The room was fine. The shuttle service was not on time. There were several of us standing and waiting for over an hour with no explanation when we called other than it would be there in a few minutes. We found out later a bus had broken down but there was no information given when we called. We asked about the morning shuttle and were there when told and again had to wait.

It is nice place, especially for a short stay near airport. The room is small, but comfy enough for overnight rest. That would be great to have a kettle or coffee machine in the room, however if you are not desperate for late or early coffee in the room the breakfast is pretty good and covers likely any diet.

It's perfect for a short stay before taking your next flight. I didn't have time to do more than that.

Good stay, shortened due to a late check-in and early checkout.

Room was small but functional. With such small rooms it would be nice to have a lounge

We had a great stay at Ibis budget hotel. The best part was the shuttle service to and from airport. Just a small problem we faced, there was humming sound at night might be due to AC. Rest everything was good.

shuttle from schipol to hotel is very nice. makes it really easy for the weary traveller coming into amsterdam (shuttle bus stops for every airport hotel are on the right side once you exit the main entrance of schipol)
rooms are clean. comfortable and breakfast buffet is affordable.

The check in was incredibly fast and convenient. I was given a first floor room, which i actually prefer and it was very quite. I was expecting noise due to the location of the room. But it was nice and quite. We Stayed there for easy access to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel. The room was small, but it work for us. Couldn't beat the price and convenience!

I was at the Ibis for a very short stop over as I was flying out early the following morning. It is very close to the airport. I didn't use the shuttle as my husband dropped me off at the airport. The parking was expensive. We paid 19 euros which was for 24 hours. But considering that we arrived about 10pm and left around 8am it was quite expensive. I'm not sure why some Ibis charge for the parking and others don't. Probably because it was the Ibis budget which means any extras has to be paid for.

Great for an airport layover sleep. Comfortable bed, clean. Shuttle bus was very convenient.

IT. IS. A BUDGET. HOTEL. It feels like a hostel upon entering with its plastic chairs and food to buy. The room has only two small pillows and two bath towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. Nice shower but it is in the room with the bed. A suitcase barely fits past the bed. The room has a comfortable bed and is very quiet. We paid an extra 15 euros for early check in. The nicer Ibis next door has some nice sitting areas. Airport shuttle was crowded during morning trip. About 15 minutes from hotel pick up to airport. With hotels.com we paid waaay too much-had we walked in instead of booking in advance we would have saved about 65 euros.

Basic, but OK for the money at and Airport I guess! Good 10-15mins on bus from airport, and I felt no coffee / tea making was a little poor, had to pay for this and take to the room.

Been on this site before but first time staying in this property. Lovely quiet area and able to get a good sleep. Shops are only a short drive away and you’re close to plenty of other towns and cities. Will definitely use this property again.

Near airport. Good travel stop

It's cost-effective. It's simple, but we seem to have everything we need. The breakfast setup and the price are great. The free shuttle bus to the airport made getting to Central Station much easier. However, we stayed in a triple room, but the room was too small and it felt a bit stuffy. It is understandable if these conditions are related to the price of the room.
It was a bunk bed, so one had to go upstairs, but the ladder was 90 degrees, which made me a little dizzy. It would be nice to have a power outlet on the upper part of the bunk. Thank you!

I have a service dog and even though I did show all documentation - including the country rules for the NL government website - I was not allowed to have breakfast by the front desk and specially treated very badly by an employee called Ella, saying that she doesn’t care what the government says, I would not be allowed to eat with a dog. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she said the person wasn’t there and nothing I would do would change the hotel policy. Again - it is a documented service dog supported by the Netherlands laws. Horrible experience, the other employees just laughing. I will NEVER stay in this hotel, I strongly recommend to nobody ever stay in a place with people like this.

Looked and felt like a hostel…Too expensive for the money

Transportation to the airport was excellent.

The property is located in the middle of nowhere. However, they have a free shattle to and from the airport every 20 minutes thay you can use. So basically, if you wanna go to the city, you have to go to the airport and take the train from there.
The room itself is clean but basic. The sink in our room was leaking a bit, we informed the front desk and a few hours later they told us that they are unable to fix it or change our room. However, they offered us free breakfast in compensation.
Overall, it is good for short stays that you need to travel to airport. It is worth the money you pay.

The free airport shuttle service is a great plus to this stay. The hotel is in the middle of no where but you can walk over to the mother hotel to eat at the restaurant. This is a budget hotel with no bells and whistles but a good place to stay before or after a flight

As long as you know you're getting a tiny (by North American standards) room, it's perfect for an inexpensive stay by Schiphol.

Thank you for the stay

I stayed at the Ibis Budget, which is just a 3 minute walk from the main Ibis Hotel on the same campus. Both share a shuttle to the airport, which is the main (read: often quickest) way of visiting Amsterdam city central (via another train) from the hotel.
Overall, for a one-night stay on a budget, this absolutely fit the bill.

Room was very clean

Clean, well-equipped room, but small. Helpful staff. Good breakfast room. 20 euros for one day of parking---not cheap.

Let's start with the room. The third bed for my daughter was not set up, the bedding had some old stains which can lower your trust and the dust under the bed...magic. No bags for the bin and no brush for the toilet.
We didnt choose the hotel breakfast so I cannot tell. Parking was pretty expensive 2.5€/h capped at 19€/day. I wouldn't choose it again for, sorry Ibis.

We had a free shuttle bus to take us back and forth to the airport, the staff were so helpful

The free transfer to the airport was packed with people at 7:30 am

Stayed here during my stay in Amsterdam for the Eras tour. Hotel was decent, clean rooms and close walking distance to a bus station that connected to a lot of the major train/bus routes and a McDonald’s. The hotel shuttle also was a major help with getting to and back from the airport too -times were just not always aligning with what we needed but they did come often enough.
My friends and I bought the rooms without the breakfast option so were needing to buy coffee at the front desk each morning, I got my coffee every morning for 3.20 euros but found out after they were charging my friend 5 euros and we got the same coffee so not sure the discrepancy there , they were also extremely small coffees. But other than that that’s my only complaint ! Also be aware there’s no hair dryer

Very convenient to Schipol airport. There is even a free shuttle which runs every 20 minutes. The buffet breakfast was good and well presented. Cost 11 euros but adequate. The room was smaller but larger than Amsterdam hotels. Very quiet and restful place to stay.

It was a very cute hotel, very good value for the price. So convenient being close to the airport, and the free airport shuttle was great!
The rooms were small, but we really only needed it to shower and sleep, and it was clean and worked perfectly for those things.
The room was a bit warm, and that’s the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars for comfort. We had the air on, but I don’t think it did much for the humidity.
The breakfast was delicious, and plentiful, I definitely it’s worth paying for it. The hotel next door has an amazing American diner themed restaurant, which I also highly recommend.
All in all, I loved it, and I’m glad we booked it again the night before we leave Amsterdam.

Very small room. But we stayed here because it was close to the airport. Free shuttle to the airport was a plus.

It’s really good but the workers aren’t the best people at greeting. What I mean it they never smile. And you feel the stress and it makes you actually scared because you can’t ask them anything.
