Not very clean, dust cobwebs etc but the worst bit was old tissues and Leaflets from previous guests
We were given a smaller room than the one advertised and paid for, we could not move rooms as the hotel was fully booked.
On top of all of that I was then charged twice and now having to chase a refund
Overall a poor stay, I should have chose a cheaper hotel for a better service

Parking was a nightmare.
Staff helpful, but road works & one way system a joke.
Paid over £250 for presidential suite.
What a joke
Creaking floor boards.
Bar staff friendly
BUT poor choice for food.
Very limited

Nottingham Hilton was perfectly placed for shops bars etc .parked onsite for £40 x 2 nights .room was modern but not that big in fairness .bed was fine and breakfast choices very good .only minor gripe was the shower which did not have much oooomph sadly .all in all a decent stay and would return

Felt rather basic for a 4-star hotel, room was clean, bed was comfortable, but very basic tea and coffee provision when the Premier Inn is offering a Nespresso machine, no biscuits in the room. The lift was dangerous and the doors opened when the lift was not level with the floor. I am disabled and I stumbled with the unexpected drop. The front desk was aware but no hazard notice provided to prevent an injury. The staff were friendly and efficient in spite of the lacklustre provision. Breakfast was pleasant.

The Hilton in Nottingham is in a fantastic spot, right in the city center, making it easy to explore on foot. However, the experience doesn't quite measure up to its premium price. For what you're paying, you'd expect daily room servicing and a more generous supply of in-room essentials like coffee, tea, and sugar, but that's not the case here. Guests are left to top up on these basics themselves, which feels a bit lacking for a hotel of this caliber.
On the plus side, the rooms are quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the city’s bustle. But with these higher prices, a bit more attention to service details would go a long way. Great location, but perhaps not the best value for money.

Lovely hotel- mattress really hard and pillows really soft. Otherwise great and staff helpful.

Convenient for centre of Nottingham but need repair & better cleaning. Private parking across is near but difficult to locate.

You can hear people outside their conversations and the people above our room can hear their walking.👎

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. However, towels were dirty drinks at the bar were overpriced.

Cobwebs all around the floor lamp. Bedside lampshade was broken. Bed was very uncomfortable - could feel springs. Water pressure in shower very poor.

Stayed 1 night . Room was adequate for the purpose . Only is room from 10pm to 8am. Quiet. Good breakfast with good choice of food.

The hotel is central of Nottingham so the location couldn't have been better. It's clean and tidy and the pool was lovely the only thing I would say for a last minute stay was extremely over priced. I payed £400 for a last minute stay that was not worth the money and didn't even get breakfast included £15 on top for breakfast.
I would stay here again if the price was better. Maximum I would pay for this hotel is £175 not worth anything more feel like I was robbed at £400

Front desk staff was not supportive and did not bother about my issues.

Not enough parking so ended up paying for it.
Lady at entrance was very polite and understanding great customer service
One nice thing would be bottle water or small fridge with drinks I didn't want to go out but due to getting in late had tap water as was tired so a couple of free bottles would make a massive difference

Not too pleased that I was put in a room facing the inner core, particularly given I paid for an upgraded room
Quite disappointed about that
Also - would have been nice to have a bottle of complementary water in the room
Not particularly impressed.
There are better hotels at a similar price in the vicinity

Went for a birthday trip, staff were rude and cold. Room wasn’t worth what we paid at all

It’s the second time I have stayed there. It is very convenient, parking opposite rooms are a good size. Sadly I had a very noisy couple arguing above me which was extremely annoying but when I rang the front desk at 4am they dealt with it very quickly

Great experience from check in to check out.

The service was great, it was the room that let it down. Our room was like a corridor, we have had better rooms at the Hilton.

Our room was fantastic ( presidential suite ). Very clean and well laid out.
The restaurant food was great although service was a little slow. Breakfast buffet fantastic.
A bit noisy at night as it was the weekend.
Pool facility and gym also very good and well
maintained.

When they say compact double they mean it . Smallest room we have ever stayed in for the money .

•You have to pay to use the pool which is not advertised but in small print , should say next to ‘pool’ (charges apply) on the amenities list even the receptionist struggled to find the small print
•Lift only goes to floor 5 we where on 6 , so then stairs and I have an injured knee so not great
•room was clean and maid was lovely, best staff member we met
•one side of the bed sloped so that side you didn’t sleep very well
•found a £25 charge put on my credit card and told it will go back or /reimbursed in a week and shouldn’t go though ! , which I’ve never had with other hotel chains , yes you leave credit card details incase you run up costs , then that is charged to the card , but they are taking £25 for no reason to then send it back !!!!!!
•did not find staff helpful
