We were very pleasantly surprised. Location is super. It’s a nice, safe part of the city. I walked all around the area with my young child in tow. Felt very safe. Hotel staff was exceptionally pleasant. Valets were super helpful. Beds were comfortable. Didn’t try the restaurant, as there were walkable options nearby.

Decent hotel in a great location. Valet and parking staff were great. Front desk staff was a bit less so. Seems like some simple requests were hard to fulfill. Cancelled last night to stay elsewhere. The hotel and spa are separate entities so not quite sure why there are resort fees but they do offer spa discounts. Based on the website, felt like those two entities were in the same building/accessible and not separate experiences. FYI parking is 55/night. Room was ok but dark. Not a lot of light and felt a bit dated. Other than the great location, wouldn’t stay there again.

Weekend getaway!! Our favorite hotel in the north end and the staff was so accommodating!! Tatiana and Riccardo are the absolute best and Khalid at valet is super friendly and has been with the company since they opened! Can’t wait to return!!

Nice quality hotel set out over the bay. Lovely room with the privacy we enjoy. Nothing too much and always very accommodating were the staff. Hotel is well situated on the edge of of the North End with endless Italian restaurants within 8 minutes walk. Little distance to the city but your there in 15 minutes. Definitely one to consider. Enjoy Boston!

Nice. But outdated and a little worn. I did feel it was clean but disappointed in overall appearance. As a small property owner i kept thinking the owners haven't been at the property in a long time. Several curtains in my suite were ripped. Furniture was vert tired. Switch cover in bathroom missing data port hanging out in bedroom. Tables in restaurant worn. My waiter and food were excellent.

Great location. Dated decor. No heat in room but they fixed. Nice people but minimal staff for check in resulting in a wait.

Extremely Disappointing Stay -
Our experience was severely marred by a series of unfortunate issues that not only disrupted our sleep but also left us feeling let down by the hotel's quality and service.
Our previous stay at this hotel had set a high bar with its beautifully upgraded bathrooms and well-appointed rooms. However, this time, the room we were assigned was dated and lacked the charm and comfort we had come to expect. Furthermore, our room was situated next to a loud elevator, which kept us awake throughout the night due to the constant noise.
Adding to our distress, there was a dog in a nearby room that barked incessantly, creating a significant disturbance. We were forced to call the front desk at 1 AM to address this issue, which did abate for a while but unfortunately started again later, further disrupting our rest.
Upon calling the front desk the following morning to voice our concerns, we were informed that there was not much that could be done since we had prepaid our room and only stayed for a single night. As a goodwill gesture, we were offered a $30 credit towards incidentals. Also, to our dismay, the available room service options were akin to the snacks found in a vending machine.

Only first floor of hotel, overall not worth the price and service was not existent in building I stayed in. The ICAP Convention was is town so hotel was $750 ish.

We stayed at The Battery Wharf Hotel which is very close to the Northend. We had dinner reservations and we were able to walk to the restaurant.

Loved our stay. Location was ideal for walking to areas of interest, great restaurants and tour availability.
Only complaint was not enough towels for the amount of people we had.

The only complaint I was unable to get access to the fitness center. Otherwise, they would have received excellent for everything.

Amazing hotel in an amazing location. Minutes to North End, short walk to Aquarium and Fanueil Hall. Boston is a great city to walk.

I have stayed here before and in the past it was a great option due to location and price. This stay however was not the same. The hotel double-charged my credit card. Then, there was no do not disturb signs to hang on the door and housekeeping kept coming back in the morning to knock on my door. Most importantly, there are no security locks on the inside door to prevent people from entering with a key card. Please know that the staff was generally helpful and friendly, but not sure I will stay here again.

Awesome place to visit, friendly staff, very clean, great food and drinks at the bar. Will definitely be back.

Did not like that there were no screens on all the windows to enjoy the sea breeze rather than air conditioning. Mosquitos were awful so screens would have been necessary.
For as highly rated a hotel as it was, our "area" ice machine was broken for our entire stay, and it was quite a walk to get ice. It was a lot more "worn out" than we expected for its cost.

Great location on the water near many restaurants, bars and sights to see. Quiet neighborhood but close to a very busy and active area. very clean, safe and the most up to date and current area in Boston.

On the water, nice views

We were shocked at the fact we had no refrigerator or even access to ice in our building.
2.0 / 5.0
No concierge. Refrigerator in room did not work. Front desk had no way of repairing or replacing. No ice machine in building i was staying. Front desk offered me a trash bag to get ice in another building. Was not allowed to drink or sit in terrace without ordering a full meal. Absolutely horrible experience.

Beautiful view of the water and staff was very friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

It is a quiet place, and safe. Around that area, there are a lot good restaurants, coffee at the corner store is good taste. Like that place.

One thing that I thought we would have that was missing was a refrigerator in the room. We had pretty much everything else, but no refrigerator. Very strange for a VIP experience.
The only other thing was that the lobby was quite cold compared to all other areas.

Great location to walk Boston, while quiet and close to North End restaurants. Note they have no help during off hours so you'll have to lug your own luggage.
