The shuttle arrived 45 minutes. Even though, I had called 24 hours before hand. We had to call them and ask them where the service was.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, the outside of the establishment looked really nice and so did the lobby. However our room did have light to moderate stains on the carpet. The pullout couch looked old and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. Our tv wasn’t working properly as well.

We got into Minot late, the kids had about 10 minutes to swim, we asked the front desk staff if the kids could swim for a little longer and without hesitation he said no problem, super awesome. On top of that they reactivated the waterslides for them! Room was spacious and very nice. When we come through Minot we now know where to go. They have an amazing staff who have no problem going above and beyond to make your stay as good as possible.

Great stay. Got a great nights sleep on a comfortable bed. Young man named Chino worked the desk and a couple other duties that night and was very pleasant and attentive.

Check in was aweful it was suppose to be at 3 we arrived at 3:40 And our room wasn't ready so we sat in the lobby to wait. We sat there for an hour our pizza had been delivered and the kids were getting restless so we finally chose a downgraded room with no mention of refund. They claimed they were cleaning our room when we arrived so not sure how it took over an hour and still wasn't done.

It was good for the most part. Loved the room. The problem was the pool. It was too small. The water slides were fun but also dangerous with too many people. I ended crashing into someone out of the water slides and felt bad.

AC system function- unable to change temp, fans speed, etc. so very cool during our stay. Pool area bathrooms need some TLC as do the slide steps Staff were excellent-extremely friendly. Grandchildren loved the pool and breakfast choices were very good and some items changed each morning. Would stay again.

We didn’t end up staying. I tried checking in to two rooms and they were both dirty. I booked another hotel immediately. The front desk worker couldn’t confirm that I wouldn’t be charged. I will be calling to talk to a manager.

Took a moms and daughter trip and fit 6 people into 2 beds and a pull out couch. One bathroom was tricky but there was a public bathroom right out our door. Definitely an older hotel with some funky smells. Breakfast was fine, nothing great but to be expected

I'm not here to give this facility a poor review. But I think they fact of an all men cleaning crew could use some refining. Mix it up, hire a couple women to help with certain visions. The pool & hit tub were great. My kids really enjoyed it. Thanks

Stayed here for pool and water slides. It was a busy weekend and a lot of people were there. The pool water wasn’t very clear. There were many adults drinking alcohol in the pool area. The breakfast is amazing and always has been the many times I’ve stayed here.

Website says they offer free shuttle from Minot Int’l Airport, I had notified them a couple of days ahead of time and the morning of my stay and the hotel was not able to provide a shuttle to pick me up, left me stranded at airport.

Unfortunately our beds were dirty, or at least the sheets hadn’t been changed/had hair and particular under the cover and on the sheets, and the pull out couch need d a new mattress as the stains on it were atrocious. By the pool and water slides were great and the breakfast.

Terrible experience at a poorly maintained hotel. Checked in at midnight after a long day of travel. In the first room, we pulled sofa bed out to find a large amount of trash beneath the couch. Questioning the cleanliness, we then pulled the sheets back on the beds to see unclean sheets on one of the beds. The desk attendant offered an alternate room, but when we arrived at it, we found a do not disturb sign on the door handle. Upon opening the door, we discovered a room that had not been touched by cleaning staff (lights on, messy bed, etc). We’ve previously stayed at this hotel multiple times and it’s never been more than average, but we will not return after this experience.

The room we stayed in had garbage such as an empty plastic water bottle and a chicken bone on the couch. Was too tired to make a fuss about it. Just threw it away & went to bed. Housekeeping tried to come in the room before 10am and woke us up which is whatever we were about to wake up anyway. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

They need to clean the windows overlooking the pool from the 3rd floor. The dead flies on the window sill are disgusting. The hotel overall needs a remodel. It looks much better from the outside. The pool is alright.

Pool area needs a bit of TLC, but other wise had a great experience. Staff was friendly and courteous. Free parking and shuttle service to the airport was great! And breakfast included all wonderful amenities for the price! Would happily stay again.

Corporate has a great team at this hotel and they need to be recognized and celebrated. Corporate also needs to update this facility. The pool was in rough shape, the water slides are a hazard with all the rust, bath tubs didn’t drain well, and the tv remotes were broken or missing parts. The front desk staff were super helpful, understanding and friendly. We had a concern regarding safety and our experience at this facility. When we shared this with the front desk team and the manager they made things right. The manager moved quickly to make our stay was more enjoyable.

This was an incredible gem of a hotel for a great price. I was not pleased with the service of the morning front desk worker but the evening gentleman was fantastic. Rooms were fantastic, arcade was great, pool, hot tub and slides were all open and worked great. The breakfast was fresh and fantastic. We felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We travel a ton and this is easily top 5 hotels we have stayed in. Thank you for the great stay, would stay again and 100% recommend!

The first room we got the tub was clogging up. They moved us to a different room. The tub was fine on that one. Our room was very clean. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was decent. The pool area needs some renovation.

This is our family’s go to hotel in Minot! We travel to a lot of cities in the midwest for travel sports. This is the only one we’ve found that has a waterpark/hot tub, great free breakfast, spacious rooms, clean, bar and great location!

The staff is friendly and helpful, the room was spacious for our family of four. The room had a couch that could use a steam clean, but that is realistically beyond what I expect the staff to do, other than that it was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good and had the typical options. I definitely would stay in this property again.
