It was amazing! The updated rooms was beautiful spacious and clean. It was clean! The views from my room were amazing! The updated rooms are a MUST!! Every staff member was helpful and courteous. The only draw back was the food options. Since I went on a weekday… There weren’t much options to eat. KWI noodle bar was delicious and the staff was great. Highly recommended. I had a hiccup with the spa and the supervisor (name starts with J) was professional and fixed the issue promptly. The spa was beautiful and recommended!!

Most of the restaurants seem to be closed. Otherwise, we have an excellent experience.

I was not satisfied with my experience. I had a rough time checking in my room was cold. I had an extra bed for no reason and I have not been returned to my $150 security deposit.

Our stay was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The bed really comfortable. And the ocean view was good for the lowest floor.

This was a very bad experience. The room was very unhygienic, especially the bathroom floor seemed to have not been cleaned. We stayed for 3 nights, and the room was not cleaned once. The sound insulation was also very poor. The noise from the vehicles on the road at night seriously affected our rest. We didn't have a good rest. Our family felt very tired, and my son's game condition was not good. In short, I will not stay in this hotel again.

Resort and room were nice. Our room, however, had an RTU running outside the window - and not quietly. Fortunately it ran continuous so it was like white noise. Not overly pleasant but we tolerated it. Should have requested a different room. Overall our stay was OK. Pricey, but OK.

Malik, was excellent at check in. We wanted to upgrade our room, to see the ocean (partial) and he was very accommodating. Room was not very clean, dusty, vents dirty, bathroom countertops not cleaned well. Coffee pot needed cleaning. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the walk in shower. Not family friendly, prices are high, and no pool for children, and no microwave.

Pool is with additional payment and reservation for those who stay in hotel it's not good

On top of the excessive resort fees that we pay per day, we also have to pay to go to the pool on top of that. They wanted $60 per lounge chair and have a sliding scale like Uber and Lyft. They also took out the affordable places to eat and put in name brand restaurants which are totally overpriced.

Telephone barely worked - audio issue
Major part missing from coffee pot - making it unusable
Bathroom was fine - however the shower water temperature constantly was changing from hot to cold

Night I arrived found the room freezing could not locate the thermostat. when I went to the desk, I was told that I was in the OLD side and there is no thermostat and that's what I get for what I paid. I did NOT think $98.per night was what I would get. Very disappointed

Very nice staff and facilties. Casino was great.
10.0 / 10.0
My only disappointment is I left my light on as instructed to have my room turned over. Upon arriving back (5 hrs later) it had not been done.
I asked the staff in the hall tuning over rooms , why it had not been done and she stated she didn’t know why.

Our room overlooked the lobby. Rooms and hallways need a facelift. Alot of homeless people around outside.

The staff was fantastic

Location was excellent to everything including shopping at the outlets. Biggest complaint and turnoff is even though you pay a "resort fee" you get absolutely nothing for it. You have to pay to actually use the pool and secure internet is not free even the free internet is only good for 2 devices. All the extra charges on top of what you already paid is insane.

Our stay was awesome, the room was very clean and the housekeeper that took care of our room was kind and kept us supplied with towels. Thank you so much for all that you do. ❤️

Not up to standard. Computer down even though help desk ticket entered by staff. No bath towels available. Bath products in shower we’re already used.

Would like to have had a microwave or refrigerator in the room. Usually have complementary waters but wasn’t any in the room.

Staff was super friendly when we had an issue with check in. I accidentally booked smoking rather than non smoking and the staff quickly changed it all at no cost and were so friendly and helpful even though it was my fault. I’d definitely stay here again just for that.

The Centurion Tower is so beautiful and elegant. I really love the all the restaurants inside as well as friendly staff.

Centurion tower rooms are nice. NOBU rooms were ok. The bathrooms were not properly cleaned. Service was mediocre at best. We had an issue at check-in and the manager had no intention in helping us at all. They had no interest in making things right despite the $1,000 rooms cost we paid. We could not even get water bottles Without going to a vending machine. Will not stay here again.
