The aircon in the room fired up every twenty minutes and produced a rattling sound,no sleep to be had,reported to reception in the morning and was told sorry sir,not really good enough.

Parking is the main reason for a lack of satisfaction. I selected the Adina as they offered valet parking. I corresponded regarding mobility issues and was assured parking would be available. The night before our trip i was emailed regarding “no valet parking” with a link to nearby parking. Unfortunately due to an event in the city there was no parking to be found before 6pm and quite a lot of stress was had in attempt to find anywhere to park at all. We wasted hours not being able to access our room in sweltering conditions. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels - the lack of parking coupled with the price of our room really wasn’t acceptable. After recent knee surgery, lugging my bags a block and a half up a steep incline to the hotel was not an inconvenience I appreciated.

We were in need of a staycation and decided to book here. Combined it with a local show, it was an awesome location, beautfiul apartment, gorgeous outlook onto Anzac Square and fantastic staff. Highly recommend.

This was directly opposite the Central Train station so I could easily commute from both the Domestic and International Airports with my luggage. The check in and check out processes were friendly, efficient and painless, 24 hour reception was great for an early check out. I could grab lunch nearby and sit in ANZAC park to eat.

Just right in front of Central Station, Woolworth right next to the location, clean and quiet rooms, staff is very helpful, everything is awesome! I would definitely choose again for my future stay.

The front entrance are very neat & clean, given a good vibe. Table for group meeting. The lift is clean and room is spaces. totally enjoyed my stay, will be back for sure.

Great location for short stay, right across the road from Central Station. Lovely old building with renovated room on fourth floor. Air con was noisy. Staff helpful and there 24/7, but the absence of any information, brochures or decoration of any sort in the huge reception area was disappointing and a real visual downer. The lift worked very well and the room was comfortable and clean. Would stay again, despite the spartan but expansive ground floor area.

Room was just ok, but starting to get a little dated. Room was on the ground floor with a window facing the mian road, so quite noisy for most of the time. The nightly rate was quite expensive for what you get

The property was clean and situated close to public transport and the main shopping mall. Be warned however that if you booked valet parking, and drive a manual, that you may have to retrieve your vehicle yourself and will have to utilise a car lift. You'll still be charged the full $50 parking fee for this convenient 'valet' service.

The property is very nicely decorated and the room was clean, tasteful and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was fresh and soft. 24 hour reception was a bonus as my flight was severely delayed and it was after midnight when I finally arrived. Will stay there again.

I had 1 bedroom apartment. Lovely room, ample space and comfortable bed. No work desk and shower in bath were the negatives, however the hotel is in a great location so will probably come here again.

Air con wasn’t very cold and there wasn’t a top sheet on the bed, only the doona. This made for a hot and uncomfortable sleep. Cutlery and crockery wasn’t clean. Location is excellent. Staff were lovely. There are 5 or so steps at entrance and while there is a mechanical lift for wheelchairs, it’s something to consider if you’re planning on using a pram during your stay. Considering what we paid, the value for money was good.
