The motel is what you expect for the proce. It is clean and has easy access to the turnpike.

On arrival we were placed in room 322. We opened the door and had to exit immediately! The room stunk! It smelled like dirty, old mop water and musty too - it was unbearable! We asked the lady at the front desk to come smell it and she was very nonchalant and dismissive - told us she didn’t smell anything and when asked for a different room she told us all the rooms smelled the same. This was after 9pm, we are not from the area and needed a place to stay. We insisted on a different room and was placed in 226 which did not stink. However, we had to be using the trash can to fetch water to flush the toilet. This and the first impression made for an unpleasant stay. We didn’t use the linen and went out and purchased our own as we wasn’t going to trust the cleanliness of the place based on the smell of room 322. We took practically all our showers at family’s homes and stayed away as much as possible so we only had to skin the room. This was an uncomfortable situation as we had our 73 year old mother with us.

When we arrived in the lobby there was a very strong smell of marijuana. The receptionist was friendly. Check-in was quick and easy. When we got to our room, we discovered there was no power. We went back down to reception, the receptionist came up and flipped a breaker which fixed the issue. Once back in the room, we turned on a lamp which blew sparks into the room, tripping the breaker again. We called the reception, she came up and flipped the breaker again…more sparks. At this point we asked for a new room. No power issues in the new room but so much yelling, dogs barking, banging and again…the strong smell of marijuana!

Stay was ok for the money I paid. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are pretty small but clean (no carpet, which I thought was odd). Lighting in the room was pretty poor and the halls had a very weird odor.

This hotel is aweful, dirty, smells like pee and weed, sticky floors, noisy and nasty. I asked for my refund after the 1st night (of 3), the manager acepted, I signed a paper in which we agreed the refund (both sides). Now Hotels.com is saying that there wont be any refund!! I dont accept it.
Please dont go to that horrible hotel, and dont trust in Hotels.com

roaches were in the room

Unfortunately our worst booking through Hotels.com after dozens of bookings.
Staff was fine but greeted in the room by a cockroach and a second one in the bathroom. This hotel seems to be housing homeless people as a shelter. My daughter wanted to check out and book elsewhere. I advised her the 3 nights were already paid for. My wife was afraid to walk outside alone to go to the parked car after dark.

Good hotel. Room was clean. The sink was not in the bathroom but that was ok for me. Parking was a bit weird. Had to park in the adjacent gas station parking lot. But the that was fine. Gas station next doors has drinks if needed and there is a Duncan Donuts next door as well.

Stayed here a week for work. Pretty good place for what it is. Room was clean and pretty quiet. Getting to it from I-90 is very roundabout.

Toilet did not flush, got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the nighr and found bugs running across the floor. Room was supposed to have microwave and fridge but had nothing. People gathered and talking loudly in the hallway at a late hour.
I have stayed in some excellent Motel6s but this one brings them down. Won't stay there again.

Our stay was overall good. The Best and most sweetest employee was Tammy. Elevator did not smell good and the most uncomfortable situation was arriving every night to people smoking outside the building (not Tabaco). Other than asking every morning for a few days in a row, that the sheets be changed because of blood stains on them that were there before our stay.

Cockroaches, service only at request. Moldy bath, dirty corners.

Not too bad of a place, stayed for 3 nights, minor imperfections, beds were comfy and everything worked.

The building is ok, just one gets immediately after going to the reception, that is poorly maintained and rarely cleaned. The room is big, with everything necessary, even with microwave. However, the feeling of dirtiness did not change. Especially when a bug appeared on the bedside table to tell me good night. Pity, because not only the travelers, but also the building deserve more.

Don't stay there unless you like to share your room with bugs. We saw at least 4 different kinds of bugs including roaches crawling around the room. Beds were uncomfortable and only had 2 pillows total for a king bed. Room looked dirty and it seemed like the kind of hotel seedy people live inl. We left and didn't stay in the room and the 2 other hotels we ended up at over the next few days said they weren't surprised about the conditions we saw there.

This hotel was terrible. It started by getting shaken down at check in for extra cash for “misc. incidentals” despite having fully paid on Expedia already. Oh wait. It actually started when we had to park at the gas station next store because the parking lot was full. Didn’t help there were people living in their cars in the parking lot.
Room was dirty, towels were dirty, pillow case was dirty, bed had a hole from a cigarette burn/fire. Floor was so sticky our feet were sticking to it. Hairs on the floor, in the bed, on the shower. Outlets missing covers so bare wires exposed. Woken up at 2am both nights by a large dog barking and running in the hall and then humans running and yelling after them. People roaming the lobby in the morning in pyjamas, coffee empty. Oh and you’ll need to bring your own shampoo, Kleenex, microwave, cleaning supplies, maybe sleeping bag, and ear plugs to drown out the disturbing noises coming from other rooms and outside. Definitely wouldn’t stay here with kids. Or even with my wife again. If I was on my own, I would have felt safer and less dirty sleeping in my car.

Typical Motel 6. No complaints from me in that regard. Checked in at 2am. Quick check in. Clean room. No close eating establishments. One frustrating aspect is the road the motel is on is annoying due to only being able to go one way. Not too big of a deal as you can go down about a mile and make a u-turn. But it is a lot of extra driving and have to go out of your way. Seems pretty typical here in MA apparently. I would stay here again.

Check in and out was easy. The staff and guess was friendly and ver polite. The room floor was a bit sticky. There were dry wall patches undone or needed. Despite the room appearance, decent stay.

We had 2 rooms booked on the 2nd floor, upon exiting the elevator, we had an overwhelming smell of curry or something cooking, which seems to get stronger as the day went on. The rooms were decent, until we started noticing all the little things. The bathroom door wouldn't open all the was because it hit the toilet, the tub and surround were outdated and gross, there was a hole in the tile above the tub that someone had covered with the packaged bar of soap they leave for guests, the toilet leaked in one of the rooms, so there was always water on the floor, and most of all the room had these beetle like bugs (big and small) that scurried around in both rooms. Definitely not the hotel cleanliness standard we are used to in Canada. I won't be staying there again. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Nice and fairly clean hotel near shopping malls. Rugs in halls not totally clean, but room was very clean, including bathroom.

Good property for a quick stay. Traffic noise can be an issue from the front of property. Had an issue with billing. I had paid in advance thru Expedia. Hotel charged the Expedia CC upon my check-in, and it was declined. Turned out that the Hotel charged the incorrect amount, which caused the card to decline. I had to pay the Hotel to check in, and then call Expedia to issue a full refund. Not what I wanted to do at Midnight. The error was clearly on the Hotel, but they never admited this. My purpose for paying in advance was to save time & effort. I got the opposite result!

Hard to say. I was disappointed. I was told to have my things laundered and my room cleaned. Is there an extra charge? Really? I should have been told this during booking.
