Outstanding hotel experience from start to finish. The spa treatments were exceptional - professional service, pristine facilities, and truly relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast exceeded expectations with an impressive selection of fresh options and attentive service. The entire stay was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Will definitely return.

Fantastic hotel, very luxurious, had the best night sleep in comfy bed and pillows. Service was brilliant, with everyone so attentive! Would 100% choose this hotel every time I need to stay in Victoria!

We stayed a week in London and this hotel was our home base. The Classic rooms were just that - petite in the typical European manner. Bathroom was large but the plumbing looked like it needed new fixtures. The room had great luggage and closet storage and provided a lovely coffee and tea setup. The place was a little rougher around the edges and the bed was squeeky but it served us well as a central location for all our London outings The property was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. Two downers tho- one was that one of the lifts to our floor was down and non operational during the duration of our stay which made waiting to go up to the room a bit of a bother but made due also there was way too much perfumed air freshener in the lobby area which always triggers my asthma every time I went thru that cloud. Beside that everything else was superb and our breakfasts were a great start to each day!

This is a fantastic hotel made fantastic by their service and attention to detail. It is an older facility that is undergoing renovations and they accommodated our request to change rooms after one day to one of the newer rooms. Don’t bank on the gym - while functional, it’s old and literally in the basement. Outstanding restaurant attached to the hotel and the Indian foods are very home style, authentic and customized to our palate by the chef. We will return

It was exactly what we needed!
Fabulous suite and amazing food!
You would never know you were in the centre of London.
Simply elegant

Excellent service! I booked as an electric wheelchair user, and booked a premium room as it looked large enough, I don't need grab rails etc. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist said that she thought there might be a better room for me, she offered my partner and I a complementary drink while it was sorted. When it was sorted about 30 minutes later, the hotel had upgraded us to a suite, which was perfect for my chair, extremely spacious and clean, could not have been better. Outstanding staff just thinking on their feet and providing the best experience I've had when a hotel isn't quite sure the room I booked is large enough, top marks, cannot fault the Taj, will definitely be back, thank you!

We were upgraded. It was great!

We love this hotel, its the 3rd time we have stayed here. Everything is just great about it .
2.0
The hotel is beautiful overall, but it is unacceptable to have only one functioning elevator in a seven story large hotel. This has been an ongoing problem that seems to not have a resolution in sight.
2.5
The service was great. The facilities were not up to standard. The hotel only had one elevator for such a large number of guests. It was a long wait coming and going. There was an apology placard for the other discontinued elevator, which just verified that this is an ongoing problem. There was no work being done during our six-day stay.
The bathtub narrowed at the bottom, making it hard to stand and shower. The water pressure at the spa was excellent, but very weak in our room. The breakfasts were great. The room cleaning service each day was also great.

Everything about this Hotel is good!!!

It’s was our 4th stay. Apart from a few very minor criticisms, we love the place.
Great staff, lovely suite, very good breakfast.
Having been awarded Guest of the Day previously, how could we stay anywhere else. Terrific hotel.

Really lovely hotel but disappointed as we found the bar area and restaurant was quite chilly. The bedroom and bathroom very clean and nicely decorated but the duvet was not suitable for warmth really only suitable for summer so did not sleep well as we were cold shame as bed very comfortable.
2.5
Room was cosy and comfy. Courtyard was well taken care off. Breakfast was good. Shower door was not closing properly so water was leaking to the floor which was inconvenient.

Great location, only a few minutes from Buckingham castle. Lovely staff. The touch with live music in the lobby was nice.
Great value for money

A wonderful weekend stay! Beautiful hotel overall, pretty lights in the courtyard, clean, fresh bedding, hotel generally smells good and topped of with very friendly staff. The spa was excellent too.
Breakfast was delicious with a massive choice that will delight taste buds.

The most wonderful stay for our wedding anniversary, customer service to the highest level. Diwali theme throughout the hotel and the Courtyard lit up beautifully in the night.
Breakfast was of the highest standard with a great selection of European and Indian delights..looking forward to visiting again.

I picked this hotel because of location and included breakfast
5.0
The stay was good. Service was fabulous. Will recommend anyone wanting to stay near Buckingham palace this place.. One thing to say - The breakfast could be different ..All the 7 days I stayed there, the Indian varieties in the buffet were repeated...India has such a diverse taste palatte, having the same food almost everyday was boring ..and even the other spread which never changed could be different ..the croissants, salads ..everyone is a tourist, business person who come for a change of scene ...engaging them will be great..Thanks.

We stayed at A Taj Hotel for three nights and overall felt very satisfied. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a prime location. The hotel staff were very friendly and friendly. If I come to London again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The scratches on the wall and tables alone tell you the story that this hotel is not a good choice. Let alone only one elevator worked for the entire hotel…
5.0
I love that this hotel has a lot of history and is so close to all the sites you want to see! The staff can help get you to anywhere you want to go. We used Uber and taxis, but most of the time we walked to meet our tour groups and go to restaurants. The concierges are great!

The staff and sercive of this hotel was excellent.

The staff was extremely accommodating, nice and was always ready to help. This property is also extremely convenient to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, the Eye.
2.0
This property is very dated and not in great shape. 2 of 3 elevators were not working the entire stay, you could tell they had been that way for a long time. The waits on the elevators were very long as the hotel was busy. The room I was in had not been updated for decades. The carpet was very warn and dirty, the tub was so high it was hard to get into and the bathroom faucet was barely attached to the sink. The card to get into the room was so old fashion that if you put it near your phone it had to be reset. The mini refrigerator did not work. There was no doorman to help with bags when I arrived. Overall for the charge I have stayed in much better hotels in London. Just needs a complete updating.
3.0
I was charged over $700 for a meal for 2 and a round of drinks for 4 friends at the bar.
3.0
This property shouldn’t be with a 4 star ratings. Most of the time TV was displaying a message “contact front desk”. Outdated sink, toilet, bath tub. Towel provided had holes. The only good thing about the property was convenience and supportive staff.
5.0
Awesome management and staff..,kudos to Rajat, Raunak, Amit and Mukesh… they made our stay so comfortable…we always stay at the Taj on our trip to London, the hospitality given to us by this staff is so noteworthy…5 stars to the team

Absolutely beautiful property with excellent staff and service. It was truly a wonderful stay from start to finish, we hope to go back soon.
5.0
It was very convenient, close to everything. Staff was very nice, friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
3.0
The food at this hotel was poor quality in the restaurant and room service; very disappointing. The proximity to the palace was great. The rooms were quite pricey, given what you get in return.
2.5
This hotel is top notch. Rooms were amazing. Staff very very friendly. Breakfast buffet was also very tasty.
5.0
The people were very pleasant and helpful. The lower floor however can be noisy from the subway in the subway’s operating hours in the room.
