Excellent location!! Awesome staff and Byrd the shuttle driver was friendly, hysterical and always on time. This hotel is walkable to both stadiums, great bars and very cool stores. It was myself & my sister alone and we walked all over & felt safe.

Our receptionist was amazing! She helped my wife and I find a comfortable room for our honeymoon because we had to get our two young children earlier than we planned. Jamila R went above and beyond for us, by giving us a gift for being newlyweds. She made sure we were well accommodated during our stay.

Check in was great; however, property is need of upgrades. Ice machine on floor made noise but was in obvious disrepair. In my room, HVAC unit made terrible noises as it ran in auto mode. It was very nerve wrecking as it came on in the middle of the night with extremely loud motor sound.

This hotel is in a really really convenient place for people that want to go to baseball games at PNC park. I think their prices for the rooms are competitive although I think that they do gouge the public by charging $27 for parking. But in a metropolitan area around a sports venue I guess that's not out of line. I had asked for a room with a shower that had a grab bar in it and in order to get that I had to get an accessible room. Which was fine but I think for safety sake every single bathroom in all hotels the shower should have a grab bar. The population is getting older all the time and their chances of falling increases. The other thing I noticed is that the bed skirt on the bed was dragging on the floor by about 6 in on one side and short about that same amount on the other side. There was no waste basket in the bathroom, I think for hotel with the prices that you pay I think that they should have a little bit more attention to detail. I also ate in their restaurant and I would say the meal was average and the price of $31 I thought was excessive. But I knew that up front. I mentioned to somebody that the chicken was very dry that the salad was served at the same time as the entree which usually the salad is served first and then the entree. The staff that served me was very good she did a nice job. But all in all I guess over the years staying in many many hotels some wonderfully wonderfully decorated all of the accessibility things perfectly done and food very good.

There are two employees I would like to highlight, who made our stay extra memorable. First, upon check in, there was one young woman checking people in and answering the phone. By herself. Her name was Mykiesha (and I apologize if that is spelled wrong). She was amazing. Multitasking but still caring. She quickly checked people in with a big smile and it all felt very genuine. She was fantastic as a front desk person and I feel she really represented the welcoming environment Marriott wants perceived by customers. Next was the young woman running the breakfast service, Timika. She was a literal ray of sunshine and if I woke up and got to talk to her every morning, I would never have a bad day. What a kind, caring, and positive person. She made my breakfast extra enjoyable and I could tell other guests were really gravitating to her compassionate energy. The staff here really has made this stay memorable. The hotel room was nice. The location was great. The staff were exceptional.

We stayed here for 1 night, they had a great buffet breakfast that was included in price, the staff were nice especially the one lady by the breakfast who was so friendly with all the guests. Room was so clean and spacious, we had a nice view of Pirates stadium and a bit of the Steelers one. Great area close to the Andy Warhol Museum and great places to eat and walk around the river's edge. We had to pay a small fee to park but worth it. We will go back for sure and recommend to friends.

Great location! This hotel is directly across the street from PNC Park, the Pittsburg Pirates home field. Cleanliness - Except for the pool the cleanliness was excellent. The pool was totally unsatisfactory. The was debris all over the bottom of the pool. I felt it was unsanitary. I choose not to get in the Easter and wouldn’t let my grandson who was accompanying me get in either. We were both very disappointed, after a long hot day of traveling, we were looking forward to getting in the pool and having fun.

Excellent location. Right across the street from PNC Park. If you are going for a concert or event I suggest getting there early to get a good parking spot for tailgating especially out of the sun. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I like staying at this hotel after baseball games or concerts. Very convenient. Parking was challenging due to the sold out show. They should not allow tailgating in their lot without adequate space for those of us needing a space The only other wish is for better lighting above the sink The staff is very friendly. Especially those manning the breakfast nook!! I’m sure we will be back

A very enjoyable stay at this hotel, we were in Pittsburgh for a baseball game you couldn’t have asked for a better location, this hotel is located within walking distance not only to the ballpark but to restaurants and other attractions as well. Our room was clean and the staff remarkable. I wish I would have gotten the name of the gals in environmental services, they went out of their way to make sure we had enough towels, washcloths, and bedding for the pullout for our room, and the breakfast hostess on Sunday morning was a delight to talk to, so friendly and upbeat. A truly enjoyable experience at this hotel. Thank you!

We have stayed at this hotel for years but we'll be staying somewhere else next time. If you're in Pittsburgh for a game, this hotel is right across the street from PNC Park which is great. However, there are other hotels close by. When we first arrived the woman working at the desk was so enthralled in watching the game that she barely had time to check us in. It was very uncomfortable. My husband even made an attempt to talk to her about the game but she wasnt interested. On top of that the hotel lobby was without AC for our stay which made eating the complimentary breakfast very uncomfortable. It was so hot in the dining area that we were all literally sweating. We would have preferred to eat in or room but unfortunately there wasnt enough seating with table space for the 4 of us. This hotel used to be our favorite place to stay, now its just OK. We'll be trying another hotel next time.

If you are heading to Pittsburgh for a game at PNC, this is the place to be! It is across the street from the park and you are walking distance to lots of food, shops, museums and the Roberto Clemente bridge and park.

Location was what interested us about this hotel. We had tickets to the Pirates game and there it was. The front desk costumer service was lacking at check in. I was made to feel as if my checking in was an inconvenience. The room layout was good, but the tub stop was broken (which made it hard to bath kiddos), the air conditioning sounded like an airplane was flying overhead, and half the lights didn’t turn on. Tomeka was great at breakfast, which tipped the scale back into a neutral spot.

The customer service was terrible at this property. We stayed in two different rooms and neither room had towels, sheets or pillows. When asked for basic things, either didn’t get a response or was told they were busy. The cleanliness was ok, but wear and tear on the property was very evident. See picture of sofa bed….absolutely disgusting.

Going to the Pirates game, it was excellent. Area was great. Had to walk a little tosee the fireworks but that was ok. Shower water pressure sucked and 2 of the elctrical outlets didn't work but overall ok.

The property is close to the Baseball Stadium and eating establishments. The check-in personnel were rude. There was only 1 available elevator for 8 floors, the other elevator was out of order, long waits for the elevator. The Ladies' room in the Lobby next to the Breakfast area was out of order, so we had to go back to the 7th floor to use the room bathroom. Room and parking for one night were over $300, we expect more from Marriott for that price. However, The Breakfast lady, Tameka, was a breath of sunshine. She welcomed everyone personally and was very personable.
