it’s my first time visiting indonesia. soekarno-hatta airport didn’t really impress me, but my first stay at this hotel gave me the best impression of indonesia. i wouldn’t say the facilities here are top-notch, and for some, it might feel lacking. but for me, it’s one of the best hotels i’ve stayed in. it’s a bit old, but the room was clean, well-maintained, spacious, and comfy. the breakfast isn’t something i’d call amazing, but for budget-conscious travelers, it’s a pretty solid choice. the hotel is on a huge property, which can make it hard to find your way around, and you might have to walk quite a bit to get to your room. there’s nothing much around the hotel, and since there’s no convenience store inside, getting what you need might be tricky. the front desk staff are super friendly. their english isn’t perfect, but they try their best to help you out. a few female staff working in the morning greet guests with the warmest smiles and kind service. one of them even pronounced a perfect korean word while helping me, which was really touching. i didn’t get her name, but her beautiful face, sweet voice, and kindness left me with an amazing experience of this hotel and indonesia as a whole.

Best experience in Indonesia hotel. All workers are very kind. Big building with all cleaness status. Comfortable utilities everywhere, beautiful designs all over. Variable tasty breakfast menus. Durian cafe also best for many eatables with Durians. Boring rooftop was unexpected. Maybe some musics needed. Too tired to check aircondition remote controller, but it were not working well. Made 21degrees to got heavy flu afterall. Very sad it was critical defect at this travel schedule. Far from good transportation can forget when comes here. When have chance next time, will more prepare to enjoy more here facilities.

Beautiful hotel with everything needed right here- large comfortable room, spa with relaxing massages, swimming pool, hot & cold whirlpools, drugstore, delicious food restaurants. Plus, a great shuttle service to &from the airport.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. We stayed at FM7 resort hotel for one night since we had an international flight in the afternoon from Jakarta airport. The rooms are very big and quite clean. They are a bit noisy in the morning, though. We enjoyed the pool and spa while we were waiting for the time to go the airport. Breakfast was ok. They also offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport, but it is a bit complicated to arrange

Very good value for money when staying in this hotel. Rooms a nice and spacious. Restaurant is good with western and Indonesian options. Close to the airport but also a good location as any to visit Jakarta sights, especially the old town.

We arrived at CGK airport at midnight, brought to the hotel but the line was so long. The check-in process was so slow, and we got to our room around 1.50AM. FM7 should anticipate this crowd and make an effort to shortened the check in process by opening another check in kiosk. I have been in the airplane for 20 hrs from Los Angeles, expecting a smooth check in process but disappointed due to un-readiness of FM7 hotel.

The room was old and outdated. They gave us a room that had been smoking and was not cleaned well. They told us when we booked that they would give us a room with a king size bed and one with two twins, but when we checked in (late at night with no time to go somewhere else) they gave us downgraded rooms with twin beds in both rooms. They had a decent breakfast buffet.

Staff had promised early check in was available before which I had planned well before i arrived. Airport shuttle was very helpful but I couldn’t check in and had to pay for breakfast instead. Generally speaking hotel was comfortable and good service. My 20th time there. However, we ate at the resto first night and my partner experienced food poisoning with violent upheavels. Probably from undercooked chicken. Reported to management next day to warn staff and other customers to be careful. Not sure if the word was passed along, hopefully so.

It is sad that the desk refused to look at free room upgrade (I ask to have a bath tub ) after using them so many times. I felt insulted when one guy told me I need to contact the marketing team. What the hell the marketing team will do ⁉️ I used so many good hotels and many at the desk were given power to give that free upgrade. When they cannot it is often due to lack of availability. It seems that FM7 does care about loyalty, frequent customer like myself who used to always leave an excellent feedback on major platforms.

Positives: Not too far from the airport. Ok restaurant, Challenges: Room (junior) very mediocre and on the ground floor. Smelled very strong like cheap perfume. Reception very slow.
