The air conditioner in the bedrooms are bad. The have lots of moisture and there is mole in the bedroom. I had respiratory problems and also got seek from eating seafood at the rooftop lounge i almost died. I vomited morethan 8 times. When i came down to the front desk for help they could not help me. There was no empathy. They did not have any first aid in the hotel. I was asking for simple toms and ask for a doctor there was no medical personel on duty. They also could not take me to the hospital even when i was completely hopeless. They called a taxi for me to take me to the hospital. I was admitted and once i was stablized the after 8 hours of treatments u was discharged with the doctors following up with treatment at my hotel room. I continued treatment for five additional days, no one from the management checked on me or showed any concerned even when i told them i had salmonella and typhoid from eating at the hotel's restaurant. They are the most uncaring people. I will never stay at that hotel agin. Stay away from drinking ginger beer or eating seafood at this hotel. The air quality in the bedroom is extremely dangerous. It would give you respiratory problems.

The noise level caused in the middle of the night by the trucks nearby was sickening. I was awakened by someone honking so many times. They need to find away to sound proof the rooms from outside noise. The restaurant injerra was top notch, the swimming pool, the service and the staff excellent

The manager at the restaurant is most unprofessional I have met. I travel a lot and stayed in so many hotels around the world. The manager at the restaurant is rude and yelled at me, pointed his fingers on my face as a customer while sitting and eating. I ended up living the food and the place. He pretty much aggressed me while the put on my bill orders I did not. All I needed was an explanation and I ended up being humiliated by the so called manager. The emplyee at the restaurant named Barry is crook wanted to cheat on my bill and ended up getting caught. Will never use the facility and will never recommend again.

Horrible staff, not friendly, hot water did not work. The bed was broken, noisy. Zero customer service. Extremely disappointing at this hotel. Asked to grab a croissant from breakfast to take to my room, i was rudly told i would be charged for it.

Staying at Riviera Royal was such a unique experience. This is the first time that I stayed in a luxury bungalow in Africa. The staff are super friendly. Ms. Victoria from Russia, Blessing from Sierra Leone, Sauda from Guinea, Mohammed from Pakistan, Muad, Saran Berete, Alpha Camara, KatoraKabba, Diallo. The grounds are well kept. My room was huge and very clean. Breakfast superb. Very friendly staff. The shuttle bus clean and big. It was able to carry all 12 of our luggages and still have enough room for my family and I to sit comfortably. Will always patronize whenever I’m in Guinea 🇬🇳

Probably the best hotel in Canary, huge pool , tennis courts, casino and night club in one compound, totally secure, outstanding service, extra clean European standards, excellent restaurant and breakfast buffet, Good free WiFi but a bit Wrekin room. Spacious tower rooms, newly build tower and completely remodeled rooms in grounds. Worth the price and convenient location to downtown or airport.

No business centre and WiFi in rooms not working must of the time. Had to go to the hotel lobby to ensure stable WiFi. Food was excellent and nice restaurant and swimming pool but as a business man I would not recommend it if you rely on internet for business and need printing etc. As a leisure hotel great.

One of the best hotels in all of Africa as we have traveled in 43 African countries. The new building is 5 star quality- with sleek design and spacious rooms. The grounds are excellent with very large pool and good tennis courts- but what really made this experience so special was the staff, service and overall management of the property. Cyril, Adonis, Soumah, Lansana, and Dialo went so far above and beyond to help us. This staff sincerely cares about their guests and it shows. They assisted us in a very difficult land crossing from Conakry to Freetown that would have been impossible without their highly competent expertise and warm enthusiasm in facing the challenges that faces Conakry. Upon arrival at the Airport, the shuttle staff was waiting for us with sign and changed our money. The property is a jewel and we were just so impressed with everyone. Thank you to the Riviera Royal! I requested an airport pickup by the the hotel. They did not show up. Civil unrest in streets resulted in attempted robbery on the taxi ride to the hotel. When asked why they did not pickup the hotel would not respond - laughed it off. The disregard for guest safety is totally unacceptable. Avoid.

Jeg er utilfreds med Hotels.com's prisannoncering. Jeg fik at vide i min bestillingbeskræftelse, at det Samlede Beløb ville være 1800 euro for 12 dage, altså for værelset, men jeg kom til at betale 2.145,24 - i begge tilfælde for værelset alene. Der kom nemlig både en 1% service skat og 18% moms oveni. Det, mener jeg, er forkert annoncering. I am not satisfied with the price per night announced by Hotels.com. Although it states that this is the 'total amount' when I paid, service tax and VAT (18%) was added. The hotel is ok but too expensive even without paying VAT, with VAT much too expensive. Kitchen: stick to Lebanese fare, the rest is not good.
