Lady at check in was rude. Got back late second night and key card didn’t work. Took a while to get ahold of someone to let me in. Shower curtain smelled like urine. Worst shower pressure I’ve ever experienced. Lots of noise from upstairs late at night and early morning. Late night noise from bar a few doors down. I won’t be back.

We had an awesome time, even though it was brief and the hotel was comfortable and clean and very relaxing. Would highly recommend I would definitely stay there again. A big “thank you” to the staff who were awesome.

They didn’t have a shower chair so we had to buy one, which we left for future guests that might need it. The water pressure in the shower was so low that it took forever to take a shower! The beds we’re comfortable, but the rollaway bed was not. It was a good thing that I had brought a bed topper because it made the rollaway good! In general, the hotel was clean and in good condition. All of our requests were taken care of, except the shower chair. We booked the room sight unseen based on the room rate which was important to us. We would definitely come back, but hope that shower is fixed!!

We were really excited about being able to bring our dog to this establishment. Our room was located on the 2nd floor and when we got to the room, there was CARPET in the room that was covered in pee stains! It was awful. It smelled like establishment attempted to clean the stains and there was a musty smell left in the room. Seeing the numberous large urine stains was disconcerting to say the least. We were trying to make the best of it, but when I was in the powder room area, one of the front windows would not lock and was loosely sitting in the window frame. That was my last straw. I called the lobby, spoke to the attendant and told her I was VERY unhappy with the room because of the urine stains and window. I couldn't believe a hotel that catered to families with pets would have CARPET in the hotel room...and would rent a room that had obvious urine stains locate throughout the room! The lobby receptionish calmly told me no problem, they could move me to a room that didn't have carpeting. My thought was, why would you put a guest with pets in a carpeted room, knowing the risk pets can cause if they have an accident?...but, I was willing to give the hotel another chance because it was later in the day and we weren't about to start looking for another pet-friendly hotel if they could make the issue right by us. Luckily, we were put in another room that had laminated flooring throughout, windows closed and it was much-better suited to our stay.So disappointing! :(

This was a lovely room with an outside enclosed porch. very clean and comfortable. the staff was very friendly and nice. the room did need a bit of repainting but very comfortable.

We absolutely love staying here. Only hotel we stay in now. Have recommended others and they enjoy the stay. So close to everything. And you can’t beat having Carla’s kitchen just down the street.

We absolutely loved staying at Harbor Inn! The room was lovely, everything was clean and comfortable. We even had a private back patio! It was quoet and peacful, we didnt hear any npise or talking from any other rooms or the parking lot. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful- very attentive to any needs or requests. We had our dog with us and the hotel was very accommodating to her too! There is a nice grassy pet area, a pet wash area/tub, and they even gave her a little goodie bag when we checked in. The hotel has a fantastic view of the bay and is situated within walking distance of everything including Moro Rock, and Pismo beach/San Luis Obispo are just a short scenic drive away. We will definitely be staying here again!

Nice enough place but the deal breaker for me what the very very slow hot water that took more than 10 minutes to warm up, and the bad water pressure. They need to do something about this. It's wasting water to let it run that long before it gets hot. Beds are comfortable, the place is clean and the location is perfect.

The room was not clean. The little couch had not been vacuumed, and there were crumbs all over. It looked like white and brown stain smudged in the fabric of the couch.. There is a skylight over the bed, which lets the light in early in the morning and there’s no way to block it out. Bathroom was extremely small, had mold all over on the walls of the skylight area. Terrible patch jobs with different sheen of paint Unprofessional. The breakfast did not include any fruit which is pictured in the website online there’s zero options, other than bread and instant oatmeal. we were there two nights three days and no clean towels were given the room was not serviced.

Nice & pleasant older hotel. 2 stories with stair access. Standard features like in room coffee, fridge, MW & TV. West view of Morro Rock from 2nd floor and close enough to walk to the shoreline resturants if you like.

The room was spacious, clean and modern. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We were able to park right in front of our room which made it easy unloading our cases. Great location and really peaceful. Some shops really close by and easy walking distance into Morro Bay harbor. We wished we had stayed longer!

Great location - very walkable to and from the shops/restaurants and sites along the Embarcadero. Front desk attendants were very friendly. Communication via text was convenient and efficient. Very dog friendly - with a grass area right in front of the inn and dog treats/poop bags provided upon arrival. Would stay there again during a future visit to Morro Bay.

Have stayed here before and enjoyed it however this time was much different. There was no hot water the evening we stayed and there was still no hot water the next morning. The AC unit kept cutting out so we used the ceiling fan which had a loud clicking sound. Lastly the fridge had been frozen over, guessing the hotel staff had turned it off so it could defrost however once all the ice melted there was water all over our floor. Frustrating as we have had a good time there before and would still like to stay there again in the future however will likely not return after all this mess.

Really bad service at check in. You have to pay to check in an hour early then when we returned they kept answering the phone and helping people that way rather than those in person. Bad etiquette. People skills were lacking in both workers.

The Harbor House Inn was a great spot for a quick beach get away with the family dog included. The property is well kept and our dog appreciated his own goody bag upon check in. We would definitely stay again.

Worst motel i have ever stay in my life. Don't believe in pictures. Old property, no sound proofing, hear loud activities from parking lot,dog barking all night. Never get first floor rooms and rooms next to open stairs. You will hear loud a d shaking walls when people use stairs. Avoid rooms next to stairs for example room 124,224,123,223 and should not get first floor rooms because you will hear tenants activities from upper rooms very loud. Also you will have less water pressure if multiple tenants take shower same time. If possible avoid this place and don't waste your money at this motel.

Upstairs patio overlooking the Morro Bay "rock" was awesome! Too many dang "When are you getting here...?" & How are you? texts tho. Loved the walking distance to great bars & local great Mexican food too! Parking was easy and close to room stairs! Keurig coffee maker was a nice touch, but very little space to prepare coffee (and coffee maker was pain in the a_s to use!)
