I got there to check in and the virtual card sent by Hotel.com was expired so we couldn’t get checked in. I had to go somewhere else completely and still haven’t gotten my money back. I’ve received nothing from Hotel.com even though it was not my fault they didn’t send payment through

I didn't get to stay the second night?? Not sure why but had to sleep on the streets it was not fun or what I call sleep no shower yet and hopefully I can check in today if they will let me!! Only way I will do this is if one person who was nice at front desk is working and I'm calling ahead to check as I will not unless Michelle is working!!!

I was able to stay one night and had some issues with my bank!! After that they treated me like I was a horrible person trying to get a free stay when I was willing to pay them today or tomorrow and they gave me 5 minutes to charge my phone in the lobby before telling me to leave???! Not sure what they are thinking as I could have been in a room and they could have made money but instead treated me like I was the worst person in the world!!

Definitely a crack hotel. As I was checking in a man was explaining at the front desk how he saved a kid from falling from a tall height at the hotel. And then as I was checking out a handicap guy was getting put in the back of a police car. The hotel room was decent tho. It was modern like the picture except the bathroom. Found boogers and hairs on my towels. The hallways smelt like a gross kitchen home smell. It was fine for a solo traveler who ain’t afraid of no crackhead you can easily take on. The price was what you paid for. Overall I slept fine.

I did not stay here. This motel is getting 1 star because I attempted to confirm my stay and was hung up on, 5 times. I live 7 hours from this location and would have gotten into town very late. I did not want issues, so i called to make sure my room would be there when i pulled in. Not only did the front desk hang up on me twice, but the customer service agents hung up on my 3 times. There was no confrontation or rudeness, there was no reason. I did not receive call backs or emails. So i cancelled the reservation and had Hotels.com (amazing help) email them for a waiver. After 72 hours, i was informed that Motel 6 would not give a cancelation waiver. No further explanation. This motel should be struck from the list of possible places to stay.

I mean.... it's a motel 6. It was clean enough. I had to surround the door with towels so lights didn't shine in from hallways. I didn't necessarily feel safe, though luckily nothing happened to me. It's bearable.

SCAM. Rooms look nothing like the photos; totally grody and half the lights don't work. Dozens of tweakers lying around in and outside the building, obviously a trap house run by a gang. People smoking crack outside your door and making a scene overnight. Supposedly the staff is in on it and this Motel 6 is not part of the franchise but independently owned (according to google reviews). Read the 1 star reviews on google before renting a room. All the 5 star reviews are paid by the hotel as they give a discount to everyone who gives them 5 stars. Bed bugs, burn marks, drug residues in rooms. Creepy maintenance man. I had to stay somewhere else because it was so bad. I have stayed in motel 6's before and never seen anything like this. Genuinely shocking a place like this exists and honestly it should not be listed on Expedia.

You don’t expect a lot from a motel 6, but this was one of the worst! Pool was closed. Hallways stink. Ice machine is down. Rif raf all about. Dog poo everywhere. Recommend spending the extra 30-40$ and stay anywhere else.

While the room was clean enough (one bug on night four and a hairball), the room was extremely bare-bones - doesn’t even have two nightstands in the queen room. We had a non-smoking room, but either folks were smoking in the hallway, outside our window, in adjacent rooms, or there was poor ventilation piping air in the building but the last three nights our room reeked of smoke that would gradually dissipated by the morning. There were also several homeless people staying in the parking lots, using the surrounding area as a bathroom, begging… So I definitely didn’t feel super safe there, particularly on the ground floor. I would spend more to stay elsewhere next time.

You can tell they got a lot on their plate. The service was good, the room itself was fine it was just under construction, elevators didn't always work, my non smoking room sorry if smelled like a smoking room and you can't actually adjust the temperature of the shower you just get very hot water with varying pressures plus no soap or shampoo. But the staff was very friendly and helpful. You can tell they're in a rebuild and that's ok, but if your rebuilding and still open, you need to make sure the guests your are serving are taken care of.

Not bad for the price and for what you would expect for the brand. Hotel undergoing renovations, so that must have been why so many rooms available. Despite the non-smoking policy, the place smelled like weed. Parking lot could use some better lighting to feel safer at night. But, for the price, I'd go back.

I have had a great experience here. incredibly friendly and capable staff. i feel safe and welcome. michelle has been especially helpful but i love all of them. cleaners and maintenance and security are great too!

You guys stopped charging for dogs and I love that! Michelle was amazing and she took to my dog Dexter. It was so adorable! I have stayed here many times and I will continue to stay here in the future.

This property was actually much nicer than the photos. Lots of upgrades have happened so the rooms are exquisite! I truly enjoyed my stay and the staff was so courteous.
