we did book the smoking room, and it was okay. what we did not expect is the room's toilet smells aweful. hopefully our stay next time would be better. thanks swissbel 🤍

Very near to the expo, gate nine. Shutle bus is provided from hotel to expo, which is good.

The twin beds room has limited space, not enough for 2 persons.The room has no window, the air can not be changed and not fresh.

Hotel staffs are responsive and helpful. I like the breakfast, the foods variety and tastes just nice and eventhough in the pack hours foods were refilled fast. The hotel providing free shuttle to JIExpo event every 30 minutes is an added value.

Towels got brown stains. No AC in the lift. Small issue on my booking room and access card but resolved quickly.

In short it was good

Location is good and value for money staying in the hotel

Even though i travelled alone but i booked room for 2 guests. Towels, tooth brush, slippers etc everything was only for one guest. No one was there to help with the luggage while check in and check out.

It's a recommended place to stay for both leisure or work purposes

I like the warm hospitality they have. From security, receptionist, F&B staff to Cleaning Service. Room is clean with the city and golf view.

Choices for breakfast need to improve.

drop facility to exhibition center.

though located just 600 meters from jakarta international exhibition center, you cannot cross the road in between. hence you have to take a long route of over 3 kms to reach there. restaurant is poorly stocked.

Will probably not stay here again if I had the choice.

Service staff was friendly. Close to expo.

Breakfast did not offer sufficient healthy options. In fact, the healthy option i.e. the salads were empty at 8:30am and not refilled till long after. In addition, although I was checked into a non-smoking room, there was the smell of smoke anyway because apparently the ventilation in the bathroom feeds from the same system as that of the smokers' rooms. Didn't see much of a point in separating non-smoking and smoking rooms if the air is gonna be full of smoke anyway. Bedsheets had blood stains in them. I'm used to a few specks here and there in other hotels but this one had quite a bit. I wish the hotel would have done a better job of removing bigger stains. Shuttle bus offered to us by the hotel did not work from expo to the hotel. The driver told us to call him when we needed a pick-up but did not pick up the phone when contacted.

Asked for non smoking got smoking room. Had trouble with room service not phoning back to confirm meal was available which they said they would do but never did.
