We booked this spot for 2 reasons 1) hot tub 2) location next to Disney. We were close enough to the mouse. But the hot tub doesn’t work. It was repaired the day we checked in but it never reached more than 89• Degrees before we left 4 days later. Staff wasn’t really helpful.

This is a charming motel with excellent service and a great location near the Anaheim convention center and easily walkable to downtown Disney. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. There is outdoor seating for the daily free breakfast that includes scrambled eggs, sausage, a waffle maker and more.

We typically stay at a different hotel up the street, but we loved the fact that this hotel offered free breakfast and parking, as well as a room with 3 beds! It made our Disney trip with two teenagers so much more comfortable. The office staff was always very helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Front desk staff was great, fairly short walk to Disneyland, parking was free and overall stay was affordable. Property is a little outdated but clean and well kept. Breakfast buffet was good, just wish there was a little more variety since we stayed for numerous nights/mornings. We would definitely stay here again!

Third time visiting the area, and our third hotel, and simply the best. Claire(?) on reception was fantastic, helpful and efficient (as were ALL the staff we encountered). The hotel was clean and well layed out. The pool was lush (though surprisingly deep, which was a nice change). Breakfast was excellent choice. Ample parking and great WiFi. Walking distance to Disney c.15 mins. Excellent. Absolutely excellent 👍

We loved Quality Inn and Suites. It was one of the best properties we stayed in our tour of the US. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the location was walkable to Disneyland. The pool was just perfect for relaxing and the breakfast was fabulous - make your own waffles, fresh fruit and more. They were also one of the few places that offered tea to drink! The rooms were fine and good value. Awesome stay

The staff was very nice and helpful. The daily service with fresh towels and empty trash cans was excellent . The morning breakfast was more than adequate and was very well prepared. The location was excellent. the only negative thing Was that the room smelled a little bit.

was always grateful for the professionalism and kindness of the staff. And, I was able to feel comfortable with everything. However, if the carpets are cleaned and replaced, more customers will flock to the store. I was also very satisfied with the breakfast. I will stay there again next time.

The staff was fantastic. The lobby was clean and tidy. The grounds were nice. The carpet in the room left my socks stained a bit. The windows are very very dated.. around the 1960s era/originals and they let in a lot of noise and did not make me feel secure with the bathroom one being next to the wakway. The mattress… let’s just say actually sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable. I am not a complainer by nature, but the mattress let me know where every single spring was.

Unfortunately this was a terrible experience. I was planing this vacations I wan it to take my kids to Disney and we chose to stay at the quality inn because is just across street from the parks. We check in on Friday lake after noon we were very tire after driving for more then 8 hours. So we stay we didn’t check the room or anything on Friday night so the next morning we got up very early to go to Disney parks so we left around 8 am we didn’t come back in till 10 pm we were exhausted it was my wife and my kids I put my son on the bed and my other to daughters were very hungry after one very busy day at the Disney park I went out to get dinner for my wife and my girls I come back with the food we were eating and my daughter feel something on her leg and she saw a worm in her leg we thought it come in the food so we threw all the food to the garbage and we started to look very close to the room and it was full in worms in Sadie and out side the room we thought it was just our room but the next door room was the same and the hallway to. We decided to live everything there and leave. We faltó the front desk person to help to find another hotel close by but he acted like he didn’t care

Property conditions were not the best. The rooms were clean. However, the property itself is ok. The rooms have older AC units that make loud noise all night when you leave on. The rooms felt humid all day, even with AC. Not sure if it was because of the weather outside also but inside, it felt real humid. Older rooms for sure. The breakfast in the front office is real basic but enough to get a good breakfast in. The staff was very nice and professional all around.

I love this property! It is an outstanding value, and the location is excellent. I stay at this hotel every time I come to Disneyland! They serve a nice hot breakfast, and it’s an easy 15-minute walk to the back security entrance to Downtown Disney. Service at the front desk has always been friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable and the A/C was awesome. I’m coming back here again in September!

Gave a room where the doors were awkwardly position. USB ports were broken, hot water in the shower was barely working. The back door didn’t fully seal around and had light coming through. Had only one overhead light for the entire room so it felt dark even with all the lights on. Towels were stained and rough, bare minimum amount of shampoo and soap. For the price it cost they could afford better service. Floors were dirty, likely from the back door letting in dust. Dining room was so tiny it was a joke to even call it full breakfast service. And having the same breakfast everyday grew extremely tiring after multiple days of stay. Parking is limited so if you drive off there’s a chance you might not have a parking spot upon return. Paper plates used in the dining room were cheap and thin. Plastic utensils were weak and flimsy just barely enough to do their jobs. Would never go back with the available choices of other hotels.

Kids were coughing and touching food with dirty hands during breakfast time, very unsanitary, people that were upstairs kept making noise, a lot of stomping. Had only half of a used toilet paper when arrived to my room with family of 6 and had asked for another toilet paper and did not get it when needed. Was not satisfied at all, everything was was poor quality for the price I paid
