We like this spot because it's right off the I-40 & perfect for a quick overnight stay on our travels to other states. Though we've stayed here multiple times before, we were disappointed this trip when we saw that our towels were stained, hair was rolled up in them & the bathroom walls were dirty & gross.

Clean room, quick check in, and well lit parking lot. Not luxury accommodations but good for the price if you are just looking for a place to sleep and shower while exploring Flagstaff. Cheap Uber ride to downtown.

Sometimes, you need a really cheap, quick stay overnight for a few hours before you split in the morning; Motel 6 scratches that itch. Amidst all the stories you hear about the place and the demographic it attracts, sometimes you really do get left alone long enough to sleep and energize to get back on the road. I booked a non-smoking room but it smelled of cigarettes. My socks were covered in animal hair and there were flies in the restroom. There was a sketchy man approaching my vehicle out in the parking lot giving me the double-finger salute unprovoked. I ate the cost and left to somewhere I felt more safe with a team that respected their establishment as a customer service provider. Treat yourself to something better because Motel 6 anywhere in the world ain't it. Never again for me.

The fridge has been left open so i arrived to a lot of water on the floor, however, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and offered to switch my room or give me some towels to clean it up. I opted for the latter and it was smooth sailing after that. Other than that the only reason stars were removed were obvious property related things. It’s an old building and some repairs were needed. However it was an incredible value, it felt safe, and the AC and showers worked just fine. I’d like to reiterate that the front desk attendant during my stay was incredibly personable and helpful and she more than made up for the water discovery during check in.

You have to know what to expect. Bottom price and you don't get Kleenex, plush towels,shampoo,or a large room with multiple chairs. But I got friendly check in where the desk clerk went out of her way trying to pick a top floor rm. in a quiet section (I'm talking about away from noisy people. Quiet is relative when I-40 is less than 100 yards away. The room was clean (thank goodness they've replaced carpeting with easy to clean vinyl flooring. The towels are still small and rough, the shower is tiny but the pressure was adequate (barely) and plenty of hot water. Bed was well used a little saggy)but clean and I slept well. Of course the walls are thin so your experience will largely depend on the courtesy of others as in any hotel stay. Overall, it might feel a little like your 'roughing it' but I'd stay there again.

Worst exp ever and its a shame that your slogan for you buissness is pets stat free whuch is not true also never got a chance to stay in the room because was told to help unload and i did well we got through and asked then why they let my dog out of the room. This was the worse place. Now ive stayed at a motel 6 before but not like this. Th3 1st room was disgusting i had to change rooms. The lady was so rude and mean. The lady ( manager i think) she was training and was so rude to the person she was training. The guy was polite. With this being said i will never stay here again.

We needed a place to stay Saturday night. Labor day weekend, prices out of this world. Motel 6 was reasonable. It was much better than I was expecting. Staff was very friendly, room was clean. Room had been redone sometime not to far in the past. very nice location. Bed was a little hard for me taste. Walls seem to be thin, could hear a lot.

It is a Motel 6. Cheap stay in Flagstaff near NAU, a Walmart, and restaurants. Outside is dated, rooms are upgraded, but staff is friendly and super helpful.

My husband and I stayed for a weekend softball tournament in Flagstaff. The check-in service and quick and accommodating. I requested and granted a first floor room since we were traveling with a small dog. Our room was equipped with a working refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Overall the room was perfect except the floor felt as if it had not been swept and mopped. My dog didn’t even want to stand on it.

It was a great stay besides the wrestling rhinos above me who made a lot of noise. I loved that they have a microwave and mini fridge which I highly need for my two toddlers and to top it off I had restaurants and Walmart right across the street. Very great location, looking forward to our next stay. Thank you Flagstaff!

This place was really dirty, blood spots on the bathroom walls, a cigarette tray in a non smoking room, burns in the blanket, the room smelled like smokers, there was a plastic bag tied over the smoke alarm?? Weird brown drips on the shower I left without showering for the day, that's how bad it was I took pictures but the upload button isn't working

I've pre paid the room, but when I did the check in, they charge an aditional, It was an small amount, so I paid it, but the charging was wat it make it annoying.... The room, was ok, good for the money, and even that was at the side of the highway, the noise wasn't loud or to bad

Floor and furniture was sticky dirty, the room had a bad smell of moist. The Ac was running but gave an even worse smell. The floor was swollen, a sign of being flooded. We found out car swiped on one side in the morning and they refused to provide footage of surveillance camera. We decided to check out one night early and they refused to reimburse. The railing from the first and second floor was all rotten rusted being a serious hazard. The room was a bio hazard. We had no choice. Avoid at all costs!

No coffee maker in the room. No shampoo. No lotion. No Kleenex. Toilet is low - the height used for preschool. Quiet. Near restaurants. If you want clean towels you take your linens to front desk for an exchange. Coffee and hot water in lobby.

The room was clean and comfortable but unfortunately the toilet started to back up. I called front desk and she gave me two options. Go down and get a plunger from her or wait until she is finished with a guest and she'll come check it out. I choose option two. within 10 minutes she was there and agreed it was a back-up problem and offered to move us to another room. She quickly told us what to do and we met her back in the lobby. She set us up in another room which was nice and clean with no issues. The clerk (wish I could remember her name) was very quick to resolve the issue. She was professional and friendly and made sure we were comfortable. I'm very grateful for her attitude which you might expect at a five star hotel. Thank you.
