When we first checked in, I found the room and amenities didn’t meet my expectations, which left me feeling a bit dissatisfied. Booked this hotel on a B&B deal as part of a two centre stay in Croatia - Split to Dubrovnik then back to Split. Hotel Lapad ticked all our boxes - all staff very attentive, especially reception staff. Room fine albeit with a bit of a trek from the ground floor. Location fine. Parking useful. No complaints.

Excellent hotel, with garden and harbour view from room. Pool still open late October. Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff. Car Park with plenty of spaces. Within walking distance of bus stop for Old Town. Sunset Beach also walkable. Stones throw from start point of 3 Island Boat Trip.

An absolutely lovely hotel - beautiful building, spotlessly clean, with excellent amenities, and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was really good, and it was good that the evening buffet was available to all guests too (also delicious, and good value). Location of the hotel was great. Lovely area, but it was also easier to walk to the Old Town than I had thought it would be. I would definitely come here again if staying in Dubrovnik. Thank you to all the staff there!

Very happy with our 3 night stay at Hoel Lapad. We had a small balcony and everything clean and comfortable. Location was good although a 10 minute walk to the bus stop when going to the old town. But dropped at hotel on the return trip!

Really spacious room (Superior) and large bathroom. Very quiet and super comfortable bed. Immaculate clean pool and towels provided. Great location for excellent restaurants and a 30 minute walk to the beach where you can find the beautiful Cave Bar More - well worth a visit for sunset. Slightly uphill walk to the old town, took 40 minutes but can get a bus from opposite the hotel for less than 4 euros (for 2)

Check in was a bit grumpy but after that all good! The view was amazing. We were on the 8th floor looking over the city.. The breakfast buffet was absolutely the best we have ever had. Should we get to come back in the future we will definitely stay with you!

Nice hotel with pool. Live music at night outside with tables. Restaurant options within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was very good. Walkable with bus and taxis close by. Right across the street from Gruz Harbor.

Our room is very spacious and nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We needed to make a last minute airport transfer change and they gladly took care of it for us. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Dubrovnik and highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a nice place to stay.

For the price we can't fault the hotel. A shower room after checking out and earlier check-in could be improvements. There's some great restaurants nearby, a short walk to the Sunset Beach area and a bus service into the old town.

A well run well located property with all the facilities you need and some nice small touches that show this hotel knows what its good at. Only gripe was the layout if the buliding which meant we had to take 3 separate lifts to get to our room.

We stayed here for 7 nights, paid a lot for this reservation , the aircondition does not work, it is on 24 degrees all during your Stay and it is the lowest they can put it. If you are from northern europe this is too hot to sleep in! We had big problems with sleeping due to the aircondition not working properly + the aircondition is VERY loud. We had to sleep 4 nights with family due to not being able to sleep there properly. The Hotel said they would compensate me, they compensated me with 5% refund which isnt even enough to cover Half of the First night! I find the whole service disrespectful and i do not expect such customer service from a 4star Hotel. From the bath-tub sprinkler there comes out dirt when you use it so We didnt use the bath tub function, only for showering The pool is okay, its very crowded with a lot of kids, the pool service boys are very helpful and kind, reception staff were very good! Til Nordmenn: anbefaler ikke da det er alt for varmt på rommet + ventilasjonen bråker noe helt sinnsykt! AC er på 24 grader, det er ulevelig mtp søvn

Very impressed by the staff, room size, OUTSTANDING breakfast, and proximity. Shower water temperature wouldn’t adjust down to less than warm, so had to cool off in bathtub. Needs a few upgrades like USB ports, light controls, and the like. Marco and Claire were wonderful and helpful!

Clean and comfortable rooms with good facilities. Good buffet breakfast with wide variety of options and long hours. Bar/ light meals reasonably priced and quality. Pool area busy and service a little slow at times. Close to bus stop with buses into town every 10mins so no problems getting around.

This is in a great location and has an open car park next door, so super convenient. The room was actually much smaller than we anticipated and for the price I would have expected a larger more lux room. The air conditioning kept us awake most of the night as the fan shut down frequently, so not great. TV is so small you have to sit on the bed to watch it. Staff were nice enough although didn’t explain the breakfast situation. Be careful that you know the cost of going to breakfast as they show you where to eat, and forget to mention that there is a charge, which might end up being quite expensive if you’re there for a few days. Old town is 20 minute walk and is breathtaking so be sure to wear comfortable shoes for the stairs, of which there are many. Lovely walk around the Marina so it’s a thumbs up!

The hotel was a perfect base to explore Dubrovnik. A short walk to Copacabana beach, and also was not far to go to the bus stop to take you to the old town. Staff were all brilliant, friendly and very helpful. Excellent place to stay whilst in Dubrovnik.

For the price can’t go wrong. They have a nice pool that you can enjoy during the day. Rooms are big clean and comfortable. You are about a 10 min 9 euro Uber to old town. I would stay here again if the price was good.

Very nice hotel with great pool, location, view. A little too far to walk to the beach in the heat. Good breakfast. Level of politeness of staff was varying. At arrival after a long travel we were pushed a lot by the man i the reception to book a table at a nearby restaurant and it felt very awkward. Some other in the staff was serviceminded and polite though. Air condition was a bit noisy. Long walk from reception to room, needed 3 different elevators to get there.
