El traslado es bueno, solo que si necesitas salir del hotel muy temprano antes de las 7am, no hay opciones para transportarte.

Close to Disney, clean and tidy
The onsite dining facilities are very limited in terms of menu and variety. We caught a taxi to the nearby Hilton Tokyo Bay to enjoy their open buffet
10.0
Food delicious and location excellent
I think you can make better hospitality specially during meals time… I asked for couple requests to the manager and he rejected my request during dinner time… Japanese can do it better … I know it.

The breakfast was delicious.
9.0
Clean hotel and very close to the parks.
we walked to disneyland a couple of times, but the shuttles were regular and convenient too
nice breakfast included in the price.
staff spoke enough english to understand and there was a decent shop on site too, including a disney store
It would have been nice to have a direct walking route across the back of the hotel to disneyland
we didn't really have any other complaints, everything was as you would expect and kept clean so we enjoyed it.

Close to the theme parks
Shuffle bus to the monorail
Friendly staff
Convenience shop in the hotel
The carpet in the room was disgusting
The bed pillows in the room are really bad and you only get 1 and we had to request more.
The ‘clean’ bedding was dirty
The food in the California restaurant is terrible and expensive.
No water provided in the room

Room size is bigger than expected, location to disney is just 5 mins where the hotel provides free shuttle to train station, Disneyland and Disneysea every 20 mins though it is very walkable to those places. There is a convenience store at the lobby so you wont really need to worry about food and drinks.
Nothing.

Location near Disneyland, and the shuttle bus is good, can go many places.
The air condition is not strong enough.

Good sea view out the window!

Great location... there are free buses from the hotel to maihama station every 6 minutes.☺️

good services from the staff and very courteous. willing to help. breakfast is adequate and plenty. same food every day so the third day we felt a little less tasty
the room could be a bit bigger but this is not a complain. 😀

changed towels every day .
Neat & tired housekeeping.
Bus frequency could be increase.

Convenient location to visit Disneyland. Spacious rooms. There is a shuttle bus to Disneyland.
This hotel accommodâtes a lot of people. Sometimes there can be a long wait to get a table for breakfast. The shuttle bus doesn’t take you to Disney Sea. it delivers you to the Disney monorail which charges a lot for the two minute ride to the Sea park.

We didn't know the hotel had a free shuttle bus to Tokyo Disneyland and were pleasantly surprised. We were also able to take a bus to Haneda airport from the hotel, charge was 1,000 yen. Very reasonable. The bell captain stored our luggage while we went to Disneyland, picked it up and took the bus to the airport. Excellent experience.
The price of the meals at California restaurant were quite high. The service and the food was good but expensive.

The hotel check in and check out process was very quick and easy.
The room was very big and came with a large bathroom and deep tub. The view was ok for the price.
The parking system is a scam and you have to be careful. The 2700 daily parking fee is only until 12:00 on your day of check out. After that you will pay 400 yen per hour. So if you are going to Disney on your day of check out be sure to park at the Disney park for the last day. Otherwise you will be slammed with a. Massive parking fee.

Close to Tokyo Disney to suit my 19 & 20 yr old daughters who wanted to go to Disney again. It was cheaper than others nearby so I only booked budget and I got value for that area. Room hadn't been renovated for a few years but it was neat and clean with a large bathroom area.
I didn't like it as much as when we stayed in the Sheraton about 10 or so years ago but that did cost much more at the time (& Sheraton no longer have the cartoon themed rooms my girls liked when they were about 10yrs old.)
The "all day Californian dining" is NOT all day so no good for teenage daughters who sleep-in.
I was surprised the desk staff were not better at English but I guess few guests were Anglo-Saxon. (The cleaner was good at English - better than some "more prestigious" desk staff!)
Long train trips to other parts of Tokyo. It really only suits families primarily in town to take kids to Disney.
Lack of early Narita airport connections. If you have a morning flight then leave the day before and stay in an airport hotel overnight. We had a 9:30 domestic flight but limo buses & the local railway connection buses did not run early enough. Taxi's were booked out the night before according to the hotel desk. A taxi company wanted about A$300 for a booked taxi. Instead at about 5:30am we walked back to Maihama station, caught a train & then a regular scheduled "no booking required" limo bus direct to Narita. Cheap and timing worked but there were few options & if we had missed a link we could have been stuck hailing a taxi. I'm fit and like walking but that early walk wouldn't suit families or lazy people with too much luggage.
