The hotel was amazing. The service was great and their cleanliness is very throrough. Please be aware of space in the hotel, space may feel limited if you're not use to accomadations in Asia.

Good service but very small rooms. Seems that presentation photos are photo shopped or very old ad the condition was quite bad.

Overall it was a nice hotel with a convenient location. The area is quiet in the evening, which is nice, but there are still lots of restaurants and a DONKI nearby. Our only concern related to the check-in process — instead of allowing people to check in a little early if rooms were ready, they made everyone wait until 3 pm. This created a queue which does not seem efficient for them or their guests. Other than that, service was very good and all the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Clean and spacious. Nice staff. Very comfortable and pleasant during a busy business trip. Had to work in the room for couple days and it was comfortable. Near subway station and the neighbor is very quiet.

This hotel was off-the-charts excellent on every measure. Also a good price on hotels.com. When we checked out and were about to summon an uber, the concierge asked if we would like him to check on a taxi price (most ubers in tokyo are taxis anyway). He did and negotiated a better price, then took our bags to the taxi and helped driver load them and us in. The Hotel Metropolitan Edmont was just awesome...

We enjoyed our stay, the area is not touristic but local and is well connected and has lots of restaurants. The room size is small but pretty good for Tokyo. Just wish the table had been foldable to make up some space.

Fantastic 6 night stay at this hotel. Very good location with many restaurants in the area and close to subway access. Hotel was modern clean with many dining options. Room was spacious, bed was super comfortable, very quiet. Overall we really loved our stay and highly recommend the hotel.

We chose to stay here as it was the hotel where our 10 day tour started from. Our stay was a separate booking. We moved to a different room when the tour began. Our room was quiet and comfortable with two pillows on each bed, dressing gowns and pjs and plenty of amenities and a coffee machine with capsules (our next room did not have a coffee machine). We ate in the bar and had cocktails. This is not open on Sundays evenings! Breakfast buffet is OK but $$. There is a 7/11 store nearby. The hotel is a nice hotel and we stayed at others which were more expensive and less comfortable than this during our Japan stay. There are a variety of eating options in the area within walking distance. The train station is 10 min walk if you exit on the right side…. Make sure you have your gooogle maps sorted if you are coming from Narita so you do come out at the right exit.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Some went out of their way to accommodate. Rooms were clean, buffet had many options.

I was in Tokyo visiting my son who was doing a semester at a Japanese university. Hotel Metropolitan Edmont was centrally located, near a large train station. It was very clean and the staff were exceptional. Hotel Metropolitan Edmont was the perfect central point for my 2 week stay in Tokyo.

Had an overall pleasant stay at the hotel. Room was definitely a bit small but nothing unusual for Japan. The services available at the hotel such as laundry were mediocre. Fitness was almost non-existent. TV and movie options were super bad (for any non-Japanese speaker) but the Chromecast option worked. Not impressed by the restaurant / room service options and the taxi service was a mess. Other than that the place was pleasant and comfortable.

Hotel staff were lovely,
Place was kept clean and the staff tidy you room daily
They have a kettle and black tea (bonus points for a Brit)
Room was spacious considering how hotels are in Tokyo
I only have 2 complains:
The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but I only ate there once
They really need at least some dumbells for the gym. I was disappointed when i used their gym and it was just treadmills. Better than not having a gym at all but some weights are like one of the bare minimum things.

I am extremely pleased with this hotel. Check-in was fast and easy, the staff is extremely kind. Rooms are impecable and very spacious. Breakfast had an American section which was great for us. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Location was close to the Tokyo Dome and Idabashi station walking distance. There is a 7/11 and a Mart right there too! This is our preferred hotel next time we are in Tokyo.

Hotel was quiet, clean, and nice. Good area close to subway and easy to get around. Main disappointment was the gym had no weights or weight machines - just some cardio equipment. Everything else was good and no other complaints. I would stay there again.

The room was lovely. The mattress was extra firm which is perfect for me. The bar staff at Carousel made amazing drinks and a had a great atmosphere. The breakfast was also delicious.

We would stay there again as the amenities were nice as there was a laundry room combined with an eating area for us to be able to spread out when having a konbini breakfast. The standard rooms we were assigned were neat and recently updated.

We had two rooms a family one - was great.
And basic double one - was really small and uncomfortable for two people.

The room was compact but that’s to be expected in the city like Tokyo. Everything works as it should. Extra amenities made it luxurious. The facility is impeccable. Staff tentative and the area is quiet. 7 mins walk to some nightlife/shopping/restaurants as well as public train station. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again!!

The hotel was adequate. The staff were responsive and friendly. The cleaning staff did a great job. I wish they would have allowed us to get new sheets after three days. We stayed a total of ten days. The rooms are Japanese style so they are small take that into account. They have everything you need including a robe. Very close to restaurants.
3.0 / 5.0
Property was up to a good standard. Staff lacked communication in basic English something I would expect when welcoming patrons from all over the world. Also knowledge of local amenities like buses trains and restaurants were hard to come by when asked of by front of house staff. Restaurant breakfast was not up to an international quality good but service was excellent. However with all that said we really enjoyed our stay. And would book again.
