Million dollar views, but accommodations need work. The beds were really uncomfortable and the apartment overall needs updating.

The area is amazing. The apartment was nice but on the street side so very loud. You need to keep door open though cause it would get hot and there was no fan. There was construction going on so that got loud at around 9:15 in the morning. The elevators were very frustrating. The management company staff was really nice though.

The location and view is the best. Vince, the manager was amazing. I had an accident resulting in broken bones and he went above and beyond to ensure I got treatment and helped me on my return.

Like a poor premier in - would have been better of we had booked to stay in a sea view room - the road was so noisy and busy and the room so hot but too noisy to sleep with the windows open - great location though - just book the seaview side

Nice location and worth the price for a view of the ocean from the room. No A/C or air movement in the room on a hot weekend was the only downfall.

everything right except garage. Narrow hidden entrance and exit

This place is very well positioned unfortunately we did have a few niggles. We were on the 10 th floor. Not too much of a problem because the lifts were good, but the lighting on the landing didn’t work efficiently, the plastic on top of the carpets Dad come loose and were dangerous, and out toilet wasn’t efficient,it actually gave up on the next to lastDay.the only alternative on offer was a key to basement toilets. Not good if you are late 70 ‘‘tis and need the loo.especially at night.

This is not a hotel with hotel service. It rents studios and studio apartments. Everything costs extra, towels, at 5 euro each T V. at 50 euro a week. You are also expected to clean your room on departure including vacuuming the room. You are then held in reception until the room is inspected. The beds are adequate, the plllows the size and thickness of a postage stampe. We had a studio that faced the beach. The view was wonderful. It was the only thing that kept us there. No staff available during certain times of the day with no staff at all during the night. If you are looking for a budget place to stay at 3/4 star prices Victoria Surf is for you. Otherwise look in another direction

It was very nice to stay there. I just wish, that on daily basis somebody can clean the room.

It was not clear on the Hotels.com page that this is a residence and as such they do not provide towels and they expect you to clean the room before you leave, something that may not be suitable for everyone. The whole place is old and worn and the rooms basic. But they're cheap and the location is fantastic! Expensive parking which needs to be booked prior to arrival.

After initial major problems with checking in (I was booked in under Chritian name only, and told I had no booking until a call to Expedia helped out, everything went smoothly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Prime location in middle of Grand Plage. Stayed 8 nights. Basic but adequate facilities included fridge, ceramic hob & small cooker (a microwave would have been more useful)in an adequately sized room. Good for people who do not require service, and very good value. Would strongly recommend, and would certainly go back.
