Nice apart-hotel newly redone. Nice to have a small kitchenette with fridge. Best location in Paris, close to trains to CDG and ORY, metro. Lots of restaurants, bakeries and shops nearby.

My daughter and I enjoyed the spacious hotel room and the location. The front desk staff was mostly friendly and helpful with the exception of one man. The 2 drawbacks were the lack of cleaning service (it’s self-serve) and I would’ve liked someone to sweep the floors and clean the bathroom sometime during our 4 night stay. The elevators were the other hassle - one was out of service our whole stay and the other one was hit or miss so we had to use the stairs multiple times and saw some people carrying heavy suitcases up/down the stairs. The least helpful staffer basically told us “maybe its working, maybe it’s not” and didn’t seem to care at all about the hassle or our safety if we were in it and it stopped working. All in all, I would probably not stay here again unless I really wanted a big room for some reason because that’s the biggest benefit to this hotel.

Great location to stay and really nice 1 bed apartment rooms. Easy to walk everywhere or catch the train. Staff were really nice and free coffee and hot choc whenever you want.

Excellent location. Right in the center of a large nightlife area; many, many restaurants and bars. 15 minute walk to the Louvre, 10 minute walk to the Latin Quarter and Notre-Dame. Transportation (Metro & RER) to just about anywhere are at the hotel or a 7 minute walk away. All major site are less than a €13 Uber ride away. A bit noisy outside if you keep your window open because of the nightlife. Was not an issue for myself. Rooms were larger and more modern than the standard Paris hotel room. Washer and dryer on site for fee. Housekeeping once a week but one can get towels and linens at will. If I return to Paris I will look at this hotel first. A .

The property is walking distance from many attractions, shopping, local restaurants/bars and accessible to all forms of transportation. Having a kitchen is always a benefit, and the local Monoprix supermarket in the mall made grocery shopping easy. The staff was courteous and the one bedroom unit was just right for a family of four including two teenagers. The room was clean and appeared to be recently renovated. If I had to complain about something its that there could have been some artwork/decor in the room. It almost seemed like they just had not gotten around to it yet. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

My son and I stayed here and enjoyed our stay. It's a great place for the younger crowd, good cafes and very close to the metro. There is also a very good bakery just steps away that was very convenient. The front desk people were friendly and helpful.

This is my second time at this property and love it. Can’t say enough about the walkable close to metro, Forum shops, bakery and Louvre location all at a reasonable rate. Infact the metro elevator to go straight to the tracks with your heavy travel bags is to the left of the entrance. Clean renovated room, free quality coffee in lobby, friendly staff l, safe entry. Comfy beds, beautiful view of fountain with tons of action and youthful vibe.

Very nice aparthotel. The location was central to everything in Les Halles, with tons of transportation options nearby. The layout of the mini apartment was perfect for our family of 3, and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Laundry in the hotel was very helpful (and the app made it easy and allowed us to not have to wait for it). Lots of dining options nearby, and walkable to most tourist spots. Highly recommend - we would stay here again!

As an architect and frequent traveler, it’s the best hotel room design I’ve seen. Good space around the king bed, good size table with a desk and lounge chair, brilliant and beautiful kitchenette, small but exquisitely designed luxury bathroom. Well-placed outlets and USB ports. A French window that actually opens wide with a nice balcony rail. Exceptional!

The area has improved since my last visit in 2017 there are numerous restaurants the Chatelt. Etro station has a new entrance right next to the hotel if you enjoy walking use your map’s app to direct you to the Notre-Dame Dam the Latin Auarter is a block away, you can also use maps to direct you to the Louvre. There are high end stores near the Louvre Rue Gambon the #1 train will take you to the Arc de Triomphe

A fabulous apartment for families! My teenage sons and I had an abundance to space to spread out and relax after long days site-seeing. A great central location and friendly staff with the added bonus of coffee/hot chocolate machine to keep us happy! The only deductions were due to renovations in progress.

Property is spacious, comfortable, and close to many attractions like the Louvre and Notre Dame. There are so many restaurants to choose from or you can buy food at the market. And it is easy to walk everywhere, hotel is next to the Metro, or call a taxi or Uber. I would highly recommend it.

I think this is a pleasantly sufficient place to stay if you plan to go out and about (as you should in beautiful Paris). It is conveniently located. It is somewhat noisy (thin walls). But shower is great and little kitchenette is so nice to have. I still am not sure where you are supposed to park. Keep in mind that there is not a loading/unloading area so if you have lots of luggage keep this in mind as you must be prepared to do some walking. The staff is very kind and efficient.

The location is excellence! It just near metro & RER station and quite many restaurants around. Hotel staff is nice and helpful; the check-in and check-out process are very efficient. Moreover, the hotel offers free coffee at lobby which is impressed by coffee lover like me. I will definitely recommend this hotel to those who travel to Paris for business or vocation.

Location is convenient, hotel clean and well run, service friendly and accòmodating. The problems we had will hopefully be temporary; construction noise starting early in the morning, and a room that lacks basic things like electrical outlets in the kitchen (we setup appliances on the floor in the bedroom), towel racks in the bathroom.

Great location. Metro within a few feet from hotel. Close to restaurants and stores. Walkable distance to noted dame, Latin Quarter and the louvre. Eiffel Tower and arc the triumph about 2-3miles away but also walkable. Friendly staff, everyone spoke English.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the center of Paris and just steps away from the central Metro station, so it is easy to get to any part of Paris fairly easily. Several of the major attractions such as the Louvre, Museum d'Orsay, Tuileries Gardens, etc. can be reached by walking. The staff is super nice, friendly, and very helpful in answering questions. The only negative is that the hotel is currently undergoing some renovations that should be finished soon. Otherwise, I would have definitely given it a 5 for excellent.

Lovely hotel, very easy to find and with the train station only a 1 minute walkaway. The hotel is currently being renovated but this didnt intefere with our stay nor could you hear any building noise, Hotel staff were very friendly and were very helpful, Free coffee in the lobby area. The only 1 little miggle i would say is our room was a little on the smaller size than i would have liked, The bathroom was very small so it took alot of shuffling to get around the door, But otherwise than that i would recommend this hotel.

I like the location of this hotel a lot of dining options and right next to Subway so transportation was very easy. However, I believe the hotel is overpriced for what they offer. They don't offer room service to clean the rooms ,unless you pay extra the hotels under complete renovation and there's dust and dirt everywhere. In my opinion, if you're going to charge the prices you charge, you need to provide more options like cleaning service, complimentary or lower your prices. The noise in the morning was very loud. We will not be staying at this location or recommending for others to stay.
