Everyone was welcoming and kind and the rooms were so clean! they welcomed my dog and provided dog linens & towels! I will always stay here because of that! It made the holiday so nice!

First of all Didn’t even get the room and the customer service was terrible! Went to the front office and they told me you can’t book a room with us with no explanation on why so left me hanging without any room to rest in. Was not a pleasant experience at all

Stayed here before no problems. But I think staying too many times will cause problems. The person below us got mad a we got kicked out. The manager who had no badge tried to force enter our room for no reason. The guy below us was the one with the problem. We got kicked out and money refunded.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t feel safe here. We met the person at the “front desk” through a locked window, which started the vibe off wrong. Maybe it’s not a safe part of town, I have no idea. The room had a bunch of tiny issues that made it feel uninviting and uncomfortable. I chose this location for the price; but I will not do that again. Safety and comfort makes a higher cost worth it, in my opinion. But if those things are lower on your list than saving money, you may feel differently.

Simple clean basic. Quiet, decent parking (could be better lit.) neighborhood seemed safe. Convenient to I-5 and Safeway, fast food nearby. Short drive to Portland and Beaverton. Mattresses were a bit soft and old. All else A-OK. Very reasonable price for nice place. Love having no carpet or upholstered furniture for cleanliness.

We are in between right now waiting for our house to be finished with construction so we had a longer stay. I will say, I loved the peace and quiet. However, the constant smell of weed and an a/c that didn’t work decreased the pleasantness of the situation. Despite it clearly being marked that there is no smoking weed on the property, obviously it does not stop people. Talking to the front office staff, they wanted to complain more about social injustice, then hear about customer complaints. It was an ok stay. Just ok.

The staff did not seem to know what was going on. No one told us that the rooms were not cleaned except on Tuesdays. Actually, we were told by one desk person that cleaning was Tues and Thursday but it proved not to be true... Magically, our room was cleaned and straighten on Friday...but the desk person that day told me I was wrong!!!! The toilet and tub were in a room so small that the I had to straddle to toilet to close and open the door!!!! Yes, it was less expensive than other places but I guess you get what you pay for.

One bad apple spoiled the entire great review. I understand some people are just not capable of providing great customer service ( a smile, a greeting, etc) This front desk worker was just not polite in anyway. She sat in the corner on her phone. Not a smile not a greeting basically disdain and aggresion. You could tell she did not like her job . She ruined the rave 5 star review I was to give. Checking in was great that front desk worker enjoyed her job and wasnt there for just a paycheck.

Like the title says, cheap. I had to clean the bath tub before I could shower and the bed was deeply uncomfortable. The "dead body" imprint, as we nicknamed it, in the bed caused a huge back ache for both myself and my husband. However, it was acceptable for the price. If Im just looking for a cheap place to sleep, Id book again.

First off the general manager Barry! Amazing very understanding and kind hearted. Very professional and courteous. The hotel was a hotel nothing fancy but for a two night stay with kids it will do. Management made us feel very welcomed

The staff was rude. They put me in an ADA room. I had been waiting in the lobby with my dog because it was too hot to wait in the car. A young couple walked in and front desk served them first and gave them the better room. I felt discriminated against because of my age. I don’t have a disability and I’m not stupid. I feel that the front desk person assumed because of my age that it was ok to make me wait. I had requested a clean and quiet room not an ADA room.
