The hotel itself wasn't bad. We had friendly service and the room was clean but had a smell. Each night of our stay cars were broken into, their windows broken out. Even the 1st spot closest to the entrance door in the back was broken into.

Large room, clean and comfortable for the whole family.

I had previously stayed at this hotel and really liked the cleanliness, comfort and the neighborhood and it was for those reasons why I chose to go back

It was okay as ive stayed prior. I spilled my water bottle on the bed and they charged a cleaning fee of $100?? Literally for water that was cleaned up with a towel. It happend when ubwas checking out and house keeping referenced it as deep cleaning!!!? I explained and they still charged like it was urine or bodily fluid. I disputed with my card provider. I am responsible and pay for anything that i damage but NEVER $100 for water. Im always very neat and leave tips for house keeping.

Great stay, great staff
4.0 / 10.0
Staff always extremely friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfortable. The lobby furniture was worn and dated, as were the room furniture and decor. The carpets were dirty throughout the hotel, the sink and shower in our room were both dirty, the room was very dusty, (tables, night stands, shelves) the shower fixtures were dated, (faucet, shower head) and tiles and shower floor were worn. There was a large bee hive outside the bedroom window, where it appeared bees enter entering the building near the 6th floor elevator area.

The check-in was a cluster. I had changed the reservation date. The AI assistant closed the old reservation but when I got to the hotel they did not have the new one even though it was on my itinerary.
I eventually got a room but I could not find a hotels.com phone number to help straiten it out.

Our shower gel was empty but we usually bring our own. Had to get bedding for the pull out couch. But staff was very friendly and breakfast is always good.

The breakfast was awesome. Also had a little kickback snack available in the evening, which was perfect for us one night when we needed something small. It was a nicer hotel than we anticipated for the price paid.

Staff was friendly. Hotel conditions not the best. Torn couch cushions, door between sitting and bedroom didn’t close and bathroom tub was rusty.

Check in staff was rude, no service at the hotel bar. On the plus side, the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Also, I forgot my key in the room and one of the evening front desk ladies was very polite and helpful.

Everything at this hotel was excellent. I gave it 4 stars because parking is a little bit far from main entrance. Breakfast is just excellent!! Bedroom and bath were in excellent condition. They do well in using toiletries in containers good for the environment. Good television channel choices.

Late breakfast on weekends was an inconvenience if I have to leave a little earlier. The check in staff was not friendly and did not acknowledged our standing there for a long time. It was very disappointing that there was no 24 hour business center...there was no business center even when it was advertised to have one. I had to complete work on my cell phone.

Hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood. The room was huge and because of lower back problems, I normally sleep in a recliner and don’t get much sleep in a bed, but, I slept like a baby. I will definitely be back to Embassy Suites!!

We really enjoyed our stay! This was our first time staying at an Embassy Suites, so the complimentary evening drinks and snacks were an unexpected bonus! The breakfast was fantastic for a free hotel breakfast! The pool area left a bit to be desired, but it accomplished the task of evening entertainment for our kids. It seemed to be a lot of chlorine and area felt a bit dated. There was also a lack of seating. Ultimately though, we would stay here again! It was a great location and not too far from the activities we were enjoying while in the Cities (Twins game, Science Museum, Mall of America, and Top Golf).

I arrived earlier than anticipated in Minneapolis after few hour drive and I decided to go the Property knowing that check in is 3pm. I arrived and asked stuff if there is room available while my wife was speaking to the front desk agent calmly , a lady come out of no where from the back yelling at us we are not doing any check in now. We felt insulted and offended by her yelling at us while the agent already explain there was no room and we were walking away but she decided to insult us to show her authorities. That is still come back because it was not necessary we knew check in was 3pm so why would she insult us just for trying instead of letting us deal with the agent

The hotel was overall fine for my family. The pool was small, but the kids had fun. Breakfast was great. The rooms were nice-ish -- comfy beds, but a few stains on the walls. The only thing that sets my review aside, was the pull-out couch. We have 4 kids, so for the first night, two of them had to sleep on a couch that smelled like urine. It smelled so bad, by morning the entire room smelled, and we had to be moved to a different room. As soon as we noticed the smell of the mattress, we told the front desk, but nothing was done until the second day. Pretty gross, but we managed. They didn't do anything but move us to a new room, which is a huge inconvenience when you have 4 kids and a lot of things. I don't know that we would stay again knowing that, but it was really nice to have a bigger, reasonably priced room for our large family.

We choose Embassy all the time they always have great hospitality. The breakfast Buffett is always fresh along with the cooked to order omelets. Everyone that we met during our stay was friendly and our rooms were clean.

Everything was clean. The card key stopped working when I returned from breakfast. I had to go to the front desk to have the card keys reset. Good thing I didn't leave my purse in the room & was able to prove who I was.

Tried to order room service and line just rang for 10 minutes, called the front desk to request room service and was transferred to the same line that just rang for another 10min.The "gift shop" had vary little to no snack options. Decided then to get food ordered from a nearby pizza hut after 2hrs and 2 different delivery drivers attempts, my order was just cancelled. All would've been good If Ijust was able to make a room service order like the website says.

I was very disappointed with my room. A paper with someones credit card number was left on the table, no shampoo, no body wash. The thermostat dudnt work. The room was cold. A light bulb was burnt out. For the money i was not happy with the room.
