cups, but only two sachets of coffee, no tea or milk. We used the coffee the first night, so asked for more, only to be told that we could only have what was in the room. So we ended up buying our own tea bags and milk.The minibar was also empty. A great stay let down by lack of interest.

Has one short night in Zagreb before heading to the coast. Had a car and hotel had an easy in-out parking lot adjacent. Great recommendations from staff. Drinks available to take up to room. We skipped breakfast, but most other guests seemed to enjoy.

My wife and I have been traveling in Europe for a month and have stayed in many hotels and Hotel Park 45 was the best. Apon arrival we were greased by a friendly and gracious hotel clerk that offered us a glass of champagne. After our quick check in we we arrived in our room that was very nicely decorated and very clean. The AC worked perfect and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was immaculate. We had a very restful sleep and then we went down stairs for breakfast that was magnificent. The best hotel breakfast of the trip. My only regret is we could only stay one night at this wonderful hotel. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay and you can count on us staying at the Park Hotel 45 on our next trip ta Zagreb.❤️

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we received 5* service - staff were friendly and helpful, our room was larger than average and very comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location, just minutes to walk to the main square and to the funicular to access Upper Town. Breakfast selection was very varied and delicious. Thoroughly recommend this hotel!

There is a reason the picture of the outside is just the street it’s on and there is no picture of check in area. Asked to cancel as soon as I got there. They said I would be marked as a no show instead of a cancellation. I asked speak with manager. Was told he was not available. Asked for managers name. Was told that the manager does not want his name given out. This all when the manager is sitting right next to the attendant.

Friendly staff at reception. Guy gave a city map and informed location of restaurants and main attractions. Also welcome drink was served. Hotel has good location at main shopping street and near the main square. Tram stops just meters from main door. Very good breakfast.

A most enjoyable stay at this hotel. We were welcomed with a drink when we arrived to check in. The staff members were friendly and helpful at all times. The room was large, bed comfortable with good quality bed linen and the bathroom was large and clean. Plenty of hot water. Breakfast was a nicely presented buffet that would satisfy most people. We could walk everywhere in the lower and upper towns.

We stayed in a room with 2 skylight windows, can watch the stars at night. Place near shopping area and restaurants. Hotel’s staffs are very friendly and helpful. On Sunday we went to the flea market, just 5 mins walk from the hotel.

This hotel looks simple from the outside an even at the front desk but the venue is clean, modern, and spacious in hallways, guest rooms, etc. The decor is lovely, the breakfast excellent, staff amazing and location is perfect.

I had a single room which was quite small. Bathroom was new the rest of the room not. Decent breakfast, okay location, friendly staff (restaurant recommendations were not so good though). Was a bit loud the first night (probably children in a room next to me).

Very welcome check in. Quick and efficient. Room nice. Single room. Bed big enough for two. No view. Clean and looked recently refurbished. Bathroom shower fine, but the fan was so noisy. Really noisy bathroom fan. Breakfast was adequate. Scrambled egg options, but all were cold as had been made a while. Staff at breakfast continuously checking quantities of food available. Seld service coffee from button machine. Receptioon didn't entertain a late check out of two hours. Didn't get a chance to say I would pay extra. Just a couple of hours. Just immediately responded with they were completely full. 11am check out. I was hoping for 1pm. Not to worry.

Great boutique style hotel in a fabulous Zagreb location close to all the sights and dining options. The room we had was the smallest style in the hotel but was still very large and all the amenities are new. The staff are friendly and so helpful with advice and the breakfast is better than most hotels with a wider variety of food options (both hot and cold) than the usual cheese, cured meats and bread you will find at other places. Loved our stay at Hotel Park 45.

Clean and modern hotel with perfect location. Right on the Ilica, with on-site parking and bigger than usual rooms, this is a nice hotel. Friendly staff, too. All of the sights of Zagreb are right out your door and walkable.

I used to stay many times at this property. We are a couple and this time they decided to give us a room with two twin beds. We were too tired to change rooms. Anyway, I had a horrible sleep.

An affordably luxurious hotel experience with a chic personal touch. A good value, helpful and friendly staff; very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast is served every morning in the breakfast room. Treats include freshly baked croissants and homemade dishes, local cheeses and cold cuts, eggs, seasonal fruit and vegetables from the farmer's market.
