I love the location, convenience and atmosphere - quiet, beautiful garden setting with spa setting in back. Only draw back is the room was not well-lit. Overhead lights, designed for two bulbs, only had one. We asked for another bulb, maintenance was sent. At first he said he did not have the "tools" to replace bulb. DUH. We showed him they covers come off by hand turning a small know. He then said he did not have authorization to add a second bulb. Seemed a little petty to scrimp on the bulb and electricity. Charge me an extra dollar a night so I can see in the dark corners of the room.

This hotel was average the customer service was OK we arrived around 12 and they said there weren’t any rooms available and to come back at 2 when we came back around 1:45 they said there wasn’t ain’t rooms available and around 2:15 they said the same but allowed two other families in a room. I confronted the front desk and she wasn’t very nice but still gave me a room . I was just confused on the available because it kept changing . The bathroom was dirty as well.

Outdated and dirty room. No AC

Really good hotel close to the lake

The grounds are lush/green and clean, it made us feel we were truly away from the city and instead nestled somewhere in the forest. After a long day of walking and touring the small towns, we returned to the hotel to enjoy the steamy hot springs. Additionally, the room offered super hot water for showering (I’m not complaining, I’m glad I had hot water). This location is extremely central to everything- morning walks for coffee, 5-7 minute walk to the lake, and many restaurant options.
The one negative was that the room next to us were talking loud past 11pm and at 5:30am they had the music going.

Perfectly located for food drink and shopping. Wonderful thermal pools were wonderful. Didn’t use the teams cal but there is one as well. Beautiful landscaping also.

Overall it was a good place to stay! Met all of our needs and it was nice having a restaurant onsite.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful with big spacious rooms and bedrooms. Sauna was fabulous after long days of shopping and traveling across the lake.
We would definitely stay here again.

Is a cozy place loved the garden and the hot stone jacuzzi

In fairness to the hotel, this was just not the right hotel (hostile) for me. No refrigerator, no ice, no AC, not smart tv, room outdated but staff was awesome! The location is perfect too.

Paradise in the middle of Panajachel. Hotel is on Calle Santander where all the action is. Tons of shopping and restaurants. An easy 5 minute stroll to the lanchas. The best part is the hot springs tub on the hotel grounds. Hotel grounds are well kept and great security and hotel staff. Stayed here with kids and they have a little play area with swings.

The room that was assigned to me near to it was a draining piping construction and the smell was strong and not good., the second room was a liking in the roof.

A peaceful sanctuary right in the middle of the tourist area. The spa area is really good, if your pool is not quite hot enough they turn on the volcano and bring it up to proper onsen temperature, which is pretty cool. Very clean rooms. We didnt have breakfast as the hotel is surround by eating options.

Very convenient location
A quaint and very clean property with awesome staff. Ariel, Juana, Jessica and the security guard Eduardo treated us so well to name a few of the team members. I will be back.

We booked a basic room in Pana just for one night as we had an early pick up for a long bus ride. We stayed elsewhere on the lake and glad we did. Pana is a touristy tacky large town. It the aregis is well located, is quiet and we had a lovely hot tub with hot spring fed water. Service was fine but we didn’t eat there so experience limited. There is a great coffee shop directly opposite. Try the hot chocolate and banana and Nutella crepe. It’s amazing. I would recommend but ask for a room around the back if you want some quiet. The backpackers place opposite is noisy.

All good as the foto mentioned.
But the noise from the street is inevitable.
It's an exchange that this hotel is located at the mid of Calle Santander and you can listen the sound from every part.
The bed is small. It's just single bed. It's recommend to reserve room of two beds.

The property was tropical and pretty. The natural Hot tubs were so Relaxing, We Went in the evening and the temp
Was PERFECT. The next morning
It was really really hot but we still enjoyed them. I went to the lobby/restaurant to order a few coffees and they said they could
Bring it to our room, there might have been a slight up charge but nothing too
Crazy, I believe for 3 cups which came
In a carafe with all the fixings it was like Q33 or Q38. And we relaxed On our front patio and sipped on yummy Coffee. I would stay here again for sure

Location was good. Grounds excellent. Service was excellent .
Didn’t like the noise at night.
A ceiling fan would have helped, as the ventilation was weak.
More pluses than minuses.

Nice hotel to stay in center of Panajachel, where all main activities are at a walking distance.

Love this little hotel. A real oasis right on the Main Street.

The room was comfortable. There was not a single electric outle for a three prong plug to charge my computer. I asked if they had adapters. The answer was yes, but none available.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Regis because of the staff. The staff was amazing in helping me to get around Lake Atitlan. They provided lots of activities, a map, and suggestions on what to do. It is close proximity to the port and Guatego Atitrans. One of the best thing about staying here is the Hot Springs. Super relaxing and private!

Tamascal is at an additional cost, and it is ok but I did ask for eucalyptus and they didn’t have any. I had a cold and was looking forward but did not end up using the Tamascal at all.
Service is poor overall.

Grounds are wonderful and great location!

This hotel is beautiful, love how they let you park your car a early before check in while you can go shopping. The rooms are clean tho they could leave an extra towel and xtra soap. But what tope it off was the warm springs/ salt pools and the temescal those were so relaxing it really took care of the stress of the day. No AC, but they were kindly enough to leave you a fan which I think was sufficient since the weather in the area tends to be a little bit cold. Overall love it!

A hidden gem in the middle of pana. Well maintained grounds, hardworking staff, great hot springs pools. Room was always cleaned very thoroughly. Kudos to Ana Maria. Loved the recycling and separation program they have going for refuse. If all of Guatemala becomes as diligent, the dirty roadways and culverts will become a bad memory. They are planning for the future.

This is a lovely spot and the staff and food are excellent. The rooms are clean and pleasant, though somewhat rundown. The location is great, with immediate access to the market and food.
