The room itself was good but it was right across the hall from the baggage drop off so there were constantly people opening/closing the door. It was pretty loud for most of the evening

Accident smallish hotel in a prime location minutes away on foot from all the local sites. The room was very clean and tidy but quite small the bathroom was tiny and the shower cubicle was microscopic. I’m a large 6 foot male and I could hardly get into the shower cubicle. But I only spend a couple of minutes in the shower so it wasn’t a problem. Overall would recommend.

The hotel really surprised me given its two stars. It is nicely decorated, centrally located within walking distance of everything and the rooms are comfy considering the two stars. There is a lot of bang for the buck so I would highly recommend it. The few downsides are the lack of sound isolation in the rooms (you can hear everything from the hallways and other rooms) and generally the rooms are a bit worn out.

The room had a pitched ceiling, and was too small for 3 people. Anyhow we managed it. We couldn't stand in the half of the room. Location is the only thing that gets top score. We only got 1 roomkey, and when asked if we could get an extra key, it wasn't possible because the guy in front desk did not know how to make extra keys.

Centrally located with a great front desk staff, this hotel has all that you need. However, the pillows are the thinnest, flattest ever. They all need to be replaced.

Hotel is worn down and furniture was broken. The elevator and the credit card machine were both broken during our stay. They put all luggage in one room with no vigilance while you wait to check in or after you check out. Not very secure. The breakfast was so/so.

The room was fine except for the bed my son slept on. The slats kept coming undone and the bed collapsed twice. Our bed was comfortable. The hotel is old and run down. It was a very convenient location.

The location is fantastic! The rooms are small and basic but clean and suited our needs. Mini fridge in room. Easy check in, someone at the desk at all times. Grocery store next door. Close to train and metro plus many tourist and historical sites. Would recommend.

There was building work going on opposite our room so a little noisy during the first day. The shower cubicle was a little too small to get into for my liking. Otherwise it was a comfortable hotel and close to all amenities.

Good location just off Rossio Square and a reasonable breakfast was included. However, in the attic room I was in on the 3rd floor I wasn’t able to stand upright due to the sloping roof, unless in the window spaces.

The hotel is in a very good location near the Rossio square. The room was clean and small. The shower was extremely small, but for the price it was a good deal

Breakfast was delicious, location excellent, it is an old hotel a little wear and tear here and there, but everything thing works very well, I would improve only on the quality of the pillow, but that could be my fault for not asking for others ones. Bottom line I would stay there again without thinking twice.

This property is NOT as advertised. Visitors beware! The photos on the website paint a lovely picture. That is not the case. The room is old, and dingy, with decaying furniture, and the lock on our window was broken, the terrace door falling off the wall. There is various verbiage listed around the room that read "We are not responsible for missing items." Even in the safe! When we brought up these concerns to the staff they just said "We can put you in another room tomorrow that looks more similar to what was advertised." We checked out after 30 minutes and found accommodation elsewhere. They will not issue a refund, though we were told they would and it was up to Expedia. I realize now they said this to appease me and get me to leave. Expedia has been wonderful, trying to get our money back, but the hotel is refusing to issue a refund. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Truly a disappointment to Portuguese hospitality.

The Rossio Inn was in a nice location. My wife and I were able to walk to most of the attractions we wanted to see. The room was a little snug, and the bathroom was very small. The AC/heat in the room worked well. WiFi did not work the first day we were in the room but it was great after that.
