We were so happy to return to this beautiful hotel after 5 years. It is still beautiful, well maintained and lovely, friendly staff.
Our room was huge, well appointed and we had a great time by the pool.

Loved everything about our stay. Inviting staff, welcome drink was a nice touch. Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast had great quality and variety of options, not too crowded. Pool area was fun and great swim up bar. Location on the East Bay was a short walk from both beaches, very close to transportation pier. A little slow at checkout, but otherwise no complaints for our visit.

A lovely and relaxing hotel with amazing staff. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and friendly. Very close to Railay East pier, so easy to get to. Great happy hour cocktails by the pool, made by the lovely bartender!

The only thing is that the staff is nit speaking a good English so its really hard to communicate and have the right answers your need
They are pleasant so everyone say yes for everything even when they don’t understand

We stumbled upon Bhu Nga Thani as a last minute alternative to a plan of ours that went wrong, and boy were we lucky to get a room at this resort!! It was everything we wanted from the start. The resort staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The value was fantastic, especially since it included breakfast! I cannot speak highly enough of our stay here. Two suggestions for improvement - the beds are rock hard and there needs to be more hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels, suits, etc.

THE ONLY WAY TO ACESS THE PROPERTY ITS BY BOAT. Unfortunately the hotel fail to provide that info also Expedia, what in my opinion it’s a desgrace. To be at the property it’s a massive mission. N get ready to be ripoff by all the ways is possible, taxi and boat. When I tried contact the property once arrived at Ao Nah beach I called 7 times and no one pick up.
The barman just start his shift at 130pm, that means if u are at the pool and want have some drinks they can’t serve you because NO ONE knows how make any cocktail.
The staff are always in the phone. It’s annoying some times trying have their attention.
I had to swap my room twice because the AC wasn’t working properly.
What I learn, stay in Railay beach isn’t a good choice at all. Everything it’s hard to access, just boat and the price for the transfer charges for the hotel it’s $1600 Thai Bah what’s extreme expensive.
If u want to do yourself all depends how the boat driver judges u, can be $200,$1000, $2000 once they know u are a foreigner they will try rip you off ( the locals).

This hotel is very close to the floating pier on the east side (2 min walk) and is a 10 min walk from Railay beach. My sister and I preferred staying on the east side of this town as it was quieter and all the restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The pool is beautiful and the staff is very kind and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The personnel is very kind and we had no problems at all.

Overall it was a great stay. I had some problems trying to contact them before arriving (phone did not work and email took too long to reply), but apart from that it was really good. Would definitely stay again.

Bhu Nga Thani Resort is absolutely fantastic, a must stay if you are planing a trip to Railay Beach. Staff are very friendly and professional, food is fantastic and the private pool villa is so comfortable and luxurious.

Modern and spacious room. Delicious dinner at the restaurant. At check in we had a slightly strange situation where we were asked to wait for an hour before checking in because the previous guest checked out late. After disagreeing we were able to check in promptly. Not sure what happened there but since then service have been friendly and efficient.

The boat ride into Railay beach is beautiful, however, the boho vibe and look of Railay is a bit shabby. The Bhu Nga is a little bit of luxury in Railay.
Great location just off the main pier on East beach.
The hotel and pool are nice and pleasant rather than luxurious. It’s a solid 4 star.
Food wise; breakfast is good but not great.
Lunch and dinner all from the same menu. Food is good quality, service is good if a little slow.
You can eat the same food quality on walking street for about half the price.
There is limited views from the rooms, especially at ground level, so go for a Villa or a room on a higher floor.
Beware of leaving food or drink unattended by the pool as the local monkeys are not shy but are amusing.
The pool does 2 for 1 cocktails 2-5 daily which is good (frozen daiquiri are very nice).
East Railay beach does not exist (it’s mangrove) so you need to go to Weat for the crowds & bars or better still take some drinks and walk along to Phra Nang Beach which is the highlight of Railay beach.

