Very annoying that the majority of my stay the room key did not work - their system was down? Unacceptable for the length of time it took to get it working again.

Our room looked like it wasn't vacuumed before we checked in. We asked to change rooms and thankfully they were able to provide us with a new room. While the new room was clean, the carpet was not in good shape. There was a burn mark and a giant stain. The walls were also pretty thin so I could hear people yelling outside or in other rooms. I am also unsure if there is any staff after midnight.

the road noise from the highway woke me up at 3 am and I could get back to sleep. nice place, comfortable, maybe it quieter on the north side.

Nice Property, staff, and breakfast! I had to change rooms due to broken thermostat. Staff changed rooms no problem.

This place is rather Beautiful. I think it is newer or I just overlooked it. The rooms are great. They were super clean and everything was in great condition. They serve a hot breakfast and the variety of items available was really impressive. The gym is small but has all the essentials needed for a great workout so anything bigger would have been a waste of space. I did not utilize the pool, maybe on my next visit.

Nice hotel just off the freeway. Convenient if coming in from the north to Minneapolis. Breakfast was good

We did not stay. Waited in line to check in for a long time. Observed scary people inside and in the parking lot. We feared for our safety and left without ever checking in

Convient and priced right

The hot tub was not hot and the room near ours had a very strong marijuana smell coming from it. Otherwise for an older hotel it was fairly clean and maintained

I needed to he close to friends in Fridley & this was just a 10 minute drive. There was ample parking out front & easy access to freeway. There had been some unfinished repairs needed in my room but I’d already unpacked. Not really big problems but will need attention after I left. The tub drained slowly & exhaust fan was extremely loud.

Toilet wouldn’t flush. Front desk did nothing so I had to fix it myself. Not an easy check in.

Stained bed skirts

Stayed here for a basketball tournament. Entire establishment is run down and on the dirty side. Our room had stained linens and floors. Also was missing the privacy shade in our room so was light all night due to parking lot light shining in. When asked at the front desk they offered to move us the next day…not same day. Tried to cover window with bed sham. Didn’t work. Overall would not recommend. Bar next door had live music until 4 AM!

We had an enjoyable stay and regretted that we could not stay longer. A restaurant, with good food, was conveniently located next door and the chef accommodated our requests for some of the dishes. With the interstate nearby we could get to many destinations.

The only issue we had is that the privacy curtains had not been replaced. We could not sleep in due to early sunlight. Otherwise the place was great and convenient. Room and beds were awesome. Room was accessible and great for my partner who is in wheelchair. Thank you!

Good, clean room. Room was very large and clean. Was by the I-94, which was convenient but loud.

Our stay coincided with a large youth sports event to the facility was fully booked. In spite of that we still had a good stay. Rooms were pretty clean and didn’t have the typical annoying odors some places have.
Linens were finally changed after 5 days, at our request (our stay was 6 nights) evem though policy indicated every 3 days.
It was okay though.

The jacuzzi was not working at check in THAT’S WHY I BOOKED FOR THE JACUZZI. One GREAT THING IS THAT TWO DAYS BEFORE CHECK OUT THEY FIXED IT. My husband noticed bugs. And the restroom spelled like it had plumbing problems.

The fire alarm went off two out of the four nights we stayed there at 0300 in morning. We came there to get sleep and unfortunately I'm as grumpy as ever.

The carpet in our room 224 was dirty and badly stained.
The staff was unfriendly and not at all interested in helping the customer
The first 2 nights of our stay were okay.
The 3rd night a fire alarm went off at 12:30 AM. The Hotel Staff did not tell the hotel guests what was going on or where to evacuate. Guests did evacuate the building on their own. The police and Fire department responded.
The hotel staff did not tell guest that it was safe to return to their rooms. So not a good experience. Not a good
nights sleep.
The next night, our 4th night, once again we were woke up by a fire alarm once again. So 2 nights in a row..
Again the fire department responded. Again guest on their own out in the parking lot , waiting to return to their room, hoping they can fall back asleep.
I asked the desk what was going on. They said they had a system overload. Nothing they could do about it.
They did not seem at all concerned about it.. They offered no apology. Their attitude was that fire alarms going off in the middle of the night was normal
We strongly believe that we should be compensated for our restless nights. We also feel that Comfort Suites should apologize and try to make things right.
Hotel staff also needs training on customer service.

Hotel was in great shape, staff was friendly, plenty of parking, no issues with noise or odors as I've experienced with other hotels nearby. Breakfast was better than expected! The room I was in only had the gauze curtains, nothing to actually block the light, so that was a downside. Also, no one monitored the pool for adults v. kids hours, so when I went down later in the evening, there was an entire soccer team of middle school boys and I couldn't use it. But overall it was good, and would stay there again.

Never changed out the bed sheets we were there for 7 nights. Bathroom tub was clogged. Water coming iu out toilet when we flushed. Could have been better for the price.

Dirtiest hotel I’ve been in.

Staff was considerate, common areas (stair, halls, pool, etc.) need updating. Was a terrible smell in the hallway when we arrived - something rotten was somewhere. Probably won't stay in a Country Inn again after this visit.

They did not have the room I reserved and did nothing to accommodate me price wise. While the hotel was very clean, I will not be using this hotel again

This is a TERRIBLE hotel! Paid for a room in May, arrived Thursday to have NO ROOM! The clerk was RUDE, gave Zero concerns for customer service, didn’t answer their phones when Expedia tried to call them, told my husband NOT HER PROBLEM, and we were NOT THE ONLY ONES!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

Wanted to check in .5 hour early and some lady came out of back saying 3 O’clock! 3 O’clock!
1st-let’s work on using our manners’ “how can I help you, Maybe”?
2-a lil grace & customer service can go a long way!!!
Besides that’ everything went well.
Housekeepers 5 Star! 🙏
