Was a bummer the hottub was closed but they had plenty of signage indicating this. Ice machine on first floor was out + vending machines seemed to be broken… just some things that could use some tending to.

Overall with the pool area not accessible and no way to get quarters for the game room nitworthit!!

Breakfast was pretty good actually. I liked that it had the bar and gambling area right there in the open so that if needed customers could still see or interact with there company and not have to leave what they r doing or go threw some maze to get to the rest of the hotel. I absolutely love the idea of the kids pool with slides but of course it wasn't available for us to find out if it is worth it or not. I also loved the fact that it has a game area ..

I originally booked the room because of the kid pool area, and was not notified or anything that the kids pool was not at all working n wouldn't be for a while.!! Very disappointed about that. Also my mother had called and was told that clarion doesn't allow birthday partys and don't have an area for birthday partys to take plce.!! Again very unpleased with those answers. Also how in the hell do u have a game area with games that require quarters to play and not one change machine or even the front seat or bar doesr even have quarters for people to play those games .. very unpleased and had 5 very very upset n mad kids at the time to. Someone needs to get a handle on that place .. if you need help with that part call me !!! Overall with the pool area not accessible and no way to get quarters for the game room no worth the high way robbery price that was paid for the room.

the pool was clean and dining room was good

the kids pool was closed and after reaching they offered to refund when it should have been disclosed beforehand. we felt cheated. as if we would have opted to cancel, wd would not have got a hotel at such a short notice. my kid was very disappointed. I felt it was deceptive.

The hotel facilities and staff were great.

The breakfast and location were great.

The only problem we had was the beds are to small for a couple to sleep in. In my opinion they need to be upgraded to queen size beds. They are more like a full size.

Sorry I don't like to complain. But the bathroom needed a good cleaning.... and the walls were a little too thin. the couple on the one side was having a REAL good time. and the couple on the opposite side fought till 3 am....

check in was fine and quick. after being in the room we kept getting odors of feet. we went to enjoy the pool and one of

the location was perfect for us I liked the fitness room

it smelled like feet one of the pools were green like a lake was refused a cot trying to get more towels was a hassle the was told to leave everything outside my room (used towels and trash) it was all left outside my door until I called them later in the evening kept having to re key our keys so they would work

Breakfast and I had noisy neighbors down the hall and right above me. The regular pool was not in service and the water park water had boxelder bugs in it.

The building and the pool area was great for our family. It just was very run down. I also asked for a pack n play and they brought a roll away crib which was wonderful! Super cool to have the water park, we have 3 kids under 5. But it was very used. Rusted, paint chipped, it’s seen better days.

There were bugs. I actually got a big bite on my face. There were black and red bugs that fly all over the window inside and out. Then two small black bugs in our room. Honestly regret now pointing this out there.

Pleasant

This was my first time in the Clarion and I loved how the center of the hotel was open, the beautiful lights, the bar was very nice, and the beds were very soft and comfortable.

I did not like that the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs and we were not told until check in. It would have been a courtesy to know this upon booking the room. I also thought the front entrance was very drab, absolutely no potted flowers out front, nothing to adorn the entrance. The entire building was a little run down. It had the appearance of what was probably once a grand hotel that was now in need of multiple repairs and decor.
