Very helpful friendly staff. Parking was very convenient with the kids. Room was adequate.

Ideal for just a one night stopover to catch a flight. Real close to Paddington Station and plenty of food options.
Rooms are small but comforable bed. The stairs are a bit of an exercise for older people as there is no lift.
Not expensive so you get what you pay for.

The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself was extremely basic. The bathrooms were minuscule and the rooms not particularly well cared for.

Good value hotel with friendly helpful staff.

The TV remote didn't work. I managed to work out how to operate it from the buttons at the rear of the TV. Maybe some instructions on using the remote if it was me just not understanding it, or maybe fix the remote.
Shower was not cold but not warm enough to submerse myself. Hotel location unfortunate because it's on the corner of a turn-off from Sussex gardens used by buses and other vehicles. Quite a lot of noisy people outside in the early hours too.

The room constantly smelled of cigarettes as I was on the ground floor and people were constantly standing in the doorway smoking.
My bed was missing a large panel in the middle meaning the mattress sank in when laid on. My back was very sore when I woke up the next morning.
Staff on reception were fine and hotel was well placed for the train station and Hyde Park but there are literally hundreds of better options in the city.

When we visit London we only really use our hotel for somewhere to sleep at night. That was almost impossible to do in this stamp sized room with a bed that creaked under any movement, and a window that opened onto an enclosed space surrounded by windows of rooms with people talking loudly long after midnight.
Add to this the lack of drawers or wardrobe space for clothes, the inaccessible plug sockets (2 behind the TV), and the absence of a plug for the sink in the cramped shower room, then you have a room below what's expected on an economy budget.

The shower curtain was broken and couldn’t be closed.
The shower drain was clogged resulting in flooding the bathroom floor.
There was only 2 electrical outlets for the TV, fan, kettle and to recharge cell phone/tablet of 2 users. Suggestion: if you can’t add a power outlet, provide a power bar.

I arrived at night just after 22:00 and no one could be found. I kept ringing the bell, I called the number offline and left messages saying I was outside waiting to check in but the calls were never answered. I went to the hotel next door where I had stayed before and asked if they knew where they were, but was told loads of people come here asking but they are always disappearing. There was someone else also waiting to check in stood outside with me. I had previously answered an email asking what time I was going to be there but they just seem to ignore it eventually someone gave me a different number to call and they answered that one then came and let me in about 22:25. Not a good experience.

The staff were wonderful, but the property itself is very outdated and not well-maintained. The entire room felt unclean.

Very underwhelming property. I didn’t expect much given the budget hotel price however having what can only be described as a plastic porter loo/shower for a bathroom wasn’t expected nor on any pictures I seen. The bedroom curtains didn’t reach the bottom of the window to block out morning sun and the bed was barely a double, 1.5 at best. To top it off it was great to supply milk and tea bags in the room but how can you make a cup of tea without a kettle? This is fine if you don’t mind where you stay and want a bed for the night but don’t expect much bang for your buck.

I felt very unsafe
I didnt stay the night

The location is good and the staff were helpful. The room was cheap and it was advertised as basic, so whether it is worthwhile would be a personal choice. For me, the room was tiny and there was no place to hang a towel or clothes. Everything had to go on the tiny bit of floor space. The hotel should at least add some wall hooks. The shared bathroom was declared, but the fact that it was on a different floor and that the stairs to it were very steep, was not. I regretted staying there and would pay more to go elsewhere next time.

A small but well equipped single room. Kettle, smart TV and fan included. Comfortable

Staff are very friendly and welcoming to guests. The area and location of hotel is perfectly situated near Paddington station. However, the hotels rooms are very small and the bathroom is shockingly very small. There is no lift at the property and me and my daughter's room was at the very top of the property which caused problems having to carry our luggage up and down over 50 stairs. The hotel is clean enough although a tad dated.

Great location & friendly staff but a bit filthy, tiny room & quite noisy.

Fairly typical hotel of its type. Friendly check-in. Room was clean and had tea/coffe making facilities. They look after your bag if you have a late departure. This is a big plus as the left luggage price at Paddington Station is outrageous.
The soundproofing was poor as noise from room above was very obvious.
All in all fine for a short stay.

My advice would be to make sure you dont stay in room 14. Not a problem that it is tiny but it has no windows or ventilation except the rack under the door. Hot as hell, worst nights' sleep.

There was loud music playing and we could smell cigarette smoke. The room was old fashioned and not like the photos. We decided to leave and didn’t stay the night due to the noise, smell and condition of the room.

Hotel as expected. Nothing extra. OK beds, desent cleaning, but room for improvment.

Well where to start, on arrival and stepping in for the first time, I already knew what I was in for, the carpet on entry was filthy.
I booked 2 rooms over 8 months in advance and asked for them to be close together, so being given one in the basement and one on the 3rd floor certainly wasn't close together.
Our room which we waited to be finished cleaning was nothing more than a box room with a curtain on the shower which had seen better days, so off we went to another room. This room was cleaner but still so small for a double bed, no bigger than 3m x 4m and only one bedside cabinet, so I left my phone and glasses on the floor.
Whoever took the photos needs to enter some competitions, as the photos were superb compared to reality.
For us, this is a never to return hotel, if you like a bed for the night and dont mind what you get then this if for you.

Beware of this hotel! It was absolutely filthy (especially the bathroom). The light fixture in the bathroom had broken glass and was being held up with duct tape.

...I only stayed at hotel from 1am-6am, During this time I found it hard to sleep. Later on in day I found I was feeling itchy all over and the next day, I had 'spots' and bruises, were I had been 'bitten' by bed bugs and insects in the room! Disgusting! Avoid at all costs

I stayed at the hotel for one night. It is okay. The location is good and convenient. The room is small but not a big issue for me. I don't have heavy luggage. So, it was not an issue to get to the room on top floor via stairs.

Property is very well located in London! Close to Paddington Station which was great to get around. Walkable to Hyde Park and Kensington.
The rooms are very BARE and have no amenities. No chair. No side tables. No lamps, just 9 overhead spotlights or nothing. Bathroom in room had moldy shower curtain and dirty walls. Main floor bathroom is SO SMALL that my knees touch the door (I’m only 5ft tall)

Clean & tidy but TV didn’t wort, staff friendly.

Good location, close to Hyde Park (walking distance).
Though it was a small room (no. 11 on the 4th floor), the beds were comfortable and the room was fairly clean.
The only thing missing was an iron.
Check in and out went smoothly.
Parking was right in front of the door and costed 15 GBP.

Me and my family arrived to the hotel and they gave us a room in the basement which was very small and i could not place mg luggage anywhere or open it

Generally find some basic hotels are good, clean and underrated. This one.... the room was tiny even for a sjngle, and roasting hot all night. The shower wasnt attached to the wall and i nearly hung myself on the vable hanging down from the TV when i walked in.
The staff were very polite and efficent though

Perfect for a young person looking for somewhere cheap and easy to stay.

This hotel is conveniently situated not far from the Paddington Station. The room is quite basic and a bit noisy, but a decent place to sleep before your travel and at a reasonable price.

DO NOT STAY HERE...The hotel bears no resemblance to the photos.
The room is cramped and dirty. The bathroom is smaller than any I've seen in a caravan, it is more like a cupboard with a cracked sink and a shower curtain which does not cover the shower.
Reception staff are rude and do not care.

Great location in a strip of hotels. Reception is friendly. Room is small which is not unusual for the hotels in that area. However, room is clean and bathroom is renovated.
