This place is a mess be warned. Smart roaches, the front office will also do anything to get you to book with them directly so that they can charge you more. Seems to be a theme amongst Indian owned properties.

Bed bugs. I was bit on the back and neck. Room smelled moldy. Asked for a different room. Lady at the front desk told me that all of the rooms were the same. The worst experience in all my stays in Motels and hotels. Also, when I complained to the lady at the front desk she locked the lobby and made me stand outside in the humid heat. I asked for Lysol or room refresher and was refused.

Check in was horrible . I have never had a problem with any of the workers at all. I always highly recommend this motel but this time the The person checking in guest was rude. I kept trying to tell her my reservation. My instructions was. I needed it downstairs if possible close to The grass area because I have a dog. I paid for a double queen room access to wheelchair because my mom is 90 years old . The reason for wanting a room close to the grass area is because I was not gonna leave my mom in the room why I take my dogs all the way to the back. Well I had to settle for a room close-up front no yard for the dogs whatsoever. So this is how I had to do it when I want to take the dogs out to use the restroom. When I told her about my reservations, she was unbelievably rude. And which I told her I have never ever had a problem with this hotel I always highly recommend this hotel is still a recommendation but just don’t go when there is a short female lady working

We have now stayed at this property three times while visiting our son who is living in Addison for a summer internship. We have one more visit before he returns home and we definitely will be staying here again.

I wish the keycards were better labelled as apparently I was putting it in wrong at least some of the time and slowing my own efforts to get in. Other than that things went very well. It would be great if they had recycling baskets and not just trash, and having the room temperature set in the 60s when we enter is too cold and seems like a big and expensive waste of electricity when you don't have a tenant in the room.

There was mold in bathroom. Iver head light did not work. Blanket had burn holes all it. Had to have key card reset 5 time. Told staff they did nothing to help at all.

We had to stay here on an emergency because our power went out at the house - bad idea. We should’ve picked another place. The hotel was sketchy and we did not feel safe. The room was musty and smelly. I would not return to this hotel ever.

I asked for a smoking room and got non smoking. I called before arrival and asked to check in early was told I could. Got there no rooms available. I was 45 minutes late for work due to no internet access for checking in. The bathroom wasn’t usable. The bed comforter and sheets were holey and worn out. Front desk girl laughed in my face when I checked in bc she still didn’t have my room available. I asked to waive the fees so I can find another hotel they said no.

Nothing special about this place. The location was convenient, but the room was just average. It served it's purpose and I slept alright. However, the 3 nights we were there, the AC unit got louder and louder. If I had to be there another night I definitely would have had to move to a different room. I hope they get that fixed.

My rating mainly was because we stayed in what I think was the worst room in the hotel. Our view was of the ice machine and microwave. The wall on the outside was connected to the stairs. All night long you could hear and feel people going up and down. I knew I should of said something when I first saw it. Do not stay in room 176 it is a noisy dungeon. Luckily we didn’t spend much time in the room. Great location.

For the price it was and considering that it's a motel, it was fine. The room itself was in bad shape, e.g. the bathroom door had a huge dent in it and wouldn't really shut, some of the A/C buttons were broken, and there were all kinds of electrical buzzing sounds, but the bottom line was that the bed was clean and the room was clean. They also didn't price gouge during the solar eclipse which was nice (they totally could have like everyone else). I truly cannot complain considering the price and location.

I just talked with a guy in the lot outside my room who said he was from Ukraine. We started to talk briefly about the war. I had comlimented on his nice truck. He said it was a stupid war. I asked why he was not fighting for his country. He said I'm going to see what's behind this door. So, he put out his cig, knocked on the door and went inside. I'm in a brothel!
