Cheap and cheerful hotel. The room was very small. Reception was extremely helpful taking in our luggage early and showing us where to go on the map, also arranging taxi. Aircon worked very well in hot weather

Good hotel for the price. If looking for great rooms then there are other options.

The location is fantastic, super convenient to the city center. It's just far enough away that you don't get much noise from the restaurants, but still close enough that you're only a 2 minute walk from the cathedral. Literally, you're right around the corner.
As far as room quality and cleanliness, you get what you pay for. Our bathroom had an issue with some ants, but otherwise the room was fine. The hotel and area around it wasn't dirty, and having someone at the front desk 24 hours was a nice convenience as well.

Hotel was clean but a bit shabby with cheap fittings. However it was clean and wonderfully located centrally.

Quick checkin and efficient staff. Area around the hotel is safe and notable sites like the Cathedral of Seville and Real Alcazar is just a short walking distance.

Great central location! The room is small, but it was comfy and the hotel is old fashioned and nicely decorated. The front desk staff and the owner, Alexander, is super friendly and welcoming! Just be careful not to bring any food into the room with you because you will get an infestation of ants if you do.

We appreciated the decor of the building and the concierge service. The room was well-appointed and comfortable with AC. The hotel was within a block of a very busy tourist area by the Cathedral but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise.

Great and helpful staff. The hotel is very clean. It is also located near the Seville Cathedral and the Royal Alcazar. Lots of restaurants nearby.

This small and quaint hotel checked all of our boxes. First of all, Nadia at the front desk is amazing. She was quick to respond to all of our questions. This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance and transportation, shops and dining. This hotel is extremely clean and this opinion is coming from a clean freak! We were only there one night but would definitely stay again.

Clean, quiet and well located, however the room was pretty small and the only window overlooked the inside patio, so no fresh air and room smells. Other than that, All fine!

Cute little hotel in a fabulous area! Unfortunately we got a room on the ground floor which is right off the lobby. The only window opens into the lobby and it is loud! Even with the window closed, it is very loud. We requested another room, but none were available. If you stay here, definitely ask for a room on a higher floor or plan on staying up very late!

Room adequate - no tea coffee, nor chair. Size of room small. 2* good staff, clean hotel.

The new worst hotel experience of my life!
This hotel fails at providing maybe the most important feature of a hotel room: seclusion. The only single window, that gives to the hotel lobby is the cause.
As seen in the picture below, a view from inside of the room, the chairs and elevator are in front of the room. The window is not isolated at all (not even a 10€ isolation tape you can get from any hardware store). You hear day and night people, talking, Phone calling, snoring, carrying their luggage right in front of you as if you were in a tent in the lobby.
And they can hear you too.
Thus you get little sleep or accoustic intimacy.
Of course the air flow is bad and the steam from the showers can't escape, making the room smell bad and be way to warm at all times. You can not leave the room with the AC on, since the keys to the room also shut down the power.
Of course this is against the spanisch and european regulations simultaneously. (air flow and accoustic)
These rooms should not be considered commercial hotel rooms, and nobody should be charged sleeping in them.
This review only applies to the room we had on ground floor.
P.S. The room is clean and the staff is friendly, but so were probably the 2 cockroaches we found in the room. The location is good though.

If being in the middle of the action is what you want, this hotel is for you. It was very convenient to the historical sites in Seville. The staff was also very friendly.
I had two big issues...I initially booked this room for the wrong date (1 date earlier). Even though the hotels.com booking was listed as non-refundable, I didn't think it would be a problem to change to the following day. Per hotels.com, I needed to call Hotel Goya directly, which I did, and they were NOT flexible at all about changing my reservation to the next day, even though there was an available room. So I paid twice.
Second, there were stains on the duvet cover; probably unnoticed since the stains blended in with the color of the bedding. The throw pillows also appeared to be dirty. During the pandemic, most hotels got rid of throw pillows and colored bedding for cleanliness. I recommend Hotel Goya do the same.

Very tidy, clean hotel, traditional style and could be considered a little dated but great location and friendly staff. Room was basic and small, bed was a little hard....having said that we didn't spend much time in the room
