There was a invasion of privacy issue. They came to clean out room and took a video of the sheets. And yes I am on my period and I did get blood on sheets. It just made it bad. No other hotel has ever done that.harrassement to clean room every 2 days.

I never got in my room. They placed me all the wsy in the back, a single female. It looked unsafe, like human trafficking going on. Guys hanging around outside. I could hear a woman in a nearby room hollering like something was being done to her. My room key didn't work. I had to leave all my stuff outside the door and walk back to front office. My room key was recharged, plus I was given another one in case that one didn't work. Got back to the room and neither key worked. That was my sign to get out of that environment. Ladies walking looking like prostitutes. Just didn't feel safe. I asked for a refund and left the property.

I picked this motel because it has good ratings. I can say the room was clean, but not long after arriving we noticed roaches, and they just kept coming out.

My reservation confirmation was not honored. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for something that paid for so the room costed me, double and there was no courtesy and there was no help from front desk.

The room was was okay , but outside in the parking lots and by the rooms , a bunch of drug users hang in the parking lot , police are riding around and will harass you if you are at your car or sitting in your car

Was good and clean, the toilet bowl water was a little low and sink was kind of a weird shape, the pressure was pretty high, the tub drain was a little tilted but worked fine, but otherwise everything else was great. service was kind and professional and explained the details down. the cleaning staff were fast and tidy with their work. easy parking and walking to the food places nearby. access to other places in the area by car and location was nice.

Honestly...I wouldn't have stayed here if I was aware the rooms were as they were. Non-smoking room but burn holes in the blankets...room smelled like dogs and air freshner (moved to a new room same smell). New room was more updated than the fly by night room I was put in initially. May be ok for some but overall I would not stay again -_-

Staff was terrible. Room is not quite. We couldnt sleep. There was cockroach. Lobi bathroom was locked. No shampoo in the room. The hotel pictures not knowlageble. They did not reflect hotels info.

We traveled to Dallas for the first time to see the total eclipse of the sun. We chose this hotel for its proximity Love Field and to a Hertz rental car facility that actually had cars to rent because DAL was sold out. It was also one of the few hotels that did not inflate prices to take advantage of eclipse tourism. Having never been to Dallas, and based on my selection criteria, I expected a little, but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, quiet, centrally, located to all kinds of great food, and with easy access to everything we wanted to do. Our TV did not work, they moved our room. If I were returning to Dallas, I would stay at the Red Roof PLUS+ in Addison again.

Room smelled like urine and my husband notice roaches in the bathroom. Mattress pad had a stain that was visible through tge sheets. This is a very outdated and smelly hotel. Staff member advised that he is “sorry for the roaches.”

Thank goodness the reservation was only for 1 night. The property is a MOTEL with exterior doors. We saw a roach in our room. The beds were clean and the bathroom was clean but pets are allowed and the carpet had pet stains and the room smelled like wet dog. They have remodeled some but lots of broken things. My hair dryer didn’t work. The upper ice machine didn’t work. They charge a $50 deposit. When checking out they say they are refunding it but 3 days later and no sign of refund. I also do not think it is a coincidence that my credit card had multiple charges that were not mine just 2 days after my stay. Expedia should not recommend this motel.

I tried to cancel a reservation due to an unexpected event. When I called the property direct no one answered the phone. When I went to the National number they told me I had to go through Expedia to cancel. No luck there either. Just wanted to inform the hotel so my room could be released to another party if needed. If customer service is like this all the time I would really look elsewhere before signing on. Especially if accommodations to cancel will be this difficult.
