It was a great stay

There was a hair in the bedding. So the sheets weren’t clean new sheets. There was blood on the curtains and the ceiling. Elevator was sketch. Malfunctioning.. door kept opening .. spent 402 for two nights breakfast wasn’t included.

Very comfortable beds and good cleaning service.

The property is very nice. Dog friendly with indoor pool and fitness area. The room was wonderful!

Fast and easy check in. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms, great location. Next to Cracker Barrel and Denny's. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is clean and well maintained. Although I don't feel hotels along the Interstate are very safe in Albuquerque, I like the location of this one. Close to a lot of good restaurants.

Everything was great except 2 things. 1) Shower pressure is very weak 2) The waitress wouldn’t let my husband sit at a table in the breakfast area to have his coffee if he wasn’t ordering food, but then he saw another couple sit down there to have coffee without ordering food and the waitress allowed it. It wasn’t that they were so full that they needed tables for ppl who wanted to order——all the tables were empty except one. It felt very unaccommodating and had never happened to us before at other Hilton Garden hotels.

The check-in was a breeze. The clerk at the front desk was very kind. We got in late, so we decided to have dinner and drinks at the hotel. The pizza was burnt and hard.
The worst part was that they would not allow my SIL sit on the restaurant side because she had a service dog. At dinner and breakfast, they wanted us to sit in a separate room. She was embarrassed and felt very discriminated against. Please train your staff on what is allowed according to the ADA Act! I’m surprised this happened at a Hilton. So disappointed.

Very nice facility. Fast and professional check in. Great breakfast staff. An extermely pleasant stay!

This property appeared to be very new. It was very clean and the furnishing appeared to be new. There were just a few things that I would touch on. Due to the rate we received through Hotels.com we did not qualify for the breakfast. It is $16 and not worth it. The eggs were dry and if you wanted bacon it was an upcharge. There is a Denny's across the street and a Cracker Barrel right next-door and those would be a better choice for the money. The TV only had streaming service. It was hard to find local programming. Older travelers without streaming experience might never find local programming. Every day at 7 am the garbage truck came right outside our window and it was LOUD. Look for a room in the lower numbers because that is the other end of the hotel. The A/C was out in the lobby and thankfully it was not extremely hot right now but hopefully, it will be fixed soon.
Overall the employees were very nice and accommodating. It is a nice property, fix the a/c for the lobby and give the continental breakfast to everyone. Located right next to the highway it is convenient to downtown, old town, and other areas.

So, we stayed here because of the reviews being so good and it was on our way up I-25. It is conveniently off of I-25 and has restaurants near by. There is a restaurant inside the hotel which has great food as well. We have a little doggie, and that was another plus for us to be able to have him stay in our room for the night. Our double queen bed room was clean and comfy and spacious. The A/C and facilities all worked well except the water spout in the tub was loose and made us feel like it would come off of the wall if we weren't careful. The shower water pressure was very high which I liked. There is plenty of well lit parking and I felt our vehicles would be safe. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful.
A couple of issues we had were the unexpected surprise of having to pay $4 per night for parking. There is no free breakfast either, but they have a morning breakfast buffet for $16 ea if you want to dine in the hotel restaurant area. The elevator floors both needed to be replaced as the LVT flooring was separating and becoming a tripping hazard. I almost tripped on the floor in one of the elevators and reported it to the check-in desk which they quickly addressed.
The price for a room is fairly reasonable for this area and they didn't charge us half of the cost of the room with a ton of fees you would normally find in other large cities.
Overall, great place to stay and we will probably stay here again if we need a great hotel in Albuquerque.

The location of the Hotel is great. The room was clean, and comfortable. If you love high pressure showers, this is the place for you. Only one issue I have is the fee for parking that was not included in the price, nor was it advertised. There is a $4 parking fee, which does not go to anything I can explain. I asked the front desk attendant if there was security that patrolled the lot at night and she said "No." I asked what the parking fee was for and her rely was, "the owner told us to start charging for it and we are." So be prepared to pay a separate parking fee which does not go to anything they can explain.

If you get a room facing the back of the hotel, the trash collectors make a lot of noise really early in the morning, and the toilets flush REALLY loud, you can hear your neighbor flushing and closing doors all night long. Didn't get very good sleep. The gap in the door is big enough you can see light ftom the hallway which makes you also hear the people coming in, not noise proof enough.

The staff is very helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was in exceptional good cleanliness. I will stay here again.

Overpriced and expensive breakfast

Room and bathroom were very clean, however, the 4 individual keurig coffee containers had all been used and placed back on the coffee station. All 4 had very noticeable hole on top and bottom. Also when checking in, was informed of a charge for parking which was not posted on this app or on the corporate site. Was informed that charge was implemented by owner recently. Front desk staff was great and extremely understanding of my frustration with the unposted parking fee.
Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, towels were clean and soft, and AC/heater worked great.

The hotel is nice, clean, fairly modern. It is close to the freeway.
There is a small charge for parking. The breakfast is not free.

I was prepared to give this property a rather average, humdrum review with some things I liked (pleasant staff, clean if stark room) and some things that I didn't (they have taken paperless to extremes and useful information on amenities, etc., could not be found in my room). However, that was before I discovered in the morning that my vehicle had been broken into overnight, and some belongings stolen in a typical "smash and grab." The hotel, of course, disclaimed responsibility, which I expected, but also said that that part of the parking lot had no security cameras on it, which I did not. Under these circumstances, I will never stay there again.

The restroom smelled like cigarette, I called the front desk and all they could say was "I'm sorry about that" I had a headache for the 1st day and a half (it was a non smoking room) The walls are very thin and you can hear the cleaning ladies talking very early in the morning.

I would either like a refund or a discount. Friday night there was a dog who howled and whined until 11pm. I called and complained and nothing was done. I went down to the lobby and nothing was done. The walls are also thin so we could here everyone running down the hallways. Saturday, in the middle of the afternoon the dog was howling and whining again. I was super frustrated. My daughter was here for a swim meet and was unable to get adequate rest due to the issues. I also think $16 for the breakfast was a bit high for what was provided. I don’t think I will be staying at this hotel again.

Overall the room was clean but the bed spread smelled like epic BO. The TV remote needed a new battery. Since they are only cleaning the rooms every other day you would think there would be more time to be thorough
2.5
Very nice clean hotel in a safe area of Albuquerque. The king bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Staff was super friendly. Only negative was that it was really cold in the lobby when we went down for breafast...someone may have forgotten to turn the heat on.
