This is the only hotel I have decided to review based on 3 weeks of family trip. Outstanding attention to detail and extremely customer centric staff. Rooms are very well equipped and clean (toothbrush,toothpaste and all). The bed was extremely comfortable. The view was breathtaking, especially at sunset (I myself Italian and I’m used to great views, and this was one of the best). Breakfast was amazing with lots of options. Particular thanks to Ms Consuelo which took good care of my wife when I had to head down for a meeting in Florence.

A very picturesque and relaxing place with lovely staff. Stayed here for three nights in a cute room with a terrace. The osteria serves lovely breakfast and dinner every night, and lunch during the weekends. Arriving by car is recommended as the nearest town is about 30 min walk, along some not very walkable roads. Highly recommended!

Wonderful, quiet getaway with excellent service. I'd suggest at least a 2 night stay here, and recommend checking out the small town nearby (having a rental car is a good idea).

The restaurant was closed for lunch some of the days we were there as well as dinner one night, but Francesco at the front desk was very kind and offered to pick up pizza for us. Friendly and attentive staff, relaxing retreat overall.

The place was amazing. The view was breathtaking. We also ate lunch and dinner at the resturant and we really enjoyed the food. The owner Fransisco hosted us very kindly and generously, show us the winery with explanation and gave us information for our next day of the trip.

Beautiful place with huge pool just outside Florence. Amazing breakfast, familiar atmosphere since they have only a few rooms. We have been received with a local wine and loaded with helpful advice around local excursions, restaurants etc. There is a place nearby to fly a balloon and they pass the hotel early morning which makes for another beautiful sight. Location is perfect for trips to Siena, San Gimignano and Firenze. Important: Since the place is some 15km outside the city you need a car. Also make sure to check if the restaurant opens during the evenings, they close in low season which means you will have to organize your own bottle of wine for the sunset drink.

What a view!!!! We loved it there! It was a great launching point to northern Tuscany!!! We would come back in a second! And Katia helped us with all of our trip! Very unique place. But in a very cool way! We love Tuscany!

My husband and I spent 4 nights here on our honeymoon, and this was the most enjoyable leg of our trip. Everyone at the hotel and restaurant were so friendly and took great care of us. The food, wine and breakfast were all amazing. We honestly spent most of our time on the grounds relaxing. We ventured out for dinner at another restaurant one night and regretted it -- every other meal we ate at the hotel's restaurant. Our room was also very spacious, comfy and clean. This was the perfect Tuscan getaway!