Lovely hotel & great staff. Restaurant food was very good - had dinner there twice. Breakfast buffet was also good. One suggestion for improvement - it is quite difficult getting from the boat dock to the hotel with suitcases. You should ask guests when making their reservation if they need help (even if there is a fee). When leaving the hotel was happy to provide help.Beaches not that great (no good for snorkling) but the Mountin views are spectacular. The island is small so you can easily walk all around. Good massage places and there are a lot of monkey which are fun to see.

This was a wonderful 3 night stay for us! The food, especially breakfast, was first class. The morning fruit was extraordinary- mango, dragon fruit, papaya, watermelon, mandarins, bananas, etc. We also enjoyed 3 dinners at the hotel. The surrounding area beaches and limestone cliffs were very unique and picturesque. The only drawback is that Railay is a bit of a challenge to get to - long tail boat only. The staff were very kind and helpful. In particular, we were well served by Thip, Kim, and Atee. The others were also great! If we are ever back in Railay, we would love to be return visitors to this hotel.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend it as a place to stay in Railay Beach. We visited several hotels and restaurants in the area and this hotel was one of the best in the area (after Rayavadee of course). Our bathroom had a separate covered outdoor space, where you could find a tub. However, water did not stay in the tub for more than an hour after it was filled, and the fountain did not work.

It’s one of the nicer resorts at Railay beach. The area is great and this place was really quiet even though Krabi is busy. This was the second time we’ve stayed here and we’ll definitely be back.

Railay Beach is very small, so anywhere you stay is the perfect location. However, this was definitely the most beautiful of all the hotels. The common areas are picturesque. The room was very big with a big bed, huge bathroom and giant room for a bath. Everything here was amazing. I can't wait to come back.

Super close to the pier which is great for transporting your luggage. I'm assuming it was because of the season (I was there in December), but the beach view is not so pleasant because of low tide. Lots of patches of wet sand. But I bet it's beautiful at other times. There was a ton of construction going on all around the property. It wasn't necessarily noisy but just seemed like we were in their way a bit. The staff is very nice and attentive and provided to-go breakfast boxes for us when we had an early morning tour one of the days. It's walkable to all of the restaurants, and it's nice to be not in the heart of it all. The pool has a gorgeous view of the cliffs and the swim-up bar is clutch. The restaurant's food was alright but weirdly took forever to get our bill even though there was only one other table. May have been miscommunication. There were a couple hairs on the floor of our bathroom so we asked if they could have it cleaned up, which they did when we got our room serviced. We couldn't find the main light switch so they sent someone in. Located on the right side of the bed!

The staff was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

The property was located in a part of Railay only accessible by a small path that has a poor surface. There is no beach to speak of and the shoreline has a lot of litter.
The hotel had a restaurant but the spa facilities were not open (mid November) despite Expedia stating works would be completed in October.
The hotel entrance is steps only and the wooden walkway is in poor condition.
The small villa with pool we stayed in was reasonable inside but the air-con was very noisy. The toilet and shower were both tired and grubby.
The pool filter was really loud and the loungers had no cushions. The decking was uneven and caught our feet.
For the price charged, this was a poor hotel and a poor experience. It isn’t worth the money, or even close to it.

We loved our stay here! The swim up bar really added to the property and the barmen were so kind, helpful and friendly! The hotel is situated in a really perfect location, right between two beautiful beaches and the bars/restaurant.
The food was great, the bed was extremely comfy and the rooms were very spacious. Would stay again and recommend friends. Tip; the hotel is very close to the pier on the east side, so recommend getting a long boat to the east pier :)

Room was very nice; however, there was some construction work going on at the property, so it was quite noisy.

The place is super nice, and the staff lovely.
But we dident get any information on the on going renovation of the hotel.
Spa/Gym/BBQ restaurant/reception area and the whole midel of the resort where under heavy renovation and closed.

The property is on the mangrove side of the island so don't expect a lot in the way of ocean views. Pool and pool bar are nice. The room was nice (doors do not automatically lock so you have to lock them with a physical key when you leave). Breakfast was scary. It's open-air with not a lot of protection from the sunrise. Yogurt and cheeses were left without any ice or refrigeration and flies everywhere. I took the plastic wrap off the stack of pancakes and 3 flies flew out. They just don't seem to care or attempt to get rid of the flies. Some other resorts we stayed at had some kind of candles burning that seemed to work well.
