I was very upset when I got there. The reason and I rented a hotel room was because of the shuttle service to the game and when I got there he told me it’s only Monday through Friday. They didn’t have a driver on Saturdays and that was the main reason I booked a room to get shuttle service to the ball game.. I think we should got a discount somewheres along the line because that was false advertisement on their website

Location was ok. The lady taking care of the breakfast set-up was very nice.
Poor value for the money. Smallest room I have ever stayed in and I traveled for over 30 years for work. No room service even though I requested every day during the visit. No tub in room, only a small shower. Requested a room change, even offered to pay difference. Denied due to a “sold out status”. Parking lot half full and limited number of people at breakfast didn’t seem to support this. Front desk staff were not pleasant or helpful. I was charged $25.00 a day parking that I was unaware of when I booked thru Booking.com. Worst part of this visit - Checked in using a debit card, the same one used to hold the room when booked. The hotel placed a hold of more than $500.00 over max stay charge cost. My stay was for three days and the hold placed 0n my account was a couple dollars shy of $1300.00. This locked up that money that I planned on using during my stay in Pittsburgh. The amount was not adjusted (actual cost) for three days after checkout.

Front desk staff were very helpful and kind.
The rooms were a little beat up- lights out in the bathroom. It seemed very expensive for what we got.

Location only
Pillows cleaning etc....BAD

The accommodations seemed clean and newer.
The staff seemed too busy to check us in. The faucet in the shower must have been recently replaced, could not turn it far enough to actually get hot water. so water was ice cold after running for 10-15 minutes. Breakfast was sparse, burnt and utterly disappointing. paid WAY TOO much for this stay. Location is not the greatest either. Will not stay there again.

The room was small and the hotel did not have our correct room with two beds in it that I reserved available. My college daughter could not stay with us.

Breakfast over the weekend was too early 6-9. It should have been extended at least until 10 on Sunday.

The price was reasonable.
The breakfast was horrible, not 1 gluten free option. Even the eggs had flour in them. My room was never cleaned, no fresh towels or toilet paper were given

The bathroom was gross. The tub keep backing up.
4.5
Breakfast is great and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are also very good - beds are big and comfortable and rooms include a mini-fridge too.
We stayed for 4 nights but didn't get any housekeeping visits during our stay. I am happy to make my own bed and hang up towels so not a huge problem but it does help to get rid of rubbish and the small bins were a bit overloaded by the time we left.

I did like that breakfast was included. Also really appreciated the shuttle service to the university of Pittsburgh
I did not enjoy our room. Our room looked a little dirty. It had a musky smell and the carpet appeared dirty. The AC unit was extremely noisy. The bathroom tub did not drain while taking a shower so your feet were under water the entire time.
