Great location, cute place. Within walking distance of everything in Williams. I would stay here again!

We had to check in at the property across the street ... no biggie. My hubby is dealing with a kidney stone, in alot of pain and needed to pee. Literally, while we are being checked in, he asked if he could use the bathroom. He got the following answer "we dont have public bathrooms" .. he responded "we are staying here" and then received a response "its not safe back there to have people step over .. you can go to the visitors center". Unbelievable!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was quaint and comfortable and had the feeling of a classic Route 66 motor inn. This is not a brand we normally frequent, but the reviews sold me and did not let me down! The location couldn't be beat. The room was small but was well appointed. We would definitely return if ever in Williams again.

Cons
#1 Very small, you can barely turn around in the bathroom
#2 Noisy-you can hear sounds from the adjacent rooms.
#3 Floors sound like you are listening to the people in the room above you
#4 Our blanket was covered with spots/stains. At least that's what we hoped they were.
Pro:
#1 Breakfast was 'normal' fare. However the room was very crowded.
#2 Check in easy, service was fine.
I think I would book elsewhere. There's lots of places in Williams, just as convenient. The rooms were just too small, and that blanket!!!

This property was old. It was in an older area. Out of our 16 different stays along Rt 66 it was the most disappointing. I almost decided to go somewhere else and was higher than my other bookings. The clerk that checked me in was rude too.

This place is adorable. A quintessentially classic Route 66 motor inn! It’s been remodeled with a boutiqueish style but still kept the motor in style. The bed was so comfortable! We loved our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay.
Place was small with that King bed but it was still perfect for what we needed.
Great people.
Great breakfast.
Great location.
Great little town.

Our stay was amazing.Except for the fact that the wifi would not work in our room. It worked if you went out close to the street.
Breakfast was excellent. They even offer real eggs.

The staff was very accommodating, the grounds have some nice outside seating, short walk to most dining options. The room was nice and clean. I would stay here again.

This place is delightful. Super clean and very friendly staff. The patio/fireplace area was an unexpected treat. We enjoyed people-watching in the beautiful evening air.

Very convenient
4.0
The place is clean and comfortable, and within walking distance of most everything in town. The only negatives are that the office is across the street and the breakfast area is very tiny.

Was pleasantly surprised by how cute this little place was. I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a chance and glad we did. Small but great for one night passing thru this adorable town!

My room in this motel on Route 66 was very clean and had the usual amenities. Check-in is across the street at The Lodge, which I’m guessing is a sister property. The grounds are well-manicured. There are lots of restaurants in Williams, so dining won’t be a problem.

Situated between the Grand Canyon and Sedona, on Old Rt 66, in downtown Williams, it is an awesome jumping off point to do all that is nearby. It is an older motel in good condition. AC was annoyingly loud with no discernible difference between high and low fan settings. Friendly staff. Good choice for those trying to keep their travel budget reasonable.

This is the place to stay if you want to step back into the classic Route 66 experience

The staff were very friendly! The breakfast was the 1st one to have real eggs!! Great variety! The main complaint was that the rooms were very small & seemed like all the guests were roomed side by side instead of every other room & there was plenty of rooms to do that. Made for tight parking & lack of privacy.

This is a nice historic motel on Route 66. Originally the Sun Dial Motel, the rooms have been renewed and the property spruced up. The motel, which still offers a good Route 66 experience is in easy walking distance of William's vibrant downtown bars, coffee houses & restaurants.

I had low expectations as the price was fairly low, but the more was great! Newly renovated, very clean, conveniently located. Would definitely stay there again.

We love the ambience of the location! And the lobby was quaint country Route 66 all the way! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Would love to come again!!

For a Rodeway property, this was a nice option. Room was a bit small, but had a refrigerator and was clean. Did not have a microwave. AC worked well. Parking was easy. Town is a bit tired looking and the area around the property reflects that. Of the multiple hotel/ motel options in town, this is a good middle of the road property.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. I can’t remember the last time someone serviced our room, perhaps before Covid. We went to Bearizona and returned to fresh towels, trash was taken out and new cups and coffee greeted us. 👍😉 Thank you!

Front desk man was not welcoming 😕

:) PRO: good located, parking in front of the room, clean rooms
:( CONTRA: We didn’t liked the breakfast options and that the breakfast was served on plastic cutlery.

My reservation was not in their local system for some reason, but staff went above and beyond to track it down and get me into their last available room.
