Excellent location in Lisbon. Upscale chic with very helpful staff. Strategic to downtown activities.
2.5
The hotel itself is a little dated and worn in some areas. The service orientation and help with our reservation and being out of the country was excellent. The rooms were nicely kept. Excellent breakfast buffet although an extra charge it is worth it for the quality of food and service. The hotel is in a very nice area but not very close to the downtown hub of Lisbon, but uber transporation available was very reasonable. Also very near to public train which could be used without too much difficulty.

Great service check-in was very fast. Bruno was excellent great 5 star service.
2.5
Just a short stay before an early morning flight. But enough time to enjoy the pool and the sky bar. Comfortable room with excellent amenities.
Every staff member we encountered was friendly and very helpful.

The bathroom was renovated and updated. the carpet was dirty in some areas and the air conditioning did not cool the room plus the air conditioning filter was very dirty.

Very nice hotel

Had expected much more in relation to the high price I payed. Stayed at other places in Lisbon that were much more priceworthy. Very dark and nothing special. Bed not comfy.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and if you are going to Lisbon this hotel is perfect! So close to a shopping mall and all the transport!
5.0
Very good hotel with a great rooftop bar, efficient room service and very accommodating front desk professionals.

I left a few things behind at the hotel and they were gracious enough to contact me and hold the items for a friend to pick up for me. They were very responsive to my needs, friendly, and professional. They hotel was clean, and the rooftop bar was amazing.

The hotel is very well located. The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was great. I wish the room was larger and had a second folding luggage rack and more hangers in the closet. The view from the room was the train tracks which wasn't attractive but we were ok with it.

Great location to the Airport for early flight

Nice hotel

Stinky smell Coming from the pipes of the bathroom. Even if it was reported, no proper solution was offered

They need to renovate/upgrade the bathroom. Change some of the towels and sheets. Overall, the staff were very helpful and nice, very close to the metro.

My favorite!
The sky bar is amazing!
4.0
I enjoyed my time at Tivoli, the staff are very kind, the breakfast was very good, and the hotel was always in a clean condition. The sky bar was also very pleasant.
However, I must say that we booked a superior room with riverside view ( according to photos on Expedia these rooms had a balcony with french doors and when we got there the room had only a small, half-sized window that couldn't even be opened to the exterior). I asked the reception about it and was told that we got what we booked.
On average, we spent 25€-30€ per Uber ride to beaches (Sesimbra, Costa da Caparica, Portinho da Arrabida), and under 8€ to Central Lisbon. We used taxis only on the first 2 rides and were charged 25€ from the airport to the hotel (10 min/3km ride) and 70€ from the hotel to praia Fonte da Telha (33km - the driver went on an unnecessarily long route).
The indoor pool and jacuzzi are ok, it's a shame they close by 10pm. In that zone of the building, there's an outdoor area with stretchers, sofas and tables where you can vape/smoke. Unfortunately we didn't see the sun reaching the stretchers area. Here the view was to the railway lines.

Poor value for money.

Great hotel and service. It’s the second time we stay here and for sure select it for next year.

Beautiful and comfortable property. Only criticism is the carpets were very dirty in the rooms.

Tivoli is great! The hotel is amazing, clean, beautiful and in a great location! I really recommend it . It’s close to the airport and has dinning and shopping
5.0
Beautiful room. Amazingly convenient to airport via subway. Station is literally across the street from the hotel and it is 3 stops to a station right at the terminal.

Nice hotel with good location. Close to shopping mall, train station and airport. Downtown approx 30min by vehicle. Our kids liked the pool very much. Breakfast is good but quiet busy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking available but could be tight with a big car. The rooftop bar is great at night and highly recommended. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
3.0
Aging hotel in need of maintenance. Bedding, from mattress to pillows could be more comfortable. Broken mirror switch was taped and thus light was on all the time. A lot of wear and tear all over the property. Common areas, around pool should be beautified as well.
5.0
Super location. Easy to get to transportation, convenient mall a few ateos away. Near to the water, which has plenty of restaurants be sure to check them out. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The pool is indoors, ok to chill out after a day of walking and sightseeing. The hotel is far from the city historic center but the transportation is very easy to get there. For a family of 4 is even easier to take an Uber than the subway. The train to Sintra is just there. Although the area is near a terminal and mall we felt very safe. Visit the sky bar the atmosphere is very nice with gorgeous views. We stay 6 wonderful nights. Be patient with the elevators if the hotel is crowded it might be a wait. We didn’t try the meals at the hotel, plenty of places to adventure near by. Thank you to the vernice staff 🌺.

Tiny room for two people. Only room for a bed with two feet on either side of bed. Next to stair well squeezed an extra room in. Never enough toilet paper, or towels, asked for extra bath mats, they never gave them . Water splashing out of shower stall daily
5.0
Initially we did not have the proper room, but upon talking to the front desk everything was sorted and they gave us exactly what we’ve requested. Very happy with the outcome.

The staff were excellent in all departments. Bruno in reception was particularly helpful at check in. The family adjoining rooms were excellent for members of our group with small children. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice catering for all.

I booked a room on Expedia for four people—two adults and two kids—but when we arrived late due to a delayed flight, we were given a small one-bedroom studio. The couch in the room did not open into a bed, which was a major inconvenience. It took quite a while for the staff to bring us sheets and an additional bed, delaying our ability to get the kids settled and asleep, even though it was nearly midnight. We ended up paying a premium price of $340 for a room that was worth, at best, $150. While the property itself is decent, though a bit outdated, and the staff is friendly, I don't think it should be advertised on Expedia as suitable for four people when it is clearly only meant for two.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel that is close to the airport.

There is parking but the garage is very tight and small. You must rent or bring a small car or you will not be able to make the turns in the garage. The elevator take a while too, so make sure when you leave you take an extra few minutes.
The rooms were excellent, clean beautiful and even nicer than we expected. Very comfortable beds as well. We highly recommend

I wish the dinning area would be open earlier than 7 pm

I would stay here again in the future. The staff were attentive to making sure we were happy

Everything is great- location, swimmimg pool, breakfast- except for the room which needed a bit of love. Still comfortable! Be careful in the parking garage- very narrow indeed!!
4.0
good location near shopping and the airport
5.0
Very convenient for the train station and the airport. Lots of good restaurants by the waterfront only 5 minutes walk away
4.0
The rooms are great, I love the bathroom and the A/C. Portugal bathrooms has no ventilation fan, make it hard for the shower steam to exit the room. I felt the bed sheets are somewhat wet and pillows smelled mad. The lobby is old and floor is dirty. The restaurants on property are nice but too crowded at night and price is way higher than Lisbon average.
2.0
This is an old building with old features in its rooms and stained and dirty carpets. I am baffles by all the positive reviews. Having said that, the staff at the reception desk and breakfast were excellent.
